It scared me a little bit but I did enjoy it. Great game!!
I cleared both endings (not sure if there are others). It’s a quick play, so definitely check it out. The concept is clear, but it could use more "oomph" or a few scares.
Tip: start with your volume low, then dial it up to a comfortable level once you're in. The intro is a total ear-blaster!
Found the way of lights, I made the narrator proud, my life is complete. For good measure I also let the darkness consume me an another playthrough, truly yin-yang, it's all about balance.
Very atmospheric game! The sound design was really great in this one. The narrator voice lines and the sound effects were awesome, you did amazing with those! Also loved the touches of the light-turn-on sound effects being spatial, on my second playthrough I noticed that and could just keep moving without stopping pretty much, that was great! Definitely nailed the mood on this one, great job on this game!
that was nice experience, I'm surprised there is voice acting in the game, endings was cool too. But 503MB is waaaay to much for this game. I wish you could make it smaller
The sound design is quite impressive and the concept could be expanded, right it feels like an indie game dramatic moment.
More horrors for the LD59! :D
I like the concept. Not gonna lie, I would personally prefer to have a run button for the second playthrough. And I also thought that maybe there are more than two endings, like when you first choose the red light and then you realize that you did "a bad thing" and you came back to white one, I kind of thought that maybe that's also an ending. Well done and special props for voice acting. Not that many games in Ludum Dare utilize actual voice acting! :D
Interesting idea. The game is pretty simple and short. I kept expecting the red lamps to start moving and chasing you. It could add more suspense since the theme is light and darkness, and sometimes you should have to actively run from the darkness. Great game, thanks!
I got quite spooked by it. At first I followed the light, then did it again with the red lights, and I was genuinely afraid there might be an incoming jumpscare or something.
The atmosphere of this game just builds tensions so well. Great job!
I love the concept of playing with light, and it really fits the theme. You can tell the idea has a lot of potential.
Hollly vibes! The game just started, and I already have goosebumps! Pity that it’s too short :<
Nice and moody and so dramatic. Appreciate the voiced parts. Found 3 endings.
Really atmospheric short horror piece. The sound design carries the whole experience—great use of voice lines and spatial cues. I found both endings and wished it were a bit longer, but the concept is strong and the mood lands well. Well done!
Impressive game! I'm so into the mood your game creates
The redness consumed me, and no twists or jumpscares at the end. Tried both the red and the light. On the other hand, it's rare these days for people to use their own voice in games. An interesting little story. Almost metamodern — you keep waiting for something to happen, nothing ends up happening, and that's kind of the whole point.
it’s rare to see voice acting in indie games—let alone jam games—and it’s amazing how much it elevates the storytelling aspect, and consequently the atmosphere. I would overall describe this as a short yet immersive experience with clever audio design.
The atmosphere is so immersive.
Loved the audio. The flash light click was satisfying.
A short and sweet game!
I really enjoyed that there were voice lines in the game.
At the end, I wish there was a restart button instead of the game just quitting.
Would have been pretty nice if the game was longer, and there were more voice lines.
The clicking of the lights turning on was pretty satisfying for some reason.
Cool setting! I wish the options had more than a simple "win/lose" outcome. It would be neat to have some more branching paths, perhaps ambiguous endings?
I'll admit, I deliberately tried running backwards and away from the lights just to see what would happen, and you got me. I was expecting to fall off a plane, but you foresaw my complete idiocy and added walls. Bravo! I have no choice but to reward you the **Prevented 100th Coin From Being An Idiot** award.

Not every developer is lucky enough to earn this.
And here's my recorded playthrough to provide as much feedback as possible:

Cool, very minimal but effective! I appreciate the voice acting. Nice mood, cool enty!
Reminded me of the Stanley parable but more simplistic, well done.
It’s simple yet effective. It’s not actually that scary, but I really like it—it carries subtle undertones of warning and foreshadowing.
Very stylish and minimalistic. I really liked it)
The portrayal of the scenes and the sound effects make one feel extremely immersive and tense! I think this part was done very well. However, perhaps the time was too short, so it was impossible to introduce more diverse gameplay and content. But I'm really looking forward to the upcoming sequel.
Nice short game. I'm not sure if there are multiple endings or just you win or lose. I couldn't find anything else at least. I like the minimalistic approach and voice acting is also well done. Good job!

I clearly liked the game a bit more then you did, and that is okay. Anyway I have now used the game idea, in my game "What Is Real? The Game". If you are in anyway interested in how I used it, you can find and the game here https://jk5000.itch.io/the-real-game
