This is awesome!!! The mechanics are super fun and easy to pick up. Reminds of of good ol arcade games. This would have been a great quarter muncher back in the day. Add a good soundtrack put it in a cabinet and sell it to your local bar asap!

This was neat! I like that the game was beatable, and the gameplay was surprisingly exciting. The lenient collision detection was also very nice because it allowed some tricks for faster coin-collecting.
It was fun to try and get as high score as possible and the controls and gameplay was very tight! I liked the simple but clean sprites as well.
It's a little bit of shame there was no sound - just one sound effect for coins and one for getting hit would do wonders in providing more immediate feedback and overall feel when moving.

A functional, complete game that plays well. I made it through a goodly number of levels, but never saw anything I could shoot - maybe that came later? But it works, and it was done on time, and it looks nice. I hope you're feeling better.
This is a lot of fun! It definitely reminds me of an early PC game or something from that era. Straightforward, simple, and addicting! Nice work.
Loved this game! Only issue is that my keyboard inputs were sometimes not picked up if I tried to move too fast to one side. (i have a very fast actuation on my keyboard)
Well done!
Nice simple game. It was super simple and I found myself playing for a lot longer than probably necessary.

@coryru @hempuli @neontropics @dob Thanks for playing. Sorry I didn't had more time to add sounds or monsters.
@dob I feel much better now, thank you. I've only play one or two LD games before today but today I've played a bit more LD games, so I must be feeling better!

@goggleskitty @krassenstein @thulium-games Thanks for playing.
@krassenstein That problem you found is actually a setting for me to make sure that I didn't accidentally press some keys too often. I've set it already to as low as possible, but it seems your reaction speed is so much better!

Very cute little game idea! I like how much use you could get out of one area, very clever and could be very interesting to design with. I love the simple style and colors, super solid entry!

Nice old school game, it was quite fun. I think you start with a little too much health and a pause before each level starts would be nice!
Very cool and classic arcade design. This is one of those concepts that feels like there should have been arcade cabinets for it in the 90s! I will say that because of the fast nature of the game, having the stats screen on the right side of the screen just means that I'll never look there because there isn't any time and nothing over there is important for the second to second game play. Great job!
Arcade feeling! Simple but fun :) I had the feeling that the input is lagging a bit in the html version
Cool mechanic
I liked the up down mechanic. Little fast for me. I do like the retro feel though.

Fairly simple mini game, the aspect can make you think of some gameboy game, the game is fun and the mechanics are very interesting, I liked that our character changes direction when touching the ground.
However I find that the game quickly becomes rather repetitive, probably because the levels are too similar and I find that it lacks sound effects and music.
Definitely an interesting mechanic! I wish there was a little bit of visual feedback when taking damage. Hope you fell better!

Cool! The game is pretty simple but it's very satisfying when you dodge dense objects perfectly, It feels very smooth. I also liked the retro mood a lot!
Very cool simple arcade game. I'd like to see different mechanics get worked into this, and then just add new things with each level to keep things interesting.
Lv1; just coins lv2; spikes lv3, moving spikes lv4; speed lanes lv5; slow lanes lv6; switches and doors
Stuff like that. Anyway, good job!
Fun arcade-style game with frantic pace! The back and forth scroll made for some interesting planning and challenge. A bit more visual feedback and a chippy soundtrack and this would be a great Atari game!
