I love the 3D models with pixel art textures look! The dialogue also has a lot of charm to it which I enjoyed. The controls and overall visuals were great so I don't really have much to add other than great job!

Nice fun game, liked the art and models, all looked pretty sewn together. Nice job for a game jam!
I absolutely loved the atmosphere and universe of this game! Never thought playing a fish could feel so good :) Really nice graphics and it feels very polished and dynamic for jam game, with lots of things to do. Congrats!
On the things that could be better: the camera sensitivity was too high, it was hard to navigate because of that. In particular, I stopped at the rings race because of that :/
Lawl at this credits sequence. I enjoyed the sequence of quests, but it doesn't seem like I was going deeper and deeper as much as just swimming to the next lake over and borrowing a flashlight.
It is pretty nice game I really like the calm atmosphere and sounds in this game. It is good relax
That ENDING! Hillarious game, good job :) The jumping part was a bit tricky, I made it through the rings only on the second time. The cinematics were great :)
OKAY thats one is easy, fish game go glub glub:
Pros: - Fish tetures amazing - Diverse types of fish, eel, lampfish - Dialogues very fuuny - fish
Cons: - UI could be a little bit fancier - Control feel a bit janky - Not have crabs :(
So is a great game, i really enjoyed, great job!
This is the best game I've played so far. The fish jumping mechanic is really fun, and the graphics are good
How much of the art and sounds did you do yourself?
Fantastic game, very surreal and funny. Ending song is an absolute banger. Fish move too sudden when pressing a and d. Though the controls are better, I'm still unsure about the superman 64 rings game. Overall great game.
Haha, this was great. The little quests were definitely fun, but the surrealism of the ending is what really sold it for me. Camera angles during dialog could be a little janky sometimes, but overall I never had any questions about what I was doing or where to go next. Well done!
I love this game. Nice work.
I'm sad that there was no 'HOLY CARP' in the dialogue though

This game was so good, and I can't believe you made it all in a weekend! I loved the art-style and the atmosphere and the fun little dialogue between the fishies. The camera work and the stats at the end made this feel super polished I just kept asking for more and more! Can't wait for the full cinematic Aquarial universe :)
This was great! Fun little fish world with great dialogue. The graphics were perfect and really nailed that fun lofi vibe, and the water effects and sounds really helped the overall atmosphere.
The camera movement sensitivity was really high and detracted a bit from the overall package - the somewhat janky controls were otherwise really charming and meshed well with the general vibe, but having to fight the camera as well wasn't as fun.
My favorite game from the jam so far. Excellent graphics, excellent audio, the controls could use some tweaking but I couldn't care less when the game is so well made and polished and I legitimately kept wanting to play more. The ending cutscene is great, the dialogue is great and everything about it is great. Amazing work!
That's a 10.
I loved being a fish for a few minutes : I'm always super impressed when I see a 3D game during a jam! I'm also glad that the game was super chill and that I didnt have to worry about being eaten by another bigger fish.
I also appreciated all the stats at the end!
This game is perfect.
Loved this one! Great dialogues and mood ^^
I want more, this is a masterpiece.
I really like, that you finished the story. So one has a small but complete experience. Well done!
Really impressive 3D work! I like the overall idea, specially for a longer game. The controls are a little weird right now, takes a little time to get used, and it still fells a little clumsy, but work fine. For the audio, I like the difference between under/over water, but it follows the camera, and not the fish (so you can make a small jump, before you get the special one from the eel, and the sound will not change). Also, the underwater ambience is perhaps a tad too loud? Not really sure about it. The game surely could use some gameplay music also. I like the dialogues overall, thinking that some gibberish or voice acting could add a little more to the game. I must confess I was expecting having to dodge the bigger fish when I got to the second part, nice to not having to deal with enemies in a short game. I like the score and animation idea of the end, with the game specs and all, and funny credits too, but not sure about the music (It's cool, for sure, and well done, and I get the idea, but still felt kinda wrong, but maybe that would feel different having another song in the same style during gameplay). Still, really really impressive!
I was entertained. Well done.
I'm impressed that you found a way to pack so much content into this game in such a short period of time. Some of the missions (like the race mission) felt a little unclear, but overall I am impressed.
Visually I like the simplicity of it, but some of the visuals clash with others by being a bit more detailed than others.
I would actually want to see a full game of this.
It is so impressive how you managed to put so many features in this game. I was really impressed with the staging, and the cinematics really sets the mood and add an extra layer of polish. I think you can still improve some parts of the game, i have seen some people complains about the controls, it was a little bit hard at first because i felt the camera way too sensitive, but once you get used to it, it's alright. Also, i saw you wanted to add some kind of slow motion once you're out of the water, wich is a really nice touch ! However, the camera seems to be called less frequently when in air, so it gives a kinda laggy feeling when controlling the camera instead of a really polish one. But i am really nitpicking, the end result is icredible, you can be proud of it ! Great Job
First of all, the overall of the game is well polished. That aethetic graphic style is beautiful, and I don't feel that something was left out visually. The control of the fish have a nice gamefeel and is satisfying, despite the high sensitivity, but you get used to it. I also think the speed is maybe little high too, you can't really appreciate or undertsand your environment if you just press down the forward button, but it's really nitpicking. An impressive work and amount of features for a jam, shout out to all the cinematic thingies like the camera moving around the fish, that cinematic scene, I think all this really bring that funny mood to the game ! Well done !
This is one of those games that I didn't know I needed but after playing it I need more. D: While there are comments about the sensitivity/speed/slipperiness, I thought that was one of the best parts when I first opened the game- it just felt so *fishy*, and over time, especially with the angler fish challenge, gets really controllable. Insane work for a jam, and I hope to see this extended in the future! :D
I'm going to share this game with my sister, she'd absolutely adore this lol. Everything about this was gorgeous and incredible: the graphics, the art style, the polish, the detail, the jokes, everything was absolutely on point. I did find that fine movement controls were a tad tough when approaching NPCs, but because you can interact with them from a ways off its not really an issue.
If you're interested, here's where I played it on stream: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1018587431 starting at about 00:43:00ish.
Excellent entry. I'll admit Im very jealous you've created a 3d adventure game that has a right to be 3d (you can travel in all directions). It very much reminds me of Echo the Dolphin on the dreamcast, and I would totally play a full version of this game. The controls were a bit touchy, but it's hard for me to dock you points, since my entry suffers from similar problems :) Excellent work and thank you!
