While playing I really didn't understand what it had to do with evolution, but decided to read the description afterwards (oops) and now I see what it has to do with it. Loved playing the old-style games, but like delerium10101 said, wish the controls were WASD. At points it seemed like when I should die (had 0 lives) it would give me 3 more lives and just take away some points?
Controls were iffy because I think you used onKeyPress to directly control movement instead of changing a variable that is always (X times a second) added to the ball's X position on the screen. Other than the controls, though, it was interesting/fun. Nice spin on evolution.
The part where you have to jump up and then backwards to get up and keep moving is crazy hard. Controls are a little iffy but great game.
Kind of a fast game, but hilarious (and unique) theme. I won on the second try and wasn't too hard, just had to click back and forth pretty fast since the paleontologist seems to just follow the same path. Definitely 5 stars for humor though.

This actually was a very difficult game, which was good. Kept me playing it for a while...thought I didn't get very far. At all. Controls/movement is flawless. Interesting theme, overall, great game.
Fun. Interesting that you can't ever make it to the smallest cat without first mating with larger ones, makes it a bit more strategical.
Didn't know what do do in the era of changing but definitely an interesting game.
Looks like there is a lot of content, but a lot of it is inaccessible because of the time limit. It seems if you stand in the water/blue spots for a while, though, enough squares appear for you to survive and explore for a bit. Overall though, challenging and fun.
Very easy to die (at least for me) but fun to catch the flies, and very smooth gameplay. It seemed as thought it was easier to get hit the bigger you got, but was fun.
Very interesting and unique concept, had a lot of fun playing it. Different from every other game out there.
Didn't really understand what it had to do with evolution, and was confused as to what I was supposed to hit the circles towards even after reading the description...but was kind of fun to try to keep all those balls from dropping down.
Fun puzzles. Couldn't even get through the second one because the board you had to put in place would never go in but was fun nonetheless. Haven't played a puzzle game yet in this compo.
@hgcummings The sticks that you see spinning around were intended to do something but I ended up not having the time to work on it for more than a few hours when the competition was going on, so I didn't quite finish that. I like your idea of the sticks chasing you, I had thought of them damaging you but not chasing. When I work on it again I will definitely use your suggestions, thanks. =D

Really didn't know what I was doing, but it seems like there is quite a bit to the game. Always love a web-based game though.
Was fun to sneak-and-run but it seemed like I died pretty fast. Survived 43 days ... probably shouldn't have eaten them all right away. =D
Was fun, bought the double-jump option and it seemed pretty easy from there.
This is definitely the most fun game I've played. To be honest, I have no idea what's going on. But I suppose that's the point of an evolution game. The degrees modifier thingy? No idea what that does? More flak? Ok sure. Don't know if they do anything but I like messing around with them. Creative, fun, nice sounds, very innovative. And again...no idea what's happening. It's that fun.
Creative concept, was extremely fun to play, awesome graphics and the chicken sound was extremely annoying. Definitely 5 stars for humor.
Played yesterday and came back again to play again. Easy mode was certainly easier. Rather difficult to find the exits/new map points as they weren't really marked by anything by a black wall, but other than that, great music and gameplay.
As foxor said my first impression was "Slime Volleyball!!!". But actually, this may have even been more fun than that. Sweet gameplay and graphics.

I was sooo close to killing the boss and then he backed me into a corner and dead. This is probably one of the most fun ones I've played so far. Interesting spin on evolution too.
