This is a good game. It desperetely needs a more advanced tutorial though.
A very good game an rpg style game that's fun and challenging, done in 3 days with lots of dialogue. That's quite a feat congrats.
The concept behind the game is rather simplistic, but I have to admit this is the game I had the most fun playing today good job.

Mechanics wise it's a great game. That said you should probably add some extra art to help with the blandness a bit. It also covers the theme well.
@spiria The controls can be tweaked, when I have some time I'll get to it. Honestly when making the control settings I was afraid of making them too easy :D. The spinning Gold coins give gold always, but the spinning chests can give food sometimes. And I should have added that the dark fish are the toxic ones in the description. The out of bounds restarting the game was intentional, I wanted to make it different from when you die losing health or finish it by gathering all the items. There is a bit of randomness at the spawning fish aswell although it is guaranteed to start the game with more dark fish. As for the link being source code, it's because the link leads to all versions Windows 64 bit, 32 bit aswell as Linux 64 and 32 bit. If I would seperate them it would be 2 or 4 lines with the same link and I thought it would be confusing. Thank you for your analysis, glad you liked the game.

@johnbrynte The addition of diving mechanics was very briefly considered by me, but I realized I didn't have time to implement it properly so I never gave it a try. Now that you've reminded me I may do that in a future update some day. The reason the collision was that way is because I was using Near sensors rather than Collision ones since I was having trouble with Collision sensors for some reason I have not yet managed to figure out. Also glad you enjoyed the dialogue :D
The Game has a very Slenderman feel to it. I guess the idea is that since your flashlight can run out. Maybe you could have the flashlight start super bright but in addition to that have no batteries around. Other then that it is well done.
Neat idea was confused how it worked at first with the moving objects around, nice touvh and the art was superb. An all around good entry with the art standing out the ost for me.

Game is very well done for a game made in 17 hours the graphics style is a bit old, but I sense that's what you were going for congrats.

It is a very well done game regarding the controls I have 1 suggestion you could add manual camera rotation in addition to the camera following the mouse, but other then that good game. I liked it.

The art is great music is ok, the controls are wonky unfortunately.

@2lol555 Yeah well you are running out of space to move and dodge while the walls are also encroaching on your position. So I guess you are in space while running out of space. I admit it was not the easiest theme to tackle and since this is my first game with godot this is what I could manage in 3 days. Although I almost ended up submitting it for Compo instead.
The reverse talking was ouch a few times with changed tempo and a few other alterations :D. Glad you liked it.
@2lol555 I am aware yes. As the game will still be finetuned a little I'm in no hurry to get ratings for it. (since there is still 8 hours left till the end of the jam) I always rate some games during Ludum Dare. But I wait until the jam timelimit is over before I start going around rating stuff.
@2lol555 I'm just now seein that. I totally missed that since I don't really use twitter pretty much at all. And I'm now seeing on the website news section aswell which wasn't there. Nevermind me finetuning stuff I guess. I'll wait till the judging stops, before I do that lol.
Which makes my game pretty barebones, but it is what it is.
