Best game I have played yet, the was seriously fun - At first I forgot you could move, But its really neat. And well balanced. Can be difficult to use the gun to get the ball out of a ridge. Love of it fully embraces the theme too unlike some other games. Well done, Great game ⛳️🔫

Really cool concept here, but I ran into two specific things that affected my enjoyment of the game. One, if you knock your ball off-course on the third hole, it's terribly difficult to get it just far enough over those short walls that you don't end up off the course all over again. Two, the rocket's a bit unreliable and made the ball fly backward sometimes, which doesn't seem quite right. Aside from those two issues, good work.

When I finished the game I went to the living room and told my parents I finished a game of golf with a bazooka. They told me they were really proud of me :P ..... Just kidding ... they told me to stop playing games and start studying ... Very fun game to play even though most of the times I shoot the ball I had no idea in what direction she was going to go. Loved the music and it is indeed very soothing and relaxing Great job!

First, I want to congratulate the whole team because... I had so much fun. Like... What the hell? It's a completely stupid concept, but it's super nice! Level design is on point. Only found one flaw in 2nd level where the ball can drop under the world, but as it spawns back on the floor, you can manage to continue the game. So, even with flaws, it stays right. The music is on point too! Visually, it's soft on the eye, not aggressive or anything.

Gameplay-wise, as it was said, it was a bit unruly, but still very useable, not glitchy or I didn't spot the glitches. It respects the theme very well, while staying playable. To be honest, I think this game can be speedrunned. No really. Can't see any critics to do. To be honest, I would have loved to see this game get more time to develop and get more levels, maybe with harder difficulty or hurdles. Definitely could have been a seller.

Awesome concept, only issue is that the mouse sensitivity feels a little bit high and that I feel some guns need more power, such as the SMG, felt like the SMG didn't do much.

The game is very fun, but the gameplay is kind of hard though. Anyway, i would love to see a full game release with more weapons and ideas :D

Hahaha ! Really awesome little game, I really had a big laught on the first shoot when you do not except a gun to appear :)

The second level is a bit hard but globally it is not a problem... you do not expect to be a precise "golfer" using guns...

Just fyi : As there are no dead zone I could not use my old xbox 360 controller as the joystick is not well centered so I had to use the keyboard but I do not mind, a fps is played with keyboard/mouse (I just wanted to test how the controller felt)

I love the concept, the game is pretty fun but the mouse sensitivity feels a bit high and (at least in my case) the crosshair moved on its own upwards.

SUPER FUN!! This is one of the most fun games I've played this LD! Excellent mix of genres as well.

I Managed to complete level 2 in just a little over 550 shots :D. I love how when you switch to the rocket launcher the music turns epic.

My only issue is when holding in escape it says "Hold the button to quit the game". But nothing happens :/

Besides that, great game! Job well done guys :)

Very cool concept. A little hard to figure out how to use the different weapons, and they didn't always have predicted results. At one point my ball fell through the ground multiple times until I managed to shoot it while it was at the surface. I loved the art and music, and it was a really creative idea, well executed.

Heheh, that was great, and well advertised! I beat the second/large course in 93 strokes. I mostly used my 1 Iron and 3 Wood, didn't find the 2 Iron particularly useful. Mouse sensitivity was *way* too high for me, had to change it in my OS to be able to actually aim my swings within the game.

The physics feel a bit weird, it feels like each shot applies random force to the ball. Sometimes it travel like one foot away and sometimes it just flies across half of the map. And after ball lands it sometimes stops immediately without rolling which looks wrong. The game is pretty fun actually and it would be really good if not those physics bugs. Graphics are okay and the music is good, I definitely enjoyed it.

@lewis-quaife Thanks you ! Like you said, once the ball get stuck, it's hard to get her out, but a good old bazooka can help you !

@ninjapenguindan Thanks for your feedback, the first one is an harsh problem, we maybe should have make a forth weapons for really little distance ? Still don't know... For the RPG, it was indeed the last weapon who get debug, due to the "randomness" of the weapon by default, so , yes, he still don't do what we told him too, and, if you want, you can help us punish this bad weapons!

@mordokay We know that you know that we know that you really achieve this game ! And hope you could relax without having to study !

@bradalli Yes, I needed a bit more tweak to be more precise, but a lack of time and efficianty block us.

@elionagashi Wow, all the teams thanks you back ! And Batagogo was the one to thank for the automatic respawn (well, a bandage on a open wound, but still, likeyou said : we can manage to continue the game). And more than speedrun, it's to make all in one bullet who could be super ultra mega impresive (turbo championship 2). And maybe we will make a "defenitive edition" of this game (turbo championship 2, of course)!

@drunkardwolf Arsh, I totally forget to balance the speed of the mouse vs the joystick speed (yes, the game can be played one joypad) but, for the SMG, I totally agree, we need some tweaks to make it better, and cleaner !

@gozz The first shot is always the most important, it's a great lesson that I have learned.

You catch the concept of our game (even if, unfortunatly, we want to make it precise... We really don't know all that goes in this weird little baby born in 3 days)

@drikdrok THANKS YOU ! YOU ARE GREAT ! And never stop use the SMG ! It's made for this ! No matter how many shot, only the success is important ! Yea- oh? The escape button didn't work ? Godammit, the coder will hear me ! Wait... I'm one of them... I will hear myself, it's gonna be tough ! More serously : normally it make 3 seconde to quit, so if it take longer, it's clearly a glitch... Sorry about that.

@captainpilot Thanks for the feedback, yes, I know these little zone . I recommend to people to not go this way, it could be dangerous ! In a more serious tone, we should make it a way that it always came back to you (that the main reason that the second map is curve).

@dob The randomness button was probably push too much ! But if it was not enough to ruin the fun, that's mean that our goal as a team to make people laugh and have fun , are achieve, and that : that's priceless. So thank you for playing our game !

@jk5000 We probably should have done more tweak, yes... You can change weapon but it's still need more tweak I think

@yirggzmb The music help a lot, but to be sincere : I probably lost to much time just enjoying seeing this porr ball going to the moon !

@arche-san The first shot is the most importante one ! Our First Person Golfer provide a great experience of realism since the first stroke ! I hope you enjoyed the other club we offer to you !

@jima Unfortunately, we work to make it clean but in the end it look like we've done a thing like : if(shot) then direction = random; force = random; noise = duck; when we actually made some raw and harsh math calculus. I mainly think that the bounce does the most of this weird un-predictiveness. But I'm really glad that you enjoyed the game ! It's the main reason of what we make game !

LOL we had the same idea, FPS + Golf, low poly environments, cheerful music to make an absurd and funny golf experience. You have a much more polished version. I really like your course design and the arrow that points players to where the hole is. If you want to see another teams take on the same idea check out our game. Some 'features' ours has that yours did not:

1. Broken menu's (the mouse is hidden when going from game to menu's so you cant click anything 2. Floating plants 3. Hide and seek to find the hole

OK so this is hands down the funnest game I've planed from the Ludum 41 - the Bossa Nova is AMAZING - the choral was a neat touch too - that american action movie tune for a bunch of seconds when U use the bazooka cracked me up - even the font is nice ans works well in your game! It made me legit laugh and I enjoyed it and for that I say... thank you guys! Good vibes! Keep it up I can't wait to check what you'll come up with this summer for the LD42 <3 :-D

I like it a lot, the bossa nova is great, the concept is great, of course it's not polished but there are some parts like the audio and UI that are nice and polished. Pretty funny and a great Jam game.
