As simple as the game is, i love it. My record was 125.9 seconds. This is the type of game that i like to play.
If you ever consider to continue on this game and 'polish' it off then please do, would love to see it. Just to make the game FEEL better you could add particles, explosions or even some various different weapons and enemies.
I find that this video helps quite a bit in just adding the juice to the game to make it feel better. If you ever have the time, please consider to work on this. Good Luck :)! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fy0aCDmgnxg
@tyranosaw I'm glad that you enjoyed my little game, always nice to know that someone enjoyed it!
The lack of polish in this game is mostly due to the time constraint I had because I was on holiday but I don't really feel like continue working on this game. The code is very messy because I rushed it and I have some other projects to work on right now.
But thanks for the video, was still very interesting to watch! Good luck with your game!
Simple game, but it work. Good job dude

I like the art style, the red black white color palette is tried and true, and even with the simple graphics in this game it still looks good.
The game lacked challenge for my taste. I would have liked it to be more difficult or more complex.
I think the quickest improvement to make is to add sounds, this would have made the game twice as good for a relatively small time investment.

79 seconds alive with my courageous blocky! Simple game, but made me consider what would be the best way to survive. Improvement ideas: - Add points for each block killed - Spend points for different upgrades like: Get a shield to survive X hits, Place a turret that will shoot blocks, or mega-bomb to just blow everything up.

Simple but very entertaining game. The gameplay is spot on, what's left to do is juicing it up. The video above explains that perfectly. Add sprites (or at least eyes), sounds, particles and screenshaking. Though I bet you already knew that and just ran out of time.
You have a great concept I like that the platforms shrink if you stand on them to long. The difficulty curve is nice and I found it to be just about right. I see that you are using the Godot engine as well! :) The controls and physics are great, I had no problems navigating my block around the world.
Like others have said adding some cool sound effects and music would make this game amazing. Especially if parts of the stage went along with the audio beat. Adding different shaped enemies that are faster or slower and have different movement patterns would be awesome and changing up levels after a certain score would be a nice touch.
Always nice to see other Godot users! Great job!

Very fun! It took me a couple deaths to realize that I was the rectangle, not the planet, but once I did -- wow! The graphics aren't great (but not terrible either) and the lack of sound is kind of dry, but this is probably the most fun of the Ludum Dare games I've played so far.
Also, I am on Linux, so I can happily report that your Linux version is working fine, at least for me :)

@tyranosaw Thanks so much for that video! I am sure anyone who watches it will do better in the next LD than in the last one.

A fun and super simple little game. Just some simple music and/or sound effects could make this game a lot better.
I liked this one. Nice simple concept and the implementation seems solid so far. The text is occasionally hard to read. And as previously said: Audio makes a huge difference.
Very simple and fun game! Final score: 39.9 seconds. With some polish and effects (this desperatly needs some chiptune musicm sound effects and screenshake), this could be a cool little game!
If you have the time, please play and rate my little game, I still need some ratings:

I think this might be the first game built with Godot that I've played. I enjoyed this, simple as it is, but it could stand to be elaborated further. Not bad for just 9 hours of work!
Score: 82.5 seconds. The first 50s were easy, but then there were too much red squares. Simple but good graphics. After some time I found as tactic just to hold left and jump, while shooting all enemies.

Really fun, I think the simplicity of the graphics go well with it but I'd choose some different colors, more enemy types would also give a lot to the replayability. Also I love the fact that the more you are on a tile the more it gets shorter, I think something really good is coming from this!

I got 74 and 72 seconds :D, I am pretty bad at clicking. I really like the minimalistic 3 color artstyle. Good job for 9 hours!

It turned out great for it being made in 5 hours. The physics seemed a bit glitchy, but the game itself was very innovative. My time was 120.6 seconds. The controls felt nice too. It would've been nice if there were some particle effects or audio(music probably been more suiting to this game). Anyway, good job! :D

Simplistic gameplay with a nice minimalistic art style. Using the different font somehow made up for the rather dev-arty white blocks and elevated everything. Ran smooth on win64, controls once realized :) were great, and with some music or sound, that would improve overall impression even more.

Unfortunately, doesn't work. When I tried running from terminal, got this error. Mac Mini late 2012 running OSX Sierra Captura de ecrã 2017-05-16, às 23.33.04.png
I really enjoyed this game, the idea is really smart and the realization was also really good ! Great job on it ! Just need some sound effects and music now !
Here is my best score :
