Got a 3390 ! Nice game :)
i could place these blocks to a grid
Really nice take on the theme. the balancing also felt pretty on point considerign the limited space and amount of buildings which made it quite fun doing a couple of runs to try and optimize your score. the graphics were fantastic, really like the simple artstyle.
Amazing graphiques, the game is very smooth and soothing. Nice mecanics. Very well done

Impeccable relaxing puzzle game vibes. The water. The other islands off in the distance. The buildings. The building icons in the menu didn't match the feel of the rest of the game, but the buildings themselves were excellent. There were multiple versions of each type! One of my factories was a *windmill*.
Very beautiful game! The buildings are nice to look at, especially when they all add up to a small city. The gameplay is simple, but makes you think, which also surprised and pleased. The only thing is that not all building combinations seem logical - it’s strange that building three eateries in a row gives more points than distributing them far from each other. But this is a tiny convention and quibble. The main thing is that it is interesting to play. Great job!
Loved the graphics, very smooth to look at and colour palette is really soothing. I enjoyed finding out what all the different options for each grid type were!
I am glad I came over from your comment on our game. The games we made are similar in concept yet spawned very different strategies! Great puzzle and chill vibes, with a healthy amount of depth in decisions. I love the art and level of polish on everything.
I really appreciate the tutorial. The graphics are great and the music is sets the mood well.
Game won, score 3970! Really enjoyed the gameplay. Props for being playable in the browser. I had some problems with recognizing the type of each of the blocks, since every block has different types, but otherwise I loved the graphics.
Game won on 4th try, it wasn't easy. I love the art in the game, the pastel colors combined with the soothing piano makes a nice mood. I understood only on my last try that i could retroactively win points, and that helped me to win ! Good job
It's the type of game jam entry I like, do one thing but good at what it does. Fake relaxing thought since I can be heavily stressed by those games. Congratz
I love the art and the mood, the concept is great. So satisfying to place the structures.
3690, impressed? :sunglasses:
So relaxing, i loved the concept of association, design are realy cool. Well done, congrats!
the lowpoly graphics are really nice, it's a very cosy game. I like that there's different sprites for each type of building, there's some really nice attention to detail.
Good job on making a fun relaxing game! Really enjoyed playing it. :)
I liked the art and how chill the game was
The graphics are really really nice and give the game a great vibe. The concept is also well thought through. It fits the theme. I lost both attempts by just 50 points, but it was still a nice experience!
The graphics really stick out to my, they were great! I will say the UI icons look a bit out of place compared to the rest of the style, otherwise nice entry!
Very relaxing! Loved the vibe and the variety of 3d models!

I like this game. It kept me playing until i finished it. The piano is soothing, the pixel art is pretty and it is easy to play. Easy in the way to go along and keep placing tiles, but quite difficult to get it finished. Even though i think i understood some strategies with time, i think, in the end, luck was what made me collect the last few points which were missing. It's very satisfying to place tiles seeing that they make many points. And each Ding! notifying me about the next set of tiles was a point where brief relaxation occured, just before i tensed again to find the best place for the new set. Very well done! And i like that the points for each possible placement are transparently shown. I wonder though why there is the possibility to zoom or rotate? I didn't use it at all and i didn't needed it for gameplay. Still, nice to have it there, just in case. :) I would have like very much a kind of trophy in the end. I judge everyone who finished your game earned it. Like a golden statue in the middle of the island, or some glitter, or whatever, like the island rising from the water and flying into the sky or something similar crazy, so to really get a feeling of accomplishment.
@lupercalia Thanks for playing the game and leaving a detailed feedback. Rotate & zoom was for players who wanted to arrange structures to make island look more beautiful and for more relaxing experience. You're right, some sort of winning animation at the end will give player more statisfaction.
A game with simplicity and so much fun. Although it is a pity that i have played similar game before, i still appreciate that you could make such a great game in a such a short time.PS: The artstyle is really awesome.
Nice game!
The island is so adorable. I love the 2D style with a 3D presentation, and the low-saturation colors are also pleasing to the eye. In terms of gameplay, it seems like just picking up tiles and placing them in the highest-scoring position doesn't affect the results much. There might be room for optimization in that aspect.
@somewan Thanks for playing the game and feedback. You're right, there should had been more optimized scoring points for tiles otherwise player wins most of times irrespective of where tiles are placed. Realized that after the jam.
This game definitely had me chasing high scores! I got to 3810, I feel like over 4000 would be doable though. Further levels with more space could be cool.
Neat concept and the game! I loved it, even though I've never got more than 4000
Fun little city builder!
Presentation-wise it feels great. All the buildings look really nice, and I appreciated each one having several variations. I've spent some time clicking on the buttons just to see them all. :) I also like the little animations, they really make the game feel more alive. And good choice on the music track, it helps to build the mood a lot!
As for the gameplay, it's pretty good! It's a nice take on the theme, it's easy to get into and it makes you want to play it just one more time to try and get a bit better score than the last time. It took me three tries until I won, but then at least a dozen before I got a score I was happy with. :D
