Full points for graphics! It's visually stunning and a cool idea to boot. Up to accelerate isn't really my kind of thing but I guess it keeps the controls nice and simple

Looks and sounds cool but unfortunately I won't be able to rate it properly until later as I don't have a Player 2 on hand right now :)
This game definitely got a chuckle out of me, and it's fun to boot. On Windows 10 at least, I couldn't find a way to fullscreen it properly nor move the window so it just sat kind of awkwardly off-balance on the upper left side of my screen until I task manager'd it away.

Cool idea and a good interpretation of the theme! However, I had a lot of mouse-drag issues when playing it - the game would sometimes just not recognize my mouse inputs, which made moving the blocks around into a chore.
I haven't been able to get someone to play it with me yet so my scores are subject to change but I really dig the concept!
The graphics might be simple but the game is a really great concept and great execution, too. :) I like the little touches, like how you can re-roll on the level randomizer at the beginning if all the blocks haven't fallen yet.
Brilliant concept, I love the idea of making spaces in the blackness by shooting the blue orbs. The music is great, too! My only real criticism is that it's made unnecessarily more difficult by only being able to shoot the standard gun while pressing A or D. If it's a four directional game, I really feel like you should be able to shoot the standard gun in all four directions too.
The music really puts you in the zone for this one (つ▀¯▀)つ
I did manage to glitch outside the boundaries a few times but apart from that a solidly put together game!
@dangerbackwards @pass-me-the-controller @agsilverag We're probably going to be working on this game further after LD42 is over so we appreciate the comments regarding the difficulty. Truthfully, the level chunks were sort of slapped together last second so they're not what you might call balanced, although in a final product we hope they will be :)
