| Oct 20 12:58:57 | Water Reel Eef | ♥ 1 | Nice twist to the classic pipedream game. It is also good that you see the "catalogue" of available pipe pieces so that you can plan ahead. Graphics are very nice and boost the mood of the game. What I was missing was an undo button, and maybe a bit the pressure of building from the original pipedream, where the water starts to flow after some seconds automatically. | |
| Oct 20 14:21:06 | 1h 22m | Blackwater | ♥ 1 | Very cool idea and nicely polished execution. I was missing a way to adjust the cannon angle or even an autofire power up. All in all you captured the mood very well! |
| Oct 20 14:31:41 | 10m 35s | Nova Blasterz | ♥ 0 | What the heck, this is golden! The first jam entry I genuinely enjoyed. Having CPU customers playing your own pinball table really was the turning point from "this is kinda nice" to "heck yes!". |
| Oct 20 17:49:08 | 3h 17m | Lady DeBugger | ♥ 1 | As a fan of precision platformers, this one hit the spot. Here's my 2c: instead of reset with R, I would have preferred "natural reset", like falling into spikes etc. Also gamepad support would be a plus (if it even is possible for web-builds?). Otherwise I enjoyed the cutesy look and feel <3 |
| Oct 20 19:39:08 | 1h 50m | Living Scraps | ♥ 2 | Lovely pixelart! I felt like this could be easily a part of a bigger, worthy indie point&click adventure. Idk, like a Robotfahrer or something;) |
| Oct 21 17:34:30 | 21h 55m | Use the Shovel | ♥ 0 | I got addicted to tossing coal into fire, maybe I was locomotive driver in my previous life.. |
| Oct 21 17:40:30 | 6m 00s | Magic Abacus | ♥ 0 | Very cleanly implemented entry, I found absolutely no bugs or hiccups whatsoever. Textbook example of using juice too. Nicely done! |
| Oct 22 12:48:37 | 19h 08m | Pocket Pet Day Care | ♥ 1 | Oo, I loved this one as it threw me right back in the 90s. Such a cute and well thought concept. The gameplay was easy to grasp, but things got hectic pretty soon as more and more pets were delivered (not a bad thing though!). |
| Oct 22 13:11:04 | 22m 27s | Past Bedtime: One More Level | ♥ 0 | It was nice to get some taste of forbidden fruit in the game. All in all, very balanced and well executed entry. The only minor thing (its so common that I have gotten used to it...) is please be aware that when mapping Z in QWERTY layout, it is Y in QWERTZ layout (german speaking countries). |
| Oct 22 18:46:11 | 5h 35m | Siege of Syracuse | ♥ 1 | Very well done base defender game given only 72h! I liked the greek style for which the color palette is a good fit. The difficulty was ok, however I did not feel too challenged and after populating the entire dock with arms it was smooth sailing ;) I was kinda waiting for a boss ship to arrive which would wipe half of my cannons away, but its absence is of course understandable given the time limit of the jam. Otherwise healthbars were from time to time a bit hard to see and it would have been a plus to substitute/move the arms around. Anyhoo, one of the better jam games from LD60 I've played. Good job! |
| Oct 22 18:53:43 | 7m 32s | FayOnline | ♥ 2 | So cute! ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ |
| Oct 22 19:03:19 | 9m 36s | Logo Rogue-O | ♥ 1 | Hey, thanks for teaching about logo! (had no idea such a language exists). |
| Oct 23 11:54:59 | 16h 51m | Lensmaker | ♥ 1 | Clever idea, would be nice minigame in some pirate/sailing game. Here's my 5c: + No hiccups, + Very realistic, even with lens aberration + Good amount of content for a jam game - Right at the beginning it was not clear which flag is hostile/friendly |
| Oct 23 12:01:25 | 6m 26s | DAISY | ♥ 1 | The game brought me back 35 something years to our first 386 pc with pc speaker being the only audio interface...good times :´) |
| Oct 23 12:11:28 | 10m 03s | Mixtape Maker | ♥ 1 | IMO this game should have more exposure! Here's my feedback: + Crisp pixelart, love it. + Holy moly: radio static sounds like dentist vacuum cleaner tool :D (i grinned hard hearing it first time) + Clean controls, everything works ok - The UI could include tiny bit of more info, like for tuning knob: "Tuner/MHz" and a frequency display. - I wanted to do the manual rewind of a cassette with a pencil :P |
| Oct 24 16:43:29 | 28h 32m | The Tester | ♥ 1 | Very nice 3D puzzle game! Here's some feedback: + Very atmospheric, nice mood + Loads of content for a jam game - Placing cubes on top of sensors was a bit tricky. (I got feeling the sensor did not register although the cube was place on it) - It was not immediately clear how to swap gadgets |
| Oct 24 17:13:44 | 30m 15s | To the Coast | ♥ 1 | I appreciate the old-school vibes in this game, the game mood was def. one of the strengths. Some random thoughts while I played: - The bicycle hauls were maybe a little too long. I wasnt sure if the background sprites were some interactable objects. - Keyboard controls were a bit odd at times (map selector) - Music and SFX were on point! Really added to the game mood. - Day night cycle was a welcome addition for visuals. Then again I was missing a bicycle light as it got really dark. |
| Oct 24 17:23:11 | 9m 27s | OBSOLETE | ♥ 1 | Next level jam entry, mood, GFX and SFX all really great. The unique platforming mechanics were def. the fun part. The first passage with three jumps however took quite long for the first level, but I guess its bc the game is aiming at Get over it vibes(?). All in all, very enjoyable! |
| Oct 25 07:00:21 | 13h 37m | Extraction Looter | ♥ 0 | The sound effects got me so bad :D (in a good way oc). The gameplay works very well and although I dont play incremental games too much, I didnt have any difficulties to understand how the game works. The pacing was little slow though, it would have been super fun to get to into some extra-speedy-loot frenzy like ~10 minutes or so. Cheers, good job! |
| Oct 25 07:12:04 | 11m 43s | 27MHz | ♥ 0 | Yo, I didnt want to start playing because the sound track was so nice :P Feels like a demo of a commercial game, next level! |
| Oct 25 07:16:54 | 4m 50s | DRIVE OUT | ♥ 1 | Nice entry, I especially appreciated the quake 1 style graphics. One thing I noticed: the key for reverse is "w" instead of "s"? (took a while to get that there is a reverse gear too lol :P) |
| Oct 25 07:26:33 | 9m 39s | Janitorial duties | ♥ 1 | Hey, I smells some Hempuli vibes here! (the creator of Baba is You). Some notes: * The browser version paused(?) the game in Brave/Linux right at the beginning (switching to another tab and coming back allowed game to start * I really appreciate the respawn point being next the latest unsolved puzzle instead of start all over again. * The SFX for walking got tiiny bit disturbing over time :P |
| Oct 25 15:34:50 | 8h 08m | Outpost 60 | ♥ 0 | Modular synth stuff + tower defense = fresh awesomeness! I dunno why but the particular pixel style sent me waay back in early 90s shareware/freeware stuff. Thanks for the nostalgia kick =) |
| Oct 25 15:41:30 | 6m 40s | Vitruvian Machine | ♥ 1 | Such a polished game for gamejam, you did really good job with the art & design. Also bonus points for the funky groovy bg track playing during the building phase. |
| Oct 25 17:11:41 | 1h 30m | Dear Diary | ♥ 1 | I like this kind of simpler entries bc usually I get to test jam games in the evening hours, when my attention/energies are not the highest. The mood and the story were really nice. Wish I could play this with real hardware. |
| Oct 25 17:23:21 | 11m 40s | Grandpa's Grid Too: Detention | ♥ 1 | I'm seriously astonished from the quality, and I mean across the board, nothing felt off really. The best visual effect IMO was the animated hand over the overhead projector. I really hope this entry goes up up up in the final scoring. Best of luck! |
