LD49 — Unstable

Stack Droid Saves The Party by Shawn Beck 2021-10-06T05:21:58Z

I loved everything about this game. It is very cute aesthetic a nice soothing soundtrack. The stacking mechanic was fun and tricky, and the story and animations were funny as well. Great polished game.

Sire Sleipnir by Klosterliv 2021-10-07T06:36:45Z

Awesome interpretation of the theme. A very creative, fun game

Precarious Powers by DrSnowDude 2021-10-05T06:27:33Z

Loved the challenge of juggling the three mana jars, especially because one is tied to a movement spell. I really liked the seamless multipurpose casting of the ice spell. Great concept and great execution.

Unstable98.exe by hilkojj 2021-10-07T04:34:39Z

Loved every part of this game. I tried this out because I saw Clippy in the thumbnail and it did not disappoint. Great polished game.

Thanks for your feedback everyone!

@areywarlord yes, some of the dialogue is a reference to the Greek origins of the Minotaur which is depicted as Asterius the Bull of Minos in Hades. It's a really messed up story if you want to look it up.

Dread Knowledge by subcreation 2021-10-07T05:27:21Z

Interesting concept, reminded me of the board game "Haunting of the House on the Hill" with the sanity system. It would have been nice to have an actual number system for the health/sanity. I went through my first run unscathed, so I failed due to estimating the sanity bar/total sanity number wrong.

Carrying A Microwave Down 3rd Ave by Yoss III 2021-10-07T05:33:49Z

This felt like a fever dream. Loved every part of it

LD50 — Delay the inevitable

Not Af-RAID by JM Studio 2022-04-09T09:16:32Z

Great game, it felt quite polished. I love that you made a deck building game that fit the theme. The only thing that stood out to me was the stress bar. While the stress bar is a nice touch, does it do anything? It doesn't seem like there's a consequence to filling it.

Inevitable Greenery by Apandso 2022-04-09T08:50:11Z

Cute game, however I ran into a couple issues. I got soft locked in the cutscene that pans over to the nuclear plant. I must have gotten stuck on the cutscene trigger because every time I tried to move, I would trigger it again. Additionally, I found the footsteps to be too loud and distracting, a little unbalanced alongside the soft peaceful music.

Till It's Over by Kamuniaft 2022-04-09T08:26:49Z

You really nailed the mood and atmosphere. I liked the empty feel of the map. While it does make it easier to let members of the party die off, it's still feels tragic to find that there was a crate right next to your base in an unexplored direction.

Foundations by 0x746564 2022-04-08T03:45:46Z

I love card games, so this was an interesting take on the theme. I didn't realize the connection until I found myself without a king on the base layer. Well done.

LD53 — Delivery

Rotting Hood's De-liver-y Service by Kyle Farwell 2023-05-07T06:18:34Z

Fun game and interesting take on the theme with a pun. The sound could use some balancing, the snoring is a bit loud.

Broomstick Post by celia14 2023-05-03T05:57:39Z

Very comfy game that immerses you in the slow/relaxing life of a delivery witch! Nice interweaving story lines and interesting snapshots of the personality and life of each character.

Pack 'em UP! by Timbaleek 2023-05-05T06:21:25Z

Neat idea! I would have liked a timer on the truck map screen to help you prioritize deliveries and the ability to open up chests when they get accidentally closed. Good game overall, well done.

Galactic Traffic Controller by Amatwiedle 2023-05-03T06:30:57Z

Cool idea! I liked the fast pace it seems to install in the player from the get go, the queue filling up is innately stressful. Occasionally one of the screens on the middle console would black out. I think I could still assign ships to spots, just couldn't see where.

Garry & Larry, what can they load, can they load things, let's find out! by 5odrek 2023-05-03T06:05:10Z

The only way to "start" the game is to use the start button on a controller, but movement controls don't work. Right stick moves the camera, but that's all that can be done. Seems to be an overly complicated way to share someone's tech talk.

Deliver us from Evil by Matt Barnfield 2023-05-07T02:15:38Z

Extremely impressive game. The only thing I would've liked is a way to move the camera a bit. Also while some of the AOE cards makes sense to damage the player in the area, others like the polearm don't. Had a lot of fun playing this game, great work.

WitchDelivr by alpacalypse 2023-05-03T06:43:57Z

Fun game! The tipping is brutal, this city delivery gig is rough for these witches. The low amount of money gratification adds a neat emotional twist on the Kiki idea.

Frontier Express by Waysneighborgo2 2023-05-05T05:49:05Z

Cool game, very chaotic. I was trying to remember the map until I discovered the self driving function.

The Bun Slinger by BlackCat508 2023-05-07T06:52:30Z

Fun game with really smooth gameplay! Feels really polished!

Post it! by Mallok Studio 2023-05-05T06:12:02Z

Very fun game. A great idea and great execution. Matching the music to the game speed was an excellent decision that really added to the mood and rushed feel. Had to work the last level a bunch of times until I got it down perfectly, but I never felt irritated by the repetition. Well done!

Darby's Delivery Service by tvyas 2023-05-05T05:40:54Z

Fun and cute game! Very easy and satisfying to sort the and send the mail once you get in a groove.
