| Oct 19 03:36:48 | Resentful Relayer 2B | ♥ 1 | Sorry, I could figure out how to play or what I'm supposed to do. It would be helpful if you provided a tutorial or instructions. | |
| Oct 19 05:50:39 | 2h 13m | Counterweight | ♥ 1 | Good game. It was very creative and had a surprising twist ending; I liked it. It was a little overwhelming at first though, because there was a lot packed into a small display. It took me a minute to catch on, but once I did, it was fun. |
| Oct 19 18:08:49 | 12h 18m | Scrap Treasure | ♥ 0 | I liked the game! I've always been into electronics and even though it's not on point with how things really work, it was still fun. It did take a few minutes to figure out how to play, so a tutorial or example would be nice. Good job! |
| Oct 20 15:34:48 | 21h 25m | Long Wave Home | ♥ 0 | The controls were a little odd, not necessarily bad, just different. It took me a minute to get used to them. The text boxes weren't displayed long enough, it was hard to read them before they disappeared. Maybe you could have some sort of dismiss once the player read it all (so like, "Click 'U' to dismiss/continue"). Other than that, the game was great! I loved the idea, it was very cute. The level progression was very good and the different ideas in the game were great. |
| Oct 21 00:48:23 | 9h 13m | Steam buggy | ♥ 0 | Fun game! The idea and audio was creative. Felt like I was playing an arcade game. |
| Oct 21 04:10:50 | 3h 22m | Connect me, Please! | ♥ 0 | Great game! The audio was great, and the tutorial was super helpful. The only thing I found was that the text was a little small (when it wasn't in full screen mode), so it was hard to read. I also notice that the wires covered the text, which made it hard to read what it said. I would suggest either moving the text down a little or putting the text over the wires. Overall great game, very fun, and well rounded! |
| Oct 21 05:36:43 | 1h 25m | 10 Hours per Mile | ♥ 1 | Fun game, it's very simple to play (in a good way). The title was very clever! |
| Oct 21 21:08:12 | 15h 31m | Hadal Station | ♥ 0 | Amazing game! The atmosphere was spot on! The music was pure gold for the game! The storyline was very smooth and everything fit together very nicely; very polished! The only thing I wish was different was that the lights were just a tiny bit brighter, although they weren't too bad. Very good job! |
| Oct 22 20:11:26 | 23h 03m | The Old Techmongery | ♥ 0 | I liked the game! It was relaxing and a little nostalgic. I found a small bug... I got stuck in the bathroom😂, so that when I stopped playing... But it was very fun! |
| Oct 22 20:43:14 | 31m 48s | BOGEY OR BANDIT | ♥ 0 | Fun game, it fit the theme very well. It had a good difficulty level, not too hard, not to easy. The game itself made sense; it fit together like a well done puzzle. It was very polished. Good Job! |
| Oct 22 22:11:17 | 1h 28m | Plug and Pray | ♥ 0 | It was a lot to take in at first, I didn't know what I was supposed to do until I played for like 45 min. It would be nice if you had a tutorial and made the first floor super simple. When I first opened the game, all I saw was the console, but I didn't know what to do, so I just clicked things for like 10 minutes until something happened and I could move around. The game itself looks really fun, but I still haven't figured out what to do. I made it to the 3d part of the game, but it was a little confusing. I got killed by the 1st floor protector thing and then stopped playing there. If you can make/do make a tutorial, I would have a blast with this game! The graphics and the game idea was really cool. It is astonishing that you made this in 48 hours, even if you used AI for some of it. |
| Oct 24 07:28:50 | 33h 17m | SnakeSketch | ♥ 0 | The idea for this game is very creative. Etch-a-Sketch and Snake, two old, classic things smashed together to make a surprisingly fun game. I had a tug-a-war on whether or no I liked the key bindings. I like that you stayed true to the Etch-a-Sketch knob movements, but it was difficult and I would often die because I mixed them up. The audio got annoying after playing for a little bit, but it was only the movement audio. Good game, very creative. I got a high score of 119 when I died. Good job! |
| Oct 25 06:13:02 | 22h 44m | Zombie Apocalypse | ♥ 0 | Fun game! It was very hard to start off, but after finding the larger sword and getting a strategy, I figured it out and eventually won. It would've been nice to know that I only needed some of the parts and not all, because I went for the farthest parts first. It also would've been nice if you had some animations and music/sound effects, although it makes sense if you didn't have time. It's funny that you added the elephant. Good background to the game's story. Good job! |
| Oct 25 06:27:31 | 14m 29s | U.F.photO. | ♥ 0 | I see why it's "more of a proof of concept than a game." It's really short and easy. I see the concept and the idea has potential, you just need to do something with it. Could also add some simple audio/sfx, but I assume you didn't really care if there was audio. |
| Oct 25 06:56:06 | 28m 35s | Old Dam Shift | ♥ 0 | Interesting game. The idea was very creative. It took a minute to get used to, but once I did, it was surprisingly fun. I think it would've been cool if you added audio and sound effects, because those would've fit well into the game. Maybe like a siren when you were close to failing. Overall, there wasn't much to the game, but it fit the theme. |
| Oct 25 07:37:41 | 41m 35s | Merry & Bright & CRI ≥ 95 | ♥ 0 | "Infrequently asked questions" 😂. That was funny! But... about the game. The game was very fun and clever, it was easy to understand, but difficult to win. I loved the drawn graphics and the different levels. I finished, and it was very fun! What would make it better is some cheerful Christmas tunes, that was my only dislike. It was a very cozy game and I will probably play it around Christmas time, because I liked it. Very good job! |
| Oct 26 01:25:56 | 17h 48m | Pinball "Repair" SIMULATOR | ♥ 0 | Fun game. It took a bit to figure it out, but that's normal (not bad). The only thing I thought was odd and a little frustrating was that it went from not a lot of burning relays, and then out of nowhere like five were on fire and I couldn't fix them, and then I would die. The game was quite creative and it had good game play. Although it was a little hard to play while trying to fix the relays. I wish you had added some sort of objective (like >40 points and you win or something), because only playing for a score felt like it had no point. I liked the sound effects and it fit the theme. I enjoyed playing, good job! |
| Oct 26 20:59:21 | 19h 33m | 8:59 | ♥ 1 | Fun game! I felt like there wasn't enough time, because I was only able to get 4 calls in on by best round. It was short (a little too short) and sweet. The simple things like the quiet buzz and the screen flicker on the edges were a really nice touch; it fit the theme. The audio/sfx and graphics were surprisingly good and I liked the retro talking. It was nostalgic, good job. |
| Oct 26 21:14:57 | 15m 36s | Dear Diary | ♥ 0 | Simple, but pretty good... the cussing was unnecessary. I liked the simple graphics and simple music, although there was no sound effects (but I don't really think it needed any). The storyline was clear and cute... and a little sad. Good job. |
| Oct 27 05:52:50 | 8h 37m | Terminal Stasis | ♥ 1 | That was a well built game. I liked how there was games in the game... that made it enjoyable. I like that it wasn't stressful, like you could sit there and you would die, it was just a really good puzzle game. The music/sound/sfx are really good (I have the song stuck in my head). I liked how you saw outside the ship when you finished the game. I can't find anything to complain about it, so really good game for only 48 hours. Good job! |
| Oct 28 04:53:16 | 23h 00m | Switchpunk | ♥ 1 | I agree with others on the jump from level 2 to 3. I also notice that your only using signed 16-bit numbers, so when the numbers overflowed, it would wrap around. That is quite problematic when it comes to a game based on math and logical inferences (that's easy to fix, you just need to do a size modifier so that it can store larger numbers). It was a clever idea though. With a few modifications, this would be a quite fun game. Good job. |
| Oct 28 05:53:33 | 1h 00m | V0X : Parabiosis | ♥ 1 | Amazing game! It was so well done that I don't really know what to say about it being good, because it was that good. The audio was amazing and so were the graphics. The atmosphere was spectacular (I'm running out of synonyms for "really good"). The game was really well constructed, if you fixed a few things (I explain later) this game could be published and it would be a hit. There were a few things that I notice that were buggy. First, when upgrading, you will accidently click and upgrade without intentionality. Second, 4 out of 5 times I would get a glitch when I achieved level 10 (maybe it was as I made level 11, but it said I was at 10 when it would glitch) and it wouldn't close the upgrade screen, even if I paused the game and went home, the upgrade screen would remain up, so I couldn't play. That's a real bummer, because I would have to completely restart the game and lose all my progress. Third, it was a little annoying that the game wouldn't pause when in the inventory, made it hard to enjoy the inventory... it was more of a panic. I was never able to win (mostly due to the glitch)... but I did get close. But again... what an amazing game! |
| Oct 28 13:10:18 | 7h 16m | Granny's Tea & Tats | ♥ 0 | I am so glad... that no ever has to see me do that. I got 99% on my first round, but yikes... I gave all my customers full refunds. That was a very interesting idea, except I must've missed the tea. Worked great, good job! |
| Oct 28 13:39:39 | 29m 21s | Like Clockwork | ♥ 1 | This is a good puzzle game. The music and sound effects fit the game well. I did have a few gears disappear, I'm not sure why. It had simple gameplay, but made a good challenge. It had a good slow teaching/learning curve, which made it nice for understanding. Good game and good job. |
| Oct 28 18:19:24 | 4h 39m | Templeshot | ♥ 0 | That was a very creative game, and it fit the theme. I think I got to the last level, but I'm not sure. The white worm thing caught me by surprise, I didn't live to tell the tale🙃. The only thing was, it took me a bit to figure it out, which isn't really bad, just a part of the learning curve. It was a good game, and fun. Good job! |
| Oct 28 22:34:37 | 4h 15m | Stars and the Sea | ♥ 1 | The audio in this game was amazing! It was so relaxing and quite nostalgic. One thing that would've been nice is if you had clarified that the orange circle was the start, I just thought it was an extra circle and spent wayyyy to long trying to figure out where I was and which way I was facing. The transition between maps could be a little smoother (like a fade out and fade in). That is my only complaint. The game was so well done! I have played it so much just because it's so fun and adventurous and relaxing. Again, the music is amazing! Love the game. Good job! |
