I didn't understand how the theme fit in here, but it was a really good game none the less. The atmosphere you created was amazing. nice work!

Cute game! Not sure if it was a bug, or intended, but the dragon stopped following the mouse after he got a bit of that yummy looking food. He sort of still followed, but not very well. The Dragon getting bigger each time he eats something is already good enough to make the game hard, and fun, throwing in that loss of control really only frustrated me.
Fun game! I was half paying attention to the achievements while I was trying to satisfy my thirsty customers, but was a nice touch. I started to get the hang of it, and then if became addicting. Like I was trying to streamline the process. I stopped looking at the beer as I was filling it up, I just knew the right hand motion to get that not so foamy but just right beer. I memorized my customers distance to roughly remember how hard to throw it each time. Ya got me, I got sucked in. I didn't understand how the theme fit into this though, also you game crashed a lot for me, but other than that, was great :grinning:
I achieved all 70 coins! I dunno if it was a bug, but I felt like only sometimes my character moved slower from the coins, but I was clicking rapidly. Fun game though! Felt like the game should have ended when I got all the coins though :disappointed:
Unfortunately, I'm not even sure how to run the game after downloading. There is no .exe contained inside the zip.
Edit: Game works great now, really liked it! Only thing is I felt the theme was a little backwards. Instead of being harder the more you have, it becomes easier. Still really like it though, good job!
I wish I had a player 2. Game looks great! Since I can't really get a good idea of the full game, I assume the theme is in when your own Dragon gets fed he gets bigger making him a easier target. Don't know why you wouldn't want to feed your own Dragon though, he is adorable.
Enjoyed the game. Loved the cat lady theme, the more cats you have the more stuff you have to navigate around. Your cat noises were pretty funny, would have liked some background noise, but I get it if you didn't have enough time. I found it a little difficult to place those box things where I wanted them to be, I got that it was a grid system, but if it was a bit more forgiving on being pixel perfect it would have been even better. Good job though!
Expected bugs from a game jam game, however they were frustrating and caused me not enjoy the overall experience. Also, personally wasn't a huge fan of the character controller.
Also need a .exe to play for windows.
Sorry about that oversight @nina! Should be working now... hopefully :)
A lot to love with this one. I liked the challenging gameplay. Awesome work.
My biggest complaint is there was no back button in the instructions, I had to alt+F4 and reopen the game to get out :stuck_out_tongue: Other than that I didn't see the theme of 2 genres. It was just a platformer. However, I still enjoyed it and thought the platforming aspect was done well so awesome work :)
Personally I didn't really see it fit well into the theme since the infinite runner aspect didn't really tie into gameplay at all. This was a pure Rhythm game, and a fun one at that! Given the time you spent on this I think you did a great job!
I just wanna throw in a suggestion to maybe make each genre more apparent. Instead of having the arrows to dictate the button you press, get rid of the DDR section, and work on art assets with a clear interaction (ex. a crate you will always need to jump over (up arrow), a door you need to charge through (right arrow), etc). You could make a few different iterations of assets with the same type of player interaction, and introduce them over time to train the users memory. Just my 2 cents, I needed to throw it out there :)
Pretty good! I didn't understand how gameplay fit into the theme, but the gameplay was fun anyway, and everything else was done well in the time you did it. So great work! :)
