Fun random puzzle solving, nice art style :D
You really need to post the controls though, I had to randomly press all the buttons on the keyboard before I figured out how to jump/pick up things :P
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD23 → MakHappy

Ty!
Updated with the controls.
It's fun figuring out what everyone wants. I got stuck on both of the poop guys for a while, I couldn't find the toilet and I didn't know what to give to the other one, until there was only one thing left. I managed to finish it though!
I love the NES style/palette, feels like I just blew dust out of my cartridge if you know what I mean (wink wink nudge nudge). I also like how twisted the dialog text is, so.. good work on that?!
Make more of this and make sure you include the control scheme somewhere in the game, I was lost too until I read over your description again.
looks awesome.. sadly I don't have Windows :(
Where's the source?
oh my god this is brilliant. lots of belly-related chortles and more charm than any one game has any right to posses.
Cool entry. Very fun xD
Awesome, enjoyed that. Wish the window were resizable or pixels were doubled - also had a GameMaker watermark on it. But really liked the story / humor / puzzle element, the art style, the feel of the controls, etc.
That was a fun little game. The little guys said some funny things. The controls could have been better and it was a shame about the game maker watermark. FYI, I use Game Maker 8.0 Lite instead of 8.1 Lite as it doesn't have that watermark. You can find it on Google still. Great work on your game. Loved it.
You've got some really nice dialogue for some of these characters. I especially like what they say when you win. :)
The graphics and sound are pretty good, but I found the controls to be really hard to work with. Fortunately the game did not require any really fancy jumps or maneuvers in order to succeed.
Very funny game, I loved the needle guy above all, lol.
The mechanic reminds me of Mario's Time Machine, an educational Mario game. BTW, was that him in steering the worlds? lol
Oh, almost forgot, I think only one action button would be enough (for picking up and dropping items, depending if your have something in your hands or not)
Adorable! Really neat feel. Loved the chat from the npcs.
Like people have said already - the window is too small, and the watermark is a little disturbing. If that happened to ever change - it would make the game ... perfect. Good job on making it! I rarely find myself smiling on a gameplay and these NPCs were adorable! Cheers, and yet another exclamation mark!
Really cool stuff there! Art style is neat. I'm not sure I understood everything about the gameplay but still a cool experience. A bit of music would have make it better :) Good job!
Loved this little thing, a few bugs here and there but what game here doesn't have any? I liked the concept of changing worlds.
Wow, this is a great little gem, love the puzzles, love the graphics. AWESOME! :)
Looked nice. I didn't like the controls though. It's a good entry though. quite fun and adorable graphics.
Awesome writing! I loved all the great one-liners. Once I got into it I really enjoyed it. The clues were not too obvious and not too difficult.
The only thing I didn't like was the controls scheme. When 'W' didn't make me jump, naturally I tried Space, which takes you to the world selection. This was sort of confusing. Also pick-up/drop could be the same button.
Overall, great game--fun to play.
Very interesting game with amusing characters (both in the art and what they said). As I played it I wondered why you didn't choose to structure it more traditionally (i.e. you give an item to someone, who in turn gives you a new item which you can give to someone else) but in the end it worked quite nicely as I never got too stuck on one thing... although admittedly I solved some of it by accident.
It was pretty difficult to get used to the controls. Strange how you don't let me use the arrow keys, and the jump/pickup/drop buttons were weird. The rest of the game was pretty good. Also there's a glitch where the toilet disappears if you try to pick up something else, I had to replay the game :)
