The pixel art and colour scheme looks great. Very well done! Sadly I couldn't save all the arts :(

Everything about the presentation looks great but when speeding back to the truck the checkboard pattern messed with my eyes. I really like the pattern when it's not zooming by, however.
graphics and sounds set a nice mood
Cool graphics, nice job. The movement was a bit too fast for me but good job overall
Love the skill based challenge and the speed the player controls at - makes for good replay value with how much level there is to explore. The audio for the fire is a bit ear piercing though.
That's such an awesome game! It feels so polished and complete. You've captured perfectly a sense of whimsical panic, the classic top-down time-based puzzles become so much harder when compounded with the beats and the fire. The fact that the fire actually blocks routes and makes the game harder creates a tactical challenge. Should I spend time getting fire extinguishers that don't add to my score but buy me time and open up pathways? That's such a cool concept.
The art is so charming and enjoyable, the colour scheme adds to the whole whimsical panic. The fact that I am just a hand is so fun. Lots of great decisions. The masterpieces are truly worthy of the illustrious museum.
If I had to be critical, I'd say it needs more than just paintings and fire extinguishers. More power-ups, more kinds of things to collect. I can imagine a full game where you're traversing a large gallery and going to different exhibits to save different pieces that form collections, more valuable together than by themselves. As it stands, the primary loop is fun and engaging, but it does get old relatively quickly.
I'm glad I played it, really cool game!
Great visuals, I loved the cute paintings and the color palette. The game requires quite precise movement and I unfortunately couldn't finish the game. Keep up the good work!
Interesting idea as well as nice looking simplistic design! The controls, however, feels very quick. For example it's really hard to take fire extinguisher and navigate on map overhaul. But the game tempo feels exactly right, if you want to quickly restart your run, the game allows you to do that, without almost any dialog or unnecessary menu, which is great c: Thank you!
Look so sweat and lovely. Music is cute, everything is cute. A bit hard to get beyond 3 or 4 painting, i feel a bit like i could go further but everything burn before, and i can't seems to use extinguisher fast enough. Great game though !
Great game! It was fun to play it. I really like the pixel art, and the game mechanics are nice too. My only feedback would be, it was hard to distinguish what is a wall and what is a floor at the beginning. Anyway, awesome job!
This game is frickin awesome! I really liked the artstyle and the low-key music it really added to the experience. The fire soundFX was a bit too loud for me but this is really just a preference. Also you really have to know the map to achieve anything really because for my first two runs i was just searching for an extenguisher but couldn't find one.
Suggestions: You could maybe add a minimap with only the paintings and extenguishers to make the game a bit easier Also you could think about adding teleporters to the farther parts of the map to make it possible to do more than just 4 or 5 paintings in a run - i could be a noob but a really just couldn't get more in one run.
I really like the game dynamics it is a fast paced, well thought out game. Was happy to play it:)
Awesome game! The visuals looks great especially the attention to details such as the animation of the hand when it hits the fire. The music also sets the mood very well. Overall, a very polished game.
That's a cool take on the theme! I love this art style. Had to say sometimes I felt kinda odd that it seems I've died without really hitting anything - just too close to it I guess, so I had to play more "defensive". But I liked the idea, and the fire spreading in a pattern that makes sense and advances with time was also a nice touch. Well done!
"ART IS PAIN!" - resonates after 72hr jam coding marathon  Lots of urgency from the great soundtrack and very pleasing visuals.
I love the arcade-like mood that it has! The sensitivity was very high and I had quite some trouble navagating the tough parts, which could indeed work to your advantage if that is what you were going for. The danger bar in the bottom corner was rather hard to notice until it was too late, it may work to your advantage to add a small animation or something that grabbs the attendtion of the player.
Overall very fun and wonderful take on the theme!
Art looks great and the music slaps. Interesting gameplay being a giant hand hahah had a lot of fun playing!
I love the music! nice work

What a beautiful game! I loved the art work and the concept of it! This is the kind of game that I would easily play again. It goes too fast, and I felt like I could do nothing about it (theme totally achieved). Congratulations, you made a very polish and a totally solid game.
This was a load of fun. Also probably the only game I've played this jam where the character actually felt TOO fast! Added to the challenge though. Presentation was superb, audio great, just a fun time. I definitely second that we need more collectables, and maybe a 'slow down' button to hold for the more precision mandatory sections.
Truly unique art style. Wasn't sure why the game always ended so early.
I love this art style and the game was a challenge which made it very fun to play.
Hand movement is quick. However, if you do not operate it carefully ...
It's a good game!
Very cool art! The use of colors is really cool too!
Like the art style!
The character moves a little bit too fast that it's hard to control precisely.
But still, very well done!
Super interesting gameplay! I found it strange that I used the mouse to pay the arts at first, but then I saw how well it worked! And it was really smart to put all the mouse buttons to hold the gear.
The music and the effects of the flames were really cool, especially when we get close to the fire and the noise increases.
The art of the paintings are also very tasteful.
Congratulations!
Omg I really liked this!! I played quite a few times, especially because I'm impatient and kept running into the traps LMAO; I liked the graphics and it was just a fun game, Nice job!!
Well done! It was nice to play a quick paced game!
I wish I could save all arts but I guess I can't. Nice game nonetheless.
you should explain the mechanic of the fire extinguisher in game and not just on the Ludum dare page, other than that solid entry :)
This game about saving art is art.
I wasn't sure if the fire extinguisher did anything to reduce my Danger Level, but it was certainly helpful for getting around some hazards.
I really liked this, it gave off like a gameboy colour vibe
I had difficult to save at least 4 pictures. Great idea I'm impressed
really enjoyed the premise, really enjoyed the the graphics and use of pallete. simplicity at its finest
I think it's pretty funny how the character is just a floating hand. ha! The artwork is really nice, and I love the color palette. I think after getting hit by any hazard, it takes too long to respawn the player / move the camera to the spawn point. I know it's still a very short cutscene, but if you're trying to go as fast as possible, having to slow down because of a slight bump wit ha hazard is a rough feeling. All around, really great work!
wow amazing art! especially loved the simplicity of it! the beat was amazing as well. did you animate the fires and stuff to the beat? the most feedback i can give you is - make it a bit easier and forgiving so we can get accustomed to it.
other than that pretty solid entry very well made
@potkirland to answer your question; no, just a happy accident I guess. Thanks for playing!
The panic is real! Very nice game, simple, yet challenging and fun  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbpGJ6htKlQ Got to 5 arts off the cameraarts.png
Very nice concept! I included it in my Ludum Dare compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/e8i89EcGrVo
