| Oct 7 22:53:18 | Interrupted Gameplay | ♥ 1 | What a great game! Unfortunately I wasn't able to beat the boss but I still enjoyed my time. I love all the little touches to make it really feel like an unstable connection. Super polished and fun to play. | |
| Oct 7 23:05:30 | 12m 12s | Witch of the Warren | ♥ 2 | Yay another potion brewing game :) It's so fun to see the different interpretations of the same setup. I really liked figuring out which ingredients were needed. Would be great to get some kind of feedback and maybe some hints so you don't have to start over if you didn't fully understand the message the first time. Also the text could appear a bit faster so I don't have to wait so long to read the lovely story but that might just be me. |
| Oct 8 20:33:47 | 21h 28m | Emily vs the Unstable Creatures | ♥ 1 | The level of polish in this game is insane! I love these progressive powerup games and I can definitely see this becoming a full fledged mobile game. The dialogue system is so nice and clean and the character have a lot of charm. Keep up the great work and good luck on the full version! |
| Oct 8 21:18:03 | 44m 16s | SIRTET | ♥ 2 | Cool idea and fits the theme perfectly! The physics can be a bit unforgiving at times and I had learn that "R" resets the level the hard way 😅 Keep it up :) |
| Oct 8 21:38:54 | 20m 51s | Sky Burns Red | ♥ 2 | Wow that was quite the experience. Would have never thought that you can twist a rhythm game this way. It really felt like a live performance where I had to improvise, fix my mistakes and react to the audience. It's so different to other rhythm games were you just try to imitate the song as best as possible. Here I felt like I could give it my own spin and was at the edge of my seat waiting for those beats. Truly an awesome game even for someone like me who is really bad at the traditional rhythm games. THE SKY BURNS RED *chant* THE SKY BURNS RED |
| Oct 8 21:51:36 | 12m 42s | OverCauldron - Lonely industrial stories across the hearth | ♥ 2 | Yay we need more cauldron-based potion-brewing game! Sometimes I couldn't grab the ingredients because I was too quick for the game. Also I would love to have some more progression over time like unlocking new ingredients. Got a score of 7039! I hope that's good :D |
| Oct 8 22:05:43 | 14m 07s | Hiding Heisenbugs | ♥ 1 | Cool proof of concept! Looks like you've run into a bit of feature creep with all these different conditions. It was fun figuring out which piece must go where. Some more visual indication of the rules would have been helpful. Had to re-read the rules quite often to remember which one was which. Unfortunately I couldn't find any meta instability, so I guess there's room for improvement :D |
| Oct 8 22:16:05 | 10m 22s | H2G0 | ♥ 2 | Wheeee... I love the sliding mechanic! The theme unfortunately feels a bit shoehorned in and I'm not entirely sure why I only get wet by using an umbrella. oO But the sliding action really makes me forget about those issues (until it comes to an abrupt end by a stray fire) And thanks for putting the platform icons on the cover image to help figure out if I can play it! |
| Oct 8 22:29:13 | 13m 08s | Unstable Concoction | ♥ 0 | Games with cauldrons ftw! Not sure I fully understood the rules though but I was still having a great time trying to lob ingredients in and wondering why everything was suddenly bread :D |
| Oct 8 22:46:14 | 17m 01s | The Witch Exam | ♥ 1 | I'm so happy to see so many great cauldron-centric games! Fun combination of image and text riddles. The graphics were lovely and the sound effects tied it all together. As a non-native speaker I was actually struggling a bit with which word you mean by each object which got layered with the difficulty of guessing the word that had to be created. So I was glad I still made it and can now finally call myself an official witch! |
| Oct 8 22:56:28 | 10m 14s | Paper Work | ♥ 1 | Wow that boss really doesn't like it when his employees move. Is this some kind of mindreading job? Well at least I finally managed to keep a job and 430 points :) |
| Oct 9 09:43:19 | 10h 46m | Meltdown Monday | ♥ 2 | This truly is the next generation of gaming! I can't believe I got to experience this for free! Thank you so much for making this masterpiece but I think I've had enough microwaved donuts for a while. |
| Oct 9 09:55:29 | 12m 10s | UNSTABLE DREAMS | ♥ 0 | Awesome unique aesthetics! I think standing still during the balancing part could have been used to further stabilize. And I would have loved to have some balancing elements during the boss fights. Overall very solid entry and tells a nice little finished sotry. |
| Oct 9 10:11:06 | 15m 37s | Fickle Forest | ♥ 0 | Really cool idea for a sandbox game and cute graphics! Unfortunately it was quite difficult to understand the systems and scoring system. It would have been great to slowly introduce the different species and their effects. In general the game could benefit from slowing everything down a bit. Right now everything spirals out of control a bit quickly. Do you have any tips on how to get the system to stabilize? |
| Oct 9 10:28:09 | 17m 03s | Building Game Building | ♥ 1 | Really fun game! A lot of depth and quite some replay value. Awesome job! I was a bit sad that I couldn't use my "production cycle" after my last piece to keep going. |
| Oct 11 19:38:19 | 57h 10m | Unstable Way Home | ♥ 2 | Really lovely graphics and super fun voice lines! The controls were a bit fiddly but that's probably just realistic for the level of drunkenness. Also quite an odd choice of controls, any particular reason? |
| Oct 11 19:51:03 | 12m 44s | Quadruple trouble | ♥ 1 | Okay this was actually more relaxing than I expected once I got a hold of the controls! I was expecting it to go crazy at some point but instead I just won :D Not sure if it was me but the third control (the one with the sine wave) didn't seem to work. Also would be nice to pause time during the tutorial as I had basically already lost when I started my first round. Really like the uniqueness of each control panel! |
| Oct 11 20:44:37 | 53m 34s | Desultorium | ♥ 1 | Didn't really understand what was going on at first but once I got the hang of it it was quite the experience. Great job on the music! It fit the visuals perfectly and the movement really had a great impact. Also congrats on getting some UI to work, I know how much of a struggle that can be especially in Unity. |
| Oct 11 20:50:47 | 6m 10s | Uncertain Orbits | ♥ 0 | This was short and sweet. Well done on keeping the scope small! It really feels like a small complete game and the core mechanic is actually fun. Great basis to build more stuff on :) |
| Oct 11 21:18:45 | 27m 58s | Rolling Home | ♥ 1 | This was a blast! Not sure if I won, but I reached the "You Win" sign and then sacrificed everyone to the lava. Super adorable creatures these Sleems <3 One of my favorites that I've played this jam so far. Really enjoyed managing all my little Sleems. |
| Oct 13 15:57:10 | 42h 38m | POTIOMNESIA | ♥ 2 | Wow that was a lot of fun! I had some difficulty understanding the game at first but once I got the hang of how to take samples and do experiments I started to feel like a real mad scientist. Some more tips on how to disarm each potion after figuring out which one it is would be great. I could consistently identify the potion within 3 samples but then struggled to do anything but to pour it down the drain or to just hide it under the bed and hope for the best :D Also the tune rocks! |
| Oct 13 16:14:32 | 17m 22s | Save reactor | ♥ 0 | Congrats on creating this game! The characters are really lovely and memorable. Took me some time to figure out the throwing as it's tricky to time with dropping it. Once I knew how to throw the only obstacle became jumping up platforms as they felt just slightly too high in some cases to comfortably jump up. I would have really like to have some form of goal beyond just surviving because actually winning is fun ;) |
| Oct 13 16:49:36 | 35m 04s | Ice Moon | ♥ 1 | Wow that vehicle is truly unstable! The cockpit was really well done and transported you nicely into this world. I would've loved to have at least a little more power or control (even through a more powerful rocket) from the beginning as it felt very punishing just being thrown around by every tiny bump. I know that it's supposed to be a major part of the game but I think it could've done with a little more chaos by overshooting rather than not being able to climb up an incline and just falling back down. Still a really unique entry with an impressive atmosphere and graphics :) |
| Oct 13 17:03:54 | 14m 18s | Perhaps a Friend? | ♥ 1 | I love the art style and the bizarro storyline! But getting any sort of not completely random movement at more than a snails pace felt impossible. But I have to admit I also always sucked at any QWOP like game. Could've done with some nice music to help with the frustration :D |
| Oct 13 17:28:56 | 25m 02s | Toy Tactics | ♥ 1 | Wow what an ambitious project for a jam! Really impressed by the amount of content you were able to press into this. Great tutorial levels to introduce all the elements. Took me a couple of tries to not fly to space with the jetpack. The bomb was definitely my favorite weapon with the added element of destroying the environment. The positioning didn't all that important as the AI was quite stumped in a lot of situations anyway and shooting from behind cover didn't work as well as I was hoping. Would have really liked to play on a bigger level with more players. I think this has all the elements to be extended into a full-blown game especially with these lovely little toy soldiers! |
| Oct 13 17:49:21 | 20m 25s | Tables & Tremors | ♥ 1 | Awesome game! Had to lower my sensitivity quite a bit but then it was a lot of fun. The fast respawns really invite you to go for a speedrun. |
| Oct 13 18:00:13 | 10m 52s | Wobbly Penguins | ♥ 6 | What did I just play? That was unexpected! At first I thought: yeah nice solid game. But then you took it to the next level! So glad to see someone really going for it with the theme! |
| Oct 13 18:04:08 | 3m 55s | UNTetris | ♥ 1 | This must be one of the most polished jam games I have seen! The aesthetics on this are through the roof and the pulling mechanic feels just right! Now just make more levels and make it available for mobile and you've got the next big hit on your hands! |
| Oct 13 18:10:11 | 6m 03s | SEXY BOOBY 95 | ♥ 1 | Nice short experience! And I love the clickbait! Surfree might as well be its own entry, very addictive |
| Oct 13 18:49:47 | 39m 36s | Factowery | ♥ 0 | I've spent more time than I care to admit on this! Really fascinating game. The clockwise / counter-clockwise part was still a bit confusing to me. Building in a tight space was really difficult as all the resources just mixed with each other and I would have loved to have some filters. Also a way to visualize all the different settings of each field would have helped with setting up the pipelines. For 12h this is already incredibly detailed and well balanced! Would love to see this game continued :) |
| Oct 13 19:45:08 | 55m 21s | Cannot Wake Up | ♥ 1 | Couldn't wake up but got to experience the eerie mood. I count that as a win |
| Oct 13 20:10:44 | 25m 36s | GLITCH | ♥ 1 | Have you tried turning it off and on again? What a fun little platformer. The fart button was such a great idea you never know what press will cause it. The game just needs some music and some more levels to make it even better |
| Oct 13 20:19:21 | 8m 37s | AllRound | ♥ 1 | Really cool idea and the minimal art style actually works quite well. The sheep were actually less of a problem than the heavy and bouncy things. I love that when you push the farmer around his speech goes with him :D |
| Oct 13 20:23:51 | 4m 30s | Space Crazy | ♥ 1 | I love the idea and the writing was great. Unfortunately the game was way too easy as you could just fly straight to the planet without worrying about the AI at all. Some more challenges and nerve-wrecking moments would've been great. |
| Oct 13 20:37:42 | 13m 51s | Unstablium | ♥ 1 | I love the visual representation of the bullet holes! The best strategy seemed to be pedal-to-the-metal and just rush through. |
| Oct 13 20:55:54 | 18m 12s | Shroom Dood : the misfortune of the staff | ♥ 0 | Took me some time to realize that you can freeze the items in mid-air. Couldn't really figure what the second meter on your wand(?) means and why I would want a smaller circle of influence. Feel like I'm missing something here. |
| Oct 13 21:07:39 | 11m 45s | LIFT-UP MACHINE (nightly version) | ♥ 3 | Wow that was great! Didn't expect this game to take such a turn. But I am glad that I stuck with it to the end. Reminds me somehow of games like frog fractions. Very unusual aspect ratio but I think it fits the unusual game :) Maybe only complaint I have is that there could be a bit more of a game to it ;) |
| Oct 13 21:37:29 | 29m 50s | You won't believe your result from this personality test! | ♥ 1 | Not exactly sure what I just played or if I even played it. But nonetheless I seem to be a QWOPPER and have now shared this with a friend of mine. |
