Unfortunately I can only play without sound. Beside that, I love the idea of evolving the level instead of the protagonist. It's getting quite challenging! o.o
Maybe the jumping controls could have been better, they feel a bit "stiff" to me.

I too liked the idea of the level evolving instead of the player but it just meant I had to keep repeating the same bits I'd already done which became less appealing with each iteration. It would be nice if it were a more open selection of routes and depending on which way you went, it would try to make that route more difficult.
I know, it's pretty boring after the first iterations.
At first, there should have been new elements after 4-5 levels like lava and others traps but you know how it is. I didn't have the time to implement it or to correctly tune the generation of the advanced levels.
I played through three worlds and really enjoyed it! The controls feel great, and the procedural design was pretty good about giving me challenging wall jumps. I wish it was more difficult though. There weren't a lot of guards even late in a level, and I never died. I also wish it would've been a little closer to the theme, but I still had a lot of fun with it.

Is there a reason for the super-meatboy-esque way to finish levels or did i just get unlucky with mine?
liked the game, level design gets a little repeating sometimes, but overall, good game

I didn't see how this related to the theme too much. The game was pretty cool though and I liked the responsiveness and feel of the players movement.

I couldn't run either executable, even after running the OpenAL installer. :( I was hoping to try this game, because I'm really curious about the procedural level generation...
Axcho> Any error message when launching the executable?
Perhaps you need to update your graphic driver or to install the visual studio 2010 redistributable:

Good physics, and I like the idea of having the level continue to evolve. Unfortunately it did get a bit repetitive, as there's a lot of jumping and maneuvering early on that has to be repeated every level.
I liked the physics in this game :D felt nice!
Woha, i have a very similar idea! Evolving level is also in mine game.. I'm sorry if it's sound something like "i played your game, now play mine", but i'm quite amazed someone have the same starting concept!
Nice platformer, I played for ages to watch the level evolves, it kind of lulled me into a trance (in a good way)
The level were a little bit to similar. But overall a good game.

The idea of having the level evolve was really cool and was pretty fun. I would've liked more difficulty though, like having the guards shoot faster or having falling platforms or something, but this is a good start.
I liked the idea at first glance, and the game was actually pretty fun. It was interesting how I had to change my route in different ways to accommodate for the change. Also the random generation is really neat!

Awesome game, I'm keeping this one on my computer for when I just want to play some simple platforming action. I'm not sure how you did the evolving levels but when I first played through the game I got stuck might be that it was just a really hard jump but you should put in a restart button or something for the level. The music and simple gameplay was very relaxing and fun great job :)
The physics were unexpected but I love me a wall-jump. Levels were too repetitive unfortunately :(

Nice and tight controls and good visuals, good base for something cool.

While I'm fascinated with the alterations of the same level, the game does loses its fun quickly. I was looking for something with a little more action and variety instead of wall jumping through the same -- yet slightly altered -- areas again and again.
Impossible to lose, really; levels don't get any harder. Took me a while to realize they just go on to infinity. Still, procedural generation is neat. Graphics are lovely. Nicely done.
Interesting and difficult(to me) game. Version with sound doesn't works. And you can't return to wall, after jump - you must touch other wall or floor. It will be more easy if you can do it.

Interesting concept, but unfortunately it doesn't make for a fun one. It just feels like playing the same level over and over. Aside from this, I didn't like having to reach agross to ctrl to shoot. It would have been much more comfortable to have the keys next to each other like Z and X or whatever. But yeah, basically these 2 things are the bad things, and I can't think what else is bad... Aside from these, it's a good entry. I hope to see what you can pull off next Ludum Dare.

Evolving levels. I haven't seen those yet. Very clever. And procedural levels that still can be completed, I'm impressed. The way you character moved was a bit weird but worked. Graphically it look finished. Very good. After about 10 levels, you sometimes feel the levels look too much the same, but also sometimes there is a surprise when a familiar corner has disappeared. The music was OK, but unlucky for you, I've played quite a few games by now and these procedural Python musics start to sound the same.
