This is a neat idea and the visuals of the game are lovely, but there were a few little things about it that ended up not feeling very fun.
The core gameplay of baling water was pretty repetitive and the steering felt strange because it's always displayed at an angle, so it's hard to judge where the boat is heading.
That being said, I generally like how the game looks. The design of the boat is simple and functional, the water level is easy to understand, and the main character is distinctive and cute.
I loved the google eyes and the cube icebergs. I didn't feel like the game was ever too much of a challenge - maybe an increase in difficulty could help it. Nice work!

I loved the concept, great idea! This has a lot of room for expansion too which is cool.

I enjoyed this game. Some way to know how much water there is on the boat while steering it would be good.
Really nice idea for the theme. More mechanics would would add a lot of depth!

I really liked the implementation of the theme, good job!

Nice art and soundtrack choice (and cute little player)! I found it quite fun also, when I figured out what to do. Having more ways to dump the water (or to try to fix the boat, maybe?) would be nice and add a lot to the gameplay.

Interesting take on the theme. I would have loved to have some way of telling when I'm about to hit an iceberg, since it was impossible while bilging I mainly just sat below deck the entire time bucketing out water. Having to jump between bucketing and steering would have made for a much more interesting experience.

Nice entry ! I was surprised by how much I got involved, at first I forgot to steer, wondering what was making those huge noise and then I panicked x) Would love to see an extended version of this game with even more task to attend to to keep the ship afloat... Maybe even multiplayer ?~
Good job ;)

I really like the art and music, the mood they create is quite good. The sound design really stands out to me in particular, as it creates a feeling quite authentic to that of being on a ship.
However, as it stands, there isn't much to do apart from repetitively moving from one door another and pressing space. There was no sense of urgency; I played for almost 12 minutes and the ship didn't even come close to sinking
The basic blueprint for some interesting gameplay is all there though- I can see this being a *really* fun overcooked-type game if expanded!
Good job :D

I enjoyed how closely the theme, mechanics, and overall idea of the game worked together. There's not a ton to the gameplay, but it's interesting for a little bit. The simple graphics worked alright, though I think there is a missed opportunity for googly eye physics on the character that would elevate the presentation to the next level.
Simple graphics but they are clean and pleasing to look at. I mean googly eyed capsules! I love the idea, fits the theme and it could work really well as a co-op game. Only complaint is that you don't have eyes on everything at once so it's hard to know when to steer.

Nice music and simple but clean graphics. I got 05:08, but the game was just a bit too repetitive to give it another try.

Really good concept. Reminds me of a Game & Watch style game, giving the player simple but conflicting tasks. Good work!
My main complaint is the camera angle when driving. It felt very hard to understand what was directly in front of me. It felt like the boat was always drifting to the right. Also, I couldn't see very far to the right, so I was always scared to go to the right of the object. This meant I hit the left edge of the game a couple times.
Other than that though the game ran smoothly. The graphics and music were simple but pleasing. I even learned what to do without really being told which is hard to do.
Very fun and original game, you should make a better tutorial as well. I hope you get to 20 ratings ;)

Nice for a simple start to a task management game. I think that with a game like this, the fun doesn't necessarily come from the tasks themselves (just bailing out water over and over is a bit on the tedious side, imho), but from having to flip between them under pressure. As it is right now, I didn't feel that much hectic pressure, but I could see this being fleshed out with more tasks to deal with, and maybe with a bit of couch co-op thrown in!
I found myself wishing that I could see what was ahead just from the deck, rather than having to go all the way up to the steering wheel. I also found that the camera angle used when steering made it kind of hard to tell whether or not I was actually going to avoid an iceberg. I think some clarity there could help the player make super short-term plans (e.g. "ok the path should be clear for 7 seconds, so I'll go bail some water in the meantime, then come back"), and stringing those small plans together while adapting to a changing situation can be pretty fun.

Nice game! I loved the graphics and the idea! The transitions between driving and moving in the ship was really smooth.
This is a good base for what could be a really fun game. It does suffer from being too easy, as the fun with games like these typically come in the moment of panic of having to deal with multiple things at once. I very much agree with the comment above this one-I think more tasks would make this game more enjoyable, and adding local multiplayer into the mix would make this a really fun and chaotic game to play. Beyond that, the camera angle when steering ship did confuse me a little-it kind of made it feel like the ship was always veering a little off to the right?
The graphics and audio aren't anything standout, but they work well for what the game is, and they make the experience any harder to play. Overall, this a nice entry.

I've definitely got stuck in a loop of getting the water out (wrong LD hehe)
Pros:
- Good usage of simple forms to achieve the visuals - Good initial idea - Easy controls - Clear goal - Music and sound effects on +
Cons:
- Way too easy, - Not sure if icebergs do anything. I crashed into multiple and haven't gotten punished in any shape or form - You essentially visit only 2 places on the ship. No incentive is provided to dive deeper under the deck to maybe repair the damage or anything
A good effort with lacking late game. Keep up the good work tho!
