I didn't realize you can do damage to your own party members and murdered my team twice before realizing. I like all of the different creatures you can play as they look very frankenstein -esque

I didn't understand the interface at first, I didn't realise moving and attacking were separate. It would've been nice to explicitly tell "move phase" and "attack phase" or something. Otherwise nice idea!
Cool concept, would love to see more levels!
Very cool and nice difficulty balance. Love the idea of mixing and matching parts! Would be cool to be able to create your own cards out of those parts.
I really like the concept, I like the different playable characters, and I love the dynamic music.
Cool idea, but it was hard to understand for me)
Very cool idea with the different parts for the creatures. The combat reminded me of heroes of might and magic. Its easy to understand and is fun to play. Good job!
The music is pretty nice, unfortunate to have to muffled a significant portion of the time
It would be cool to add saving of character configuration and progress in general. And I would also like a mode with loss of characters until the end of the campaign. But overall everything is cool, I completed it completely and it's even a pity that there are no more levels.
Great game, had to think about it a bit, barely made it out of the campaign with my last guy on 2 hp! The music is really nice! Would have liked some more distinction between my guys and the enemy guys. Loved the dance party at the end :)
I didn’t expect to see cyberpunk-style artwork in this theme, but I love it! The idea of different combinations of pieces bringing different abilities is great. It’s a simple yet addictive game. ~~I just killing my own pieces many time~~ haha.
There is little feedback from the actions, but the character builder is funny
An unusual game in an unusual style.
I love this game, it has a great atmosphere and it's fun to play.
Sweet idea! My favorite thing is how the music switches between the move and attack phase. Maybe I am bad but it seems like the defensive body is by far the best! Gotta use my big duck boys.
Fun game premise! The graphics are cute and gritty in a fun way -- reminds me of Ultra Fight Da! Kyanta 2. Nice job making the hexagon grid work, it added interest in a way I'm not sure would have been there in a similar-but-square-grid game.
Praise the cyber ducks !!
The combination of different body parts is a fun concept, although it felt a little unbalanced. The graphics and the humor were fun. Great Effort ^^
Cool idea ! Nice efforts on the music. Makes me currious to see how ur game could be for a release haha
I loved madlibbing the pieces. I didn't realize that that was what was happening until about the third round, and then found the reshuffle button. That helped me find an acceptable team for that impressively hard final level. I'm a huge nerd for this genre and I must say you did very well in the time window. This is great work and scores highly in my book. Also fun to see another shoutout to the Fear of Ducks theme which sadly perished. Also, an extra half star overall for the flashing lights warning.
Music is definitely not to my taste, but I loved the dance they did at the end :dancer:
The game is fun and the ability to mix and match unit parts works well. Although, I felt like some parts are clearly more powerful and tended to stick to buff ducky body for just everyone  Different movement patterns of the legs really added depth to the strategy.
A small ux improvement I could suggest is that the game could end round automatically when there are no more actions left to make.
This is a really clever and fun game! I love turn based combat, and being able to change my units' abilities based on body parts created a fun experimentation-experience! I like how the music changes based on the turn, and I liked how defeating different enemies unlocked new body parts!
Some feedback:
- While it wasn't hard to learn the different abilities, I think they could be streamlined in the movement phase, so I can prevent making mistakes. - I think duck-duck-roboconveyerlegs is kinda op. That was my build and I obliterated everything.
I think you got something here that can be expanded!

@ariast You unlock the first new pieces after finishing level 2, so it's normal that you realized it at this point. If we had more time, we would make it more visible. Thanks for your kind words! :)
@fabula-rasa We also think that the duck body is too powerful. Some stats should be changed. The suggestion concerning the UX sounds like a good idea. We will think about that.
@aviv-levy I will talk about your suggestion ("streamlined in the movement phase") with my team. The ducks need to be nerfed, I agree. Expansion sounds great, but for now we're happy to be finished with the game. :)
Very fluid gameplay! I aways love to play some tatics here on ldjam, thats awesome!
Fun and well put together! I wish there were more piece types to choose from!
Music style seems strange at first, but it sorta goes with the cyber frankensteining theme. The smooth music shifting between different beats for different game phases is a great touch!
The idea of creating configurations for a strategy is cool. It would be great to know your enemy in advance to choose the optimal squad. But that's the optimizer in me talking. I love HM&M.
I like the really cute pitter-patter movement sounds. It's really well-done how the music changes between attack and movement phase without missing a beat!
Wow! The game is so wonderful! Keep making games!
I came from your comment on my game, and I see the similarity! I like the customization mechanisms. I have seen it in another game, and find it super cool to switch between parts of the model! I find the phase / turn switch to be a bit cumbersome (when all have moved, there is nothing to do but click on next), or maybe it's just because the Ui is missing some hints when the actions should be clicked (which pawn as still some AP when no move is available ... ), but that just quality of life improvement.
Great game!
Amazing idea, I love chess-like games and this one takes an amazing approach to the genre. It's cool combining different parts to find a real killer-meta in this game, an experience accompanied by dope soundtrack :sunglasses: Thank you for bringing it to stream!

At start I didn't understand the way that the inteface suposed to work. But soon I figure it out, was Ok. Verry "Disco" vibes ahaahaaha, loads of light effects... That was a fun to play
A lot of fun! The last level provided a good challenge
