This game goes along well with the theme. I really appreciated the arrow though small, it was a big help and made the game more enjoyable.

Man those animations are impressive. Making platformers like this seems so hard, especially given the time constraints. Good Job!
i really like it! :P
Nice tension between protecting your goods and venturing out in search of coins. My intrinsic hatred towards garden gnomes and the awesome aesthetics kept me playing. Cool color scheme :D
I think the space key jump is better :)
I really liked it, but as gao-ming says, it's probably more intuitive use the space key to jump
Nice little game) Sweep gnomes from house is very fun)
Nice little game! The arrow was a good idea, but damn it was hard!
Nice game, but I missed the space button to jump xD" It was rather complicated for me to go up with the arrows, but it worked fine after a little time :3 Liked it!
Thank y'all for playing my game. I appreciate all your feedback. I'll think about the controls, if you use space to jump what key is better for frighten the gnomes? Your feedback are important to me. Thanks again.
Good concept, liked the music
5 stars would frighten gnomes again
@steffan hahahahaha it doesn't look like a problem. Capturar.PNG
It is a decnt game, although that arrow confused me for a bit.
Concept was interesting, kind of reminded me of the classic Peter Pan and the Pirates NES game. The climbing controls felt kind of clunky when mounting/dismounting a ladder. Overall nice job though.
I somehow missed the arrow pointing me in the right direction for half of my first playthrough. Climbing ladders felt quite jarringly slow in a game where all other movement is significantly faster. There was a bit of waiting for the gnomes to come in and for the next coin to spawn.
Nice take on the theme. We went for something quite similar as well. As for the complaints about the jump key; I think the keys are good as they are. Overall it was a somewhat entertaining experience. Nicely done.
I'm already working on three issues: - A bigger arrow (some people didn't realize it's there); - To climb faster; - I'm trying the waiting for gnomes don't be so long.
Interesting little platformer. For whatever reason i had a hard time jumping... just couldn't seem to get where i wanted. Otherwise I enjoyed it.
Really cool game! I love the animation of the player, the graphics and music are also really good. I only found 3 coins, no idea where the rest are hiding. Nice game!
I like the background and when the player jumps, very nice animation ^^ Nice game but I don't understand why I died :(
@rongo-matane There is a arrow above your head showing the right way to go. Try it again ^_^
@reality-blind The more coins you collect, the more gnomes you attract, you can see when they are coming in two manners: 1) the arrow above you turns yellow and show you the way to go home 2) the HUD have a green bar that shows how safe is your collection. If the gnomes are in your house, that bar decreases and you lose.
Nice game, quite fun to play!
The controls felt too floaty for my liking. The visuals werent't bad the stomping of the gnomes was actually pretty fun.
Cool game. Animations were really interesting to say the least. Climbing ladders was too slow and broke up the flow of the game too much except for that movement was really fun. Good job
I disagree with the people who prefer spacebar for jumping. I prefer the up-arrow. Also, I don't think the jumping was the issue. The related issue, in my mind, was that most of the platforms you could not reach by jumping, so there was only one (or two) ways you could go to get up to a high point.
As for the little arrow above me, I didn't even notice it early on. I didn't realize what I was supposed to be doing right away. I went into the game thinking coins=bad, so I tried to avoid the coins, but there's only one coin. Once I got into it, sweeping gnomes is a nice idea.
The arrow was a nice touch, helped reduce aimless wandering around. I liked the fact you used one level but put the coins in different places, it meant you had to pick a different route each time and weren't just doing the same thing. I actually also liked that you couldn't just jump to every platform, but maybe it's better to make it obvious you can't reach some platforms, rather than having them just out of reach. I found the up arrow and space bar to work well how there were, but as an advanced feature you can use Key Codes to let player choose their own controls.
the concept was good and it fit the theme but the controls were very floaty - also did not seem to have much to fear in this game - nice effort
