Good fun and the first few minutes had me rolling lol. And then the minutes after.
On an unrelated note anyone knows a good remedy for mysterious finger pains?
A pretty cool clicker there. Totally pointed out on what a lot of professionals really want lol. I would suggest to make this compatible for mobile for better clicker gaming experience.
thanks guys! i am planning to balance the game play more and do an android build.
Pretty sums up my view of protesters in general, heh.
This was a pretty fun, if simple, game. The art was a bit messy but I think that fit with the feel of the game, and the rate at which you could upgrade your protesters was paced very well, which kept the game from becoming boring. With a bit of time and polish, I could see this becoming a very successful game.
Nice work ! It's a very neat interpretation of the theme and I really got into your game ! I didn't have any sound though, I imagine it's a bug considering that there were credits for the song :/
That's really fun ! :grinning:
Very interesting take on the clicker game. Though, after a while, I did get very tired of clicking, so I only could get one guy to level 10 and another to level 5. With other clicker games, eventually, the game plays itself, and it is fully automated. I think that would improve this game, because clicking forever really is hard :)
Congrats!
me: I want to be a protester. manager Well you'll need influence kid me: how do i get that manager by protesting, obviously
... I'm protesting this game :P Really enjoyed this one. I wish there was more though.
Clicker games are always an interesting concept. This game has some things going for it, but has a few too many long stretches of just clicking without much happening. I feel like there need to be a few more meaningful upgrades to make the game more interesting. That issue aside, I really like the silly, cartoon visuals and the music is nice too. overall, this is a pretty polished entry. Nice work!
My mouse has a 300 million click lifespan. I needed to buy two more after playing.
Clickers were never my thing, but the theme is a pretty cool twist to an 'upgrade' game. Looks like I'm building up protesters to make an army of communists!
My wrist hates you. But in all seriousness, this was a neat little clicker. The graphics and dialog were charming, although the music sounded like it needed to be dialed back a bit in whatever audio software you used (gain was probably a bit high causing clipping buzzing). Good job!
I really like the theme and the aesthetic; the humor is spot on. But, it's a clicker game with not really any twist; i barely think about the energy mechanic, only about how long it takes to get the new protesters. After I got to the "I don't want to be criticized for my work" level, I closed the game. I would invest in a new piano soundfont too, since the one you used was a little annoying.
But, you finished a game, and that's much better than what I did. Good job.
Nice idea. The humour is real at the start but it sets in by hire #2 that your hand and mouse will regret that you started playing. Also, the Audio was super LOUD.
Thanks for the valuable feedback guys! I know that this gets repetitive real quick. I was planning to add some more content and mechanics but I ran out of time. I am still developing this and hopefully release it for mobile and tablets. Sorry, too, for the sound quality. I'm basically a noob when it comes to music and it was made during the last couple of hours of development. Again, thanks for playing this game and letting me know what you think!
This looks really funny, wish there was webGl or mac!
Humor : 11/10. Had me clicking for hours xD
Mouse Destroyer! The most fun part I think is the reason of protest, You want phone? take it and go away You want GAS?? OKOK What? You want house???
HAHA those different funny reason are the things that make me keep clicking!
As for clicker game it's pretty good. I really like the idea, that lost power is energy of the protesters. The "Hey!" sign and protesting about everything being free - it's just gold, extremly funny. One more thing to point out is tutorial - it's really great. Don't like clickers, but it could be solid Android game.
Hello, this is funny little game inducing a lot of pain :grinning:
Having your protesters getting tired is really nice improvement against standard clicker games. It forces player to be active instead of just building passive income.
Everything in the game matches overall style and that's what I like too. Good job!
Not being able to change the resolution from 4:3 was a little annoying, but other than that, a great game. The causes that your protesters fight for are also very legitimate problems facing the real world. /s
Oh hey another clicker. Funnier than mine though :p
The protesting reasons are gold, the art nicely matches the humor, and the tutorial works.
It started getting repetitive (and my hand started to hurt...) at the free work sign though, and the music is WAY TOO LOUD. I was using headphones, ouch...
Still, with a bit more variety/abilities it will be a very solid game. Good job!
Good clicker, seems very well resolved. I think the evolution is just a bit slow for the levels.
Funny game! But something is broken on 22lvl((( I cannot press anything brocken.jpg
As a French, this hit quite close to home. Funny take on the classic clicker type, including the classic hand pain that goes with it.
The logic is a bit strange. If someone is a professional protester, and is getting paid to protest, then why are they protesting to get things that they can clearly afford. Surely buying your own laptop is easier than paying a bunch of protesters to do so.
I also felt that the progression was a bit steep.
Having said that, I can see where it is going, and it was an interesting idea.
Not much of a clicker game fan but this was alright. I think it the graphics looked pretty ok and had a certain charm to it. But why is the music SO GODDAMN LOUD JESUS CHRIST MY EARS!!!!!!!!!
