Fantastic project! The music was a jam, the art was clear and easy to read. The chart was a bit confusing at first but after trying it (and killing my reactor multiple times) I seem to get the hang of it. I came across one bug where the valve took stuff from the vat but didn't send it into the pipe, but other than that (which was fixed by restarting) its a really cool idea and well executed!
Interesting game! nice art, it looked really good!
Solid prototype, theres lots of potential with this idea I feel. I liked how the icons lit up as you look at each object, would be crazy if you could apply the rules to the entire environment (imagine a room with no gravity/friction, or a pool with no boyancy)
I might be wrong but it seems that the executable doesn't do anything, I was stuck on one screen and no inputs did anything :\, unlucky
Gotta praise the graphics, really smooth pixel art, gameplay was nice as well!
Great game! good design on both enemies and weapons to deal with them, the art style was very nice although I did find myself shooting at doors I didn't notice were there. It was fun!
This was a pretty interesting game to play, the mazes I got were relatively simple with paths mostly going through the middle, I think this game would have benefited more from a faster pace and higher tilt angles, maybe make it an option for the player? And one ball doesn't seem to be enough, its just a matter of waiting for it to get out of the way then finding the exit. Although overall for a random maze generator in unity it was really good! gj!
Interesting concept! good 3d models, they must've taken ages to make, it really got intense when multiple sirens went off, but it was fun!
That was fun! I failed miserably on my first few tries but eventually I beat that damn skeleton, really nice art and animations, plus cut scenes?!? in a jam?! you're insane. good job!
hahaha, its a good & fun game similar to 'get over it', its frustrating the player in having to keep track of all the things you gotta press. Add a 'distance' meter, online scoreboard and keep adding buttons until you reach 9 and you got yourself a solid steam game for 2$
This was fun, good art, good movement and controls, one pet peeve is the amount of time it took to just read the controls, but otherwise it was fun and very atmospheric! gj!
Good controls and easy to learn to play, I think it would help to move new bombs onto the center of the screen faster as I was spending more time on the left side or just waiting for a new one to arrive but otherwise it was fun!
The art was really nice and the shop functioned really well, I can see this as a mobile game (if someone bumps into me while playing I swear I'll punch them), a lack of controls makes it a bit difficult to figure out how to actually put blocks down, but other than that its a fun challenge!
That was an interesting experience, good job on the level design, it really paired well with the janky jump mechanics, I'm surprised at how robust it is I was half expecting to fly through walls most of the time but it held up. The art style really suited the type of game and the music backed it up, overall a pretty fun game! gj!
Wow the atmosphere blew me away, definitely on the edge of my seat while playing, good game!
Nice doom clone, it was really satisfying to play! Props on keeping it light, it ran smoothly even on my toaster of a laptop. Great mix of 2d and 3d art, smooth movement and clean controls. My only complaint (add me to the list XD) is that it was a bit slow paced for how fast the Player can move, it wasn't really threatening or challenging but that can be easily fixed with a few settings tweaks, gj! it was fun!
Incredible world building, great models and nice atmospheric effect! Loved the idea of clocks waking you up, although a bit tough to find them without headphones
Chill game, amazing graphics and runs surprisingly smoothly for how intense it should be, esp for a 3d web game. Amazing animations and models, you guys knocked them out of the park, the only thing I can suggest is to make smaller levels to introduce concepts and ideas without overwhelming players with a massive garden from the get go, otherwise its pretty fun and relaxing!
As anon said, classic gameplay with a twist, I loved the art and the cute jam/bacteria animations, I managed to just keep running and didn't really see any bacteria until round 11, fun game otherwise though (shooting a fireball without mouse controls is surprisingly hard)
Haha, great spin on the jam theme, its prob easiest to play with arrow keys + controls, might be a good idea to include them into the description (E,F, etc). Overall it looks and plays great, the dash is super satisfying :D
The art is really neat and its a cool take on literally delaying time to keep playing, the platforming is really tight and a bit hard to progress but other than that its a great proof of concept with great art design
Had a fun time playing, the controls are a bit wonky with the character teleporting around but it makes for a tough game especially with fireballs running out haha. Keep making!
Yo this is awesome! the art is incredible and the particles when dashing as so damn satisfying
Cool game! The art is really nice, and the grid has a lot of potential for a strategy/puzzle game. Tying the moves to the time is an interesting idea, maybe pushing things or doing something big could take more time? Has promise, keep it up!
Thanks guys! Yea the biggest challenges were to get the infrastructure built up for it, after which adding more characters was pretty quick and easy. I'll note your suggestions and try get a better version out after the jam!
great suggestion @adangtran ! I'm thinking I should be able to implement a more user friendly 'combat phase', which will probably help a lot with teaching what the characters do and how they affect the map
Oh my lord, great game, seriously, looks ready to ship
Awesome game, insanely high skill curve, it feels like you need to think 40 moves ahead just to beat the harder levels, great design, I can see this having more success with more levels and built in obstacles (maybe a school map? chemistry lab?) lots of potential for an open ended puzzle game too
Interesting idea, I'm really impressed by the navigation system, I tried breaking it but it worked flawlessly everytime! Keep it up, these games are a great medium for large sprawling stories
Looks great! The UI was super smooth and consistent, loved it and can't wait to see what else you can come up with in the future!
