Too short, but it's a fun gameplay !
Nice boss fight, well done!
Nicely tied together the idea of upgrades and collecting things.
Boss fight has also very nice logic to it.
Interesting upgrade and platforming mechanics but definitely felt like it could have used some more polish, and art for the platforms and such. The upgrades aside from the jump and speed didn't seem terribly useful, if you upgrade the jump and speed to 5 however you can basicly just jump straight up to the top of the boss fight and win before he really even has a chance to change color more than once or twice.
Nice idea, but it was too short and some of the upgrades looks useless. I just upgraded my speed and my jump max, and i finished the game super easily and really fast. Too bad :s
Was fun, bought the double-jump option and it seemed pretty easy from there.
Very basic gameplay, but kind of fun. The most interesting part of it was the color shifting boss at the end who killed certain platforms. It looked like you had planned a lot more game (e.g. I bought a stun gun which never even seemed to be an option) - that might have been cool to see, but it's tough to get everything done in the 48 hours. Nice work.
That had a pleasantly weird atmosphere.
very interesting, but there
was no music or sfx for me
using win 7 and firefox 15.0.1
Completed it. Was rather easy, but still fun.
@ae12687 That is weird, I'm running windows 7 (64 bit) and Firefox 15.0.1 and it works using the same link and everything. There are sound effects and music.
Everyone else, it does get very easy once you have upgrades, even without upgrading you can complete every level, when I started I was going to let you pick what level you wanted, but half way through after designing the level I changed my mind. so there is no difficulty ramp in any of the levels.
the STun Gun does do something, it adds a 2 second delay to the boss (so it slightly longer between color changes. its not what I wanted it to do.
As far as what upgrades are better I think they are all pretty much the same. my favorite was double jump, and gravity (makes you fall slower, and thus jump higher)
Interesting game. Didn't get the theme too much.
