Lovely narrative! The "pson"-move is also pretty sweet :)

Not bad. I like games with narrative and the gameplay is actually quite fun. For some reason I really like the spinning thing.
Really cool gamefeel, fun narration, well done ! :)
This Game actually had a story to it. Awesome Idea and well implemented :D
Great story-telling, but is pretty repetitive. ;D
Yay, addicting. I focus so much on spinning that i was not able to read what squares says ^^
I reached night 6 , it's easy to find the half moon object . Nice love story between circles, and good spinning move.
the controls are really smooth! great work. got to 10, then everything was gone and nothing more to spin at lol
Feels nice to play and I love the mood of it, particularly the idea behind the narrative. Great work.
An interesting concept and game mechanic. I liked the idea of sharing your time with your other half. Well done!
Good fit between narrative and mechanic. Looks like maybe you took some inspiration from that "In Time" movie ;) Fun stuff.
This is a quirky little entry
I like the idea. Still it depended too much on luck if you would find a moon or not fast.
Ok when her time ran out am I the only one who found sleeping with a corpse disturbing? good game zeppelin
Great narrative, and simple (maybe too much ?) gameplay : you made the first "non eye-candy game" of this ludum dare that caught my attention :)
I loved the way you had to share time and watch out for the two characters :)
Very cool narrative going on here. Spinning into the enemies is really fun and sharing the time out between you and the girl is interesting. Some audio would be nice!
The spinning attack is way cooler than I thought it would be! I love the love story and those little bits of narration that adds depth to the characters. Its heart warming to see them sharing time with each other.
Great game! You should think of taking this game further with sound and graphics. :)
really touching narrative. the spinning was really cool!
Good game! the art need some work, but the game work perfect and have a very good gameplay! Nice atmosphere
I love that this has a story :)
I'm not really sure if I play this right. I kill everyone, then I'm left with nothing to do, then the level restarts when either mine or her time runs out.
Thank you so much for the nice comments everyone, if any of you see this. It makes me all fuzzy inside every single time I get a new positive comment.
But please don't hold back on the constructive criticism either! You guys have highlighted some great points that I might follow up on.
@netmute you have to collect a night stash (that dark blue square with a moon on it) which is randomly located in any of the four corners of the game area. Then you have to return to Her in order to advance to the next level.
Interesting idea. I got to day 5, but I found the inability to kill people while invincible from taking a hit to be very bothersome.
@kirbytails7 you can attack people always, also when being hit! The enemies just have more health for each level that you beat. This could have been clearer, but it seems that people have mostly realized that the game works that way.
Neat idea!
It's not so obvious that the other people get stronger, when you suddenly need to hit them more often.
Also, why are the nights numbered 1, 3, 5 ?
i missed some sounds & music, i like the concept, fun and simple. Good Job
I think the narrative is great, and the mechanic of going out, gaining time, and sharing it is great. I just don't think the metaphor of spinning into "people" and killing them works.
I think the night-time object is unnecessary. There's often a point where there's not much else to hit in a stage, and once you get there, you just want to return, not go and look for something that may or may not have spawned..
I don't mean to sound critical with all this - I'm picking at what are some really minor issues, because your game is really interesting, and I think it's got a lot of promise.
I'm a boss! The end has plumped up my ego even if there isnt much too it haha. The shared time mechanic like the film "in time" is well placed here and the spinning mechanic looks very good. I would want it so that when they need more than 1 hit perhaps some 2d physics and the spin flings them off a little? Would be much clearer. Good game.
good job
The spinning was fun, just a shame its so short
pretty cool
got to night 5
Interesting idea. I think if you had made all attacks on enemies 1 shot kills and just simply spawned more enemies per day it would have improved the tension of the game. It isn't very clear that you need to hit enemies multiple times after the first couple of days.
Good game, for some reason the spinning is really funny ^^
I like the way you managed the narration part :)
That had a powerful narrative for a game about circles rolling through squares in order to survive. Well done!
I like that you made an effort to provide the player with a narrative. The gameplay is surprisingly fun and it kept me playing for more than 5 minutes, which is not a simple feat.
Great Job, polish it up a bit and maybe it will be a good mobile game!
Personally, I find it too much repetitive, although the gameplay looks like fun first. I've got to (I think) day 5, then it wasn't fun anymore... :-)
You could have stop to the "kill others to survive" but you add the other half of the circle. This is brillant. It reinforces the story and gives some excellent managing side to the gameplay.
However, I got a bit frustrated by the collisions with the squares. I'm surely doing it wrong but half the time I'm sniping through them, and they don't die.
The two half circles meeting, and becoming one whole purple circle was such an effective representation of a relationship. I feel like the writing (especially when it reaches particularly self-loathing bits of monologue) could use some work, but the whole narrative constructed around this world really gave it life. Well done.
Wow... This was a very special game...
I didn't manage to sympathize with mayfly or the girl, but that didn't stop me from appreciating the narrative as a piece of art. And it was very much a piece of art.
I applaud the fact that you let the game continue even after the girl is dead. Because that's really just how life is... The world doesn't just go away when you lose. You have to keep living with it until you die yourself.
Great work!
Interesting concept! Would love to see this with something other than squares and circles. ;)
Good approach of the theme and the story!
I like how the game is conducted and the smooth controlling :)
simply great!
