Wow I love the atmosphere in the game. The music makes it relaxed but kind of creepy at the same time? hard to explain but very good!

Wow I love the atmosphere in the game. The music makes it relaxed but kind of creepy at the same time? hard to explain but very good!
I really like the atmosphere! the music and sound effects are really good! though the music stopped at some point and didn't restart.
Ended up taking me 206 shots to finish, but it was really fun! I got a little lost a couple times, but the world does a good job of making sure you don't go down the wrong path while also not forcing you.
The upgrades are also well thought out and add fun mechanics to the game. The world is also really nice to explore and the art style is great. It's a little hard to tell the difference between flat ground and hills sometimes, but not a big deal.
I really like it!
Really pretty; great feel to it. I got somewhat frustrated by the first timed gate, but persevered and got through. I couldn't figure out where to go after the curve ball though; it didn't seem to help with the down slope, and I still couldn't make it up the up slope. I figured I was supposed to curve around the void area by the up slope, but that side area didn't seem to lead anywhere.
Wow this game is really fun and polished. Everything from the gameplay, art, and music are all top notch!
Really liked the level design, and the natural integration of the power-ups to overcome obstacles.
A minor thing since you can just trial-and-error, but I did find it a bit difficult to tell the direction of the slopes in general. I also found that finding the next step after getting the curve ball took a bit of time for me, and for the puzzle right when you get the invert gravity power-up, it took me a very long while until I realized that you could continue to hit the ball while in invert gravity mode.
Anyway, all these are really nit-picky. All in all a fantastic game!
Fun game, impressively polished and the putting mechanic feels solid. Love the ambience and music
I like the gentle music. I got a little lost. You did a good job of keeping the player safe while they learn the mechanics in the beginning. Showing the reflections (where the ball will go) is great feedback. Great job of slowly adding mechanics. I'm impressed. I just wanted to keep exploring. Add content, polish it up, and sell it
Great Job!
The best metrodvania-style golf game I've even played! I found it a confusing trying to tell which way slopes sloped though, maybe arrows or some other sort of directional pattern in the grass would help?
I'm impressed with the level of polish and how you set up the slopes. Very well done!
Very simple to understand, yet very enjoyable game! I really like your approach to the theme, and the music sets the mood for labyrinth exploration just perfectly. I wish the trajectory was resetting to straight after every hit, because it's really inconvenient to make small position adjustments, when trajectory is curved every time you hit.
Man what a fantastic idea, and such a wonderful design to go with it. The controls were simple, it looked crisp and it sounded rather phenomenal. Really, great music, completely redefines the atmosphere.
Amazing game vibe. I love the exploration and the golf twist was gold. Really well done.
I'm amazed, good job, the feeling of this game is good enough to make you get to the end. I like the hability choice, very clever, also good level design and amazing graphics.
I can't run the mac version, doesn't show up a window.
Such a great take on golf! I love the art, and the level design was really interesting!
Only 4 over par! Quite like this one, between the graphics and the seamless merging of nearly polar opposite genres.
@Lerg I think I've fixed the mac build now. Can you try downloading and running it again?
I really enjoyed playing your game. At first it felt kind too open but after some figuring out manage understand where I was supposed to go. Atmosphere is really greatly built. Soothing music and effective but simple visuals. Great job!
Good job! I love the metroidvania genre, and the mini golf worked quite well with it. The graphics are nice, and the mechanics and puzzles are quite well done. Good job!
It was not a "fun" game, but it was a realy cool and impressive game ! I give it my time, to finish it, and it was really plesant ! Just the duration who was nescessary, some really cool feature, like curving, stopping time or reverse, it was all great idea ! And even the "atmosphere" of the game was in, and push me in a strange case where I play, get challenge, but still enjoy it ! It was not a "entertainment" fun but more a "I learn and I overcome" fun ! Somethings that lot of metroid vania try to reach, and that you perfectly sum up with this gems. Sincerely : it was great to play your game
