Oct 2 19:00:24 M8B1674-00D4 ♥ 1 Very clever mechanic and I love the minimalist aesthetic + the room generation visual. It's neat how the spatial recognition aspect comes into play organically from how fast you're placing tiles in later levels. my top score was 2078 🙂
Oct 2 19:20:21 19m 57s Paul Klee, Rich Harbour ♥ 1 Quite a relaxing game, even after your city becomes a tough to navigate maze. Really enjoy the aesthetic and the music.
Oct 2 19:40:27 20m 06s Free The Slime! ♥ 2 Fun game and good use of the theme. An interesting take on the sokoban style of puzzle navigation. I would have liked to see more mechanics and levels though, it ends just as it starts getting puzzley! Small bit of criticism: the sound effects are really hard on the ears. I had to mute the tab.
Oct 2 19:50:59 10m 32s Blob Island ♥ 1 cool puzzle game. I like the mood that the colors and shaders give it. Only complaint is that the slime is very slow - I think it should move at like 2x or even 3x the speed it does now.
Oct 2 20:23:02 32m 03s Hexle ♥ 1 I love this. Was a bit overwhelming at first when you're going through the rules but once it all clicks it's a very neat puzzle, and the reactive feedback of the game elements feel very nice. A solid idea with an impressive amount of polish.
Oct 2 20:41:38 18m 36s Flicker of Lumina ♥ 1 Cool atmosphere / mood. Tough game and the indirect control of your "weapon" takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty fun. The creature designs were also very neat.
Oct 2 21:07:16 25m 38s Plummy's Tummy ♥ 1 Cute game. Charging up the confetti attack and destroying the flying heads is pretty satisfying, and the design of the big creature chasing you is really cool. The map is a bit too big imo, I think you're given too much opportunity to give the creatures a wide berth when collecting the food early on, and the pacing would maybe be a bit better with less distance to travel.
Oct 2 22:25:27 1h 18m CaveBots ♥ 1 This is surprisingly intricate for a jam game. Minor bit of a learning curve but once you figure out what each rock gives you and each machine does it can be pretty addictive. Figuring out the right balance of what machines you need and which rocks to dig is a tough puzzle to solve.
Oct 3 00:06:02 1h 40m Nebula Odyssey ♥ 2 Neat game, I just wish it had a few more buttons and things to build. Once you have a good setup all that's left is waiting for something to get destroyed... could use some extra paths of progression.
Oct 3 00:13:59 7m 57s PukuPuku ♥ 2 Adorable game, very serene and relaxing. The physics got a bit whacky when I picked up the couch - seemed like it was colliding with the player, pushing me around (possible speedrun strat?)
Oct 3 00:41:07 27m 08s S-Cargo ♥ 2 I like the idea of choosing how much cargo to take with you, but it didn't seem like there was any actual downside to just grabbing everything. The movement felt good and I would have liked to see it utilized in more interesting ways. Maze navigation isn't super exciting imo.
Oct 3 02:41:50 2h 00m Shot in the Dark ♥ 3 Very intense game. Being forced to split your attention between the the lasers and where the creature is at is a pretty neat idea.
Oct 3 02:47:01 5m 11s Dungeon Clash: Collapse ♥ 1 Very frantic. I like it. Gave it a go with a roommate... I didn't stand a chance.
Oct 3 02:57:10 10m 09s Fill the crates ! ♥ 0 I really like these sorts of spatial puzzle games. As others mentioned the weird grid snapping offset made things a bit difficult but I was able to work past that and made it through the levels okay. Good work for a first gamejam!
Oct 3 03:42:48 45m 38s Shattered Spirits ♥ 1 Lovely art. Gameplay was a bit confusing but I think I got the hang of it in the end. There's a lot of text and different characters so it's a bit overwhelming at the start but I can see there's a good bit of depth here.
Oct 3 03:51:27 8m 39s Labyrinth ♥ 1 Pretty difficult game, I found the best strat is to just run past enemies than try and fight them. The claw attack is pretty weak.
Oct 3 04:06:39 15m 12s Tetranome ♥ 2 This is surprisingly polished. Good art, the music is nice, and the gameplay is solid. Very well done. I'm not quick enough to properly manage the bomb / star placements but I had fun regardless.
Oct 3 04:34:31 27m 52s Tiny Factory ♥ 4 This is a lot of fun. I love factory games and having to build a factory that isn't a spaghetti mess while on a timer is a tough challenge.
Oct 3 05:04:11 29m 40s Shailu ♥ 2 It's loud, bright, and hot. Truly hellish vibes. A good concept but needs more enemy variety, and your bullets are so fast I wasn't even sure if I was firing at first.
Oct 3 05:13:38 9m 27s To Hell With You! ♥ 3 Cool art, and well done with the sound effects. It even has voice acting! Only criticism I have is that the "welcome to hell" overlapped way too often, and the intro showing off the level was a bit longer than it needed to be.
Oct 3 05:21:59 8m 21s The Final Moments of Jeffrey Epstein ♥ 2 What an incredible experience. I only wish there was more to it. I need to know what happens after!
Oct 3 05:38:47 16m 48s Spacebound Spirits ♥ 1 Very hectic. I wasn't entirely sure if I was actually fixing anything, I kept being told I don't have the required resources (and it didn't seem like I could hold enough to fix what needed fixing?) but in the end I won anyway. Good concept, and the art is pretty well done.
Oct 3 18:49:06 13h 10m Out of Spacetime ♥ 3 Very cool visuals and music. Pretty fun too but man is it insanely tough, before you know it it's going way too fast to even see what's coming at you.
Oct 3 19:58:42 1h 09m Falling for my Majesty ♥ 2 Very cute art, the logo especially is really well done. Game is fairly simple but it's polished and plays well. A bit easy, could have used a couple more obstacles, but still fun nonetheless.
Oct 3 20:40:59 42m 17s Wall Wizard ♥ 2 Tons of polish for a jam game, the art and music is well done, and a pretty fun gameplay loop. Nice twist on a classic game. I managed to kill the wizard but ended up dying to a slime in the same level rip
Oct 3 21:31:53 50m 54s MY LIL WIZARD ♥ 1 The art is very charming. A solid game, I loved seeing all the different weapons. Definitely reminds me of Super Crate Box a bit.
Oct 3 22:06:22 34m 29s InvenStory ♥ 2 Impressive amount of work done on the art, and I like the two-layer puzzle of figuring out what you need and then figuring out how to fit it in. Only criticism is that the first layer of the puzzle was too obvious most of the time. I would have liked to see more deduction and less spelling out what you need. Very solid game though!
Oct 4 02:16:35 4h 10m Blueberry Boy Makes Space ♥ 1 I'm definitely not skilled enough to reach the end but still pretty fun. I love that there's different paths and seeing the entire level on one screen is very neat. I like watching everything moving around and the minimalist art style really adds to the effect.
Oct 4 02:26:33 9m 58s MIROH ♥ 1 Honestly one of the best submissions I've played, and it being playable on nes makes it all the more impressive. Such a clever idea that I'm surprised I haven't seen it done before. The art is also really nice - good use of the nes palette.
Oct 4 02:34:56 8m 23s Voyd ♥ 2 Very fun, and cool mechanic of punishing poor aim. Gets real hectic later on and makes you want to blast wildly... (this quickly led to my death). The visual effects are impressive - simple art that works well, very consistent, and the sound effects are pretty cool. Also pretty neat that there's 2 different characters to choose from. Solid game.
Oct 4 03:55:47 1h 20m Mind the Gap ♥ 1 Very relaxing game, the music and art style fit very well together. Not too difficult - I managed to complete it pretty quick, two levels I struggled most with were the first star windmill level and the one with the flower platform. Though overall it was a pleasant experience. Controls not matching camera perspective was a bit weird at the start but I adapted pretty quick.
Oct 4 06:30:47 2h 35m Outland Escape ♥ 1 Pretty fun game, well polished, and surprisingly relaxing for a game about running over zombies. The upgrades were cool and the art and music are well done. Only criticism is that it's way too easy... seems like there's almost no risk at all. Not a huge detractor imo, but it did make the durability and gun upgrades feel not as impactful as they could be.
Oct 4 19:52:06 13h 21m Packing and Unpacking ♥ 1 Quite relaxing and very cute, not really challenging in any way but the aesthetic and mood was nice.
Oct 5 19:40:02 23h 47m Snowlord ♥ 1 this was pretty neat, a unique concept and the showdown at the end was a cool surprise. I would have liked to see more types of castles for an added layer of strategy to defeating the guy. I couldn't quite figure out when exactly the snow would collapse so I just dug one or two from each space and that gave me more than enough castles to defeat him easily. the art was especially charming.
Oct 7 09:11:20 37h 31m My Limited Cell ♥ 1 Despite the short length, it plays well and the art is nice. I wouldn't mind seeing this expanded upon.
Oct 7 21:35:56 12h 24m Before The Trip ♥ 2 Very nice art and simple concept that plays smoothly. Folding / combining things to save on space is a cool idea.
