Oct 7 03:08:32 Subpixeana ♥ 1 This was a cool simple game with a neat art style. I have to admit, I'm not exactly sure what I was doing, but I somehow ended up with a "You Win!" message. Every time I shot the player character would get surrounded by other objects. Was that supposed to happen? Like I said, I really liked the art. The music was pretty good, too. Nice work!
Oct 7 03:19:31 10m 59s Heartlings ♥ 1 I really liked your art style! Overall the game had a good chill vibe to it. I found it super relaxing and reflective. Nice work!
Oct 7 03:26:27 6m 56s Tiny Creature Word ♥ 0 I won! I think this was a neat concept. It was really satisfying when I'd happen to get a couple words spelled out in a row. Nice job!
Oct 7 03:42:23 15m 56s Hexoban ♥ 1 This seemed like a really solid entry, and the puzzles increased in difficulty at an even rate. I liked the music as well. This is one of those entries that I would love seeing more of in the future. I do wish the transitions and movement could be a bit faster, but overall this was really well done. Nice job!
Oct 7 04:01:50 19m 27s Kaiju Bash ♥ 1 This was fun! Short and sweet. It was simple but satisfying to play. Good work getting such a complete game done for the compo with music and sound effects. I would love to see more level variety and different things to destroy.
Oct 7 04:13:00 11m 10s Tiny Friends :) ♥ 1 I got the keys to work, but quickly got stuck with what to do with the green hexagons. It seemed maybe I softlocked because I moved all the hexagons into a corner I couldn't get out of? Other than that, nice job on the movement, sound effects, and play style. It was a bit awkward at first, but I'm sure with time you could get used to it.
Oct 7 04:20:33 7m 33s Immune Invasion ♥ 1 I don't think you could get any smaller than being a virus! I think I understood the mutation to be some sort of pattern matching? However, one time it just ended abruptly and I'm not sure if it timed out or I just did something wrong. You did a good job with the sound effects and the visuals. I bet this looks super nice on an OLED monitor. Nice job!
Oct 7 23:32:40 19h 12m Flea Patrol ♥ 2 I had a ton of fun playing this! The game was super intuitive, and I think you did a good job designing the levels. Nice work!
Oct 7 23:40:53 8m 13s Please Find Them ♥ 4 This was really fun! Really great artwork, sounds, music, and game design! I have a really bad memory so I started to struggle once I got to the third level (that's my problem, though, not the game's). Nice work!
Oct 8 19:53:57 20h 13m Creature's Place ♥ 1 It took a bit for me to get it, but once I did I started cruising along. This is a cool take on a classic. Nice job!
Oct 8 19:59:07 5m 10s Tiny Mushy Froggies ♥ 1 The power meter sure adds a unique twist to this frogger-like. You'd think it's a minor difference, but it's practically a completely different game with that. It made it pretty difficult, yet also a lot of fun. Nice job!
Oct 8 23:18:50 3h 19m The Slushiest Slime ♥ 4 I had a lot of fun playing this! It took me a bit to realize I didn't need to fill the entire machine to make a slushy. I also didn't realize the storage rooms were color coded (which should have been obvious given the colors...oops). Once I had the gameplay down I had a lot of fun playing it. One thing that might be nice is a warning for the timer when it's close to rent due time. Otherwise, I had a fantastic time playing and would play it again. Good work!
Oct 9 04:05:41 4h 46m Beyond Fear ♥ 6 I loved this art style! The sound effects and music were fitting. This is a great take on the theme and very fitting with Halloween around the corner. I agree with what others have said about the gameplay lacking a bit and the jump feeling somewhat clunky, but dang did it look great and create a mood! Well done!
Oct 9 04:17:54 12m 13s Anthill Defense ♥ 1 Really nice job at getting an RTS game working during a game jam! I think this is the first one I've played. I liked the varied resources and upgrades you could get. I do wish I could select just one ant with a simple click rather than needing to click and drag each time, but overall I think this was really well done. Nice job!
Oct 9 04:25:15 7m 21s Snail away ♥ 1 This is a really complete and well done entry for the compo. I had a lot of fun playing it. It was super intuitive, the music and sound effects were great, and the gameplay was fun. When it was done I was sad because I wanted to play more! Nice job!
Oct 10 03:19:13 22h 53m Gnaw More! ♥ 1 This was a fun and impressive entry for the compo! I only got up to 125. I noticed that it took me a couple tries to get the click registered to start the timer, but it wasn't too bad. The game does a really great job of making you decide your strategy and pay attention to multiple things at once. Nice work!
Oct 10 03:31:46 12m 33s The Germinator ♥ 1 Hey, nice work getting something done while your respiratory system was under attack that not only fit the theme, but also fit the theme of your illness. I really liked the textures and had a lot of fun, but I got pretty stuck at the fourth level with the small ramps. The controls were just too darn sensitive for me. I also found a glitch in the third level where I jumped out of bounds, but luckily I could just restart using the menu. Overall, great work!
Oct 10 03:46:01 14m 15s Aggrolotls ♥ 0 This was really addictive and fun! You could really get yourself into a pickle quick if you aren't careful. I got to level 20, and things got really crazy. Nice job!
Oct 10 03:53:23 7m 22s Snake Rolls ♥ 2 I can't believe you got Taylor Swift to sing a custom song for your game, in a game jam no less! I played it. It was fun. I wish there were more. Good job.
Oct 10 03:59:44 6m 21s PogoCombo ♥ 1 I couldn't get over how great everything looked! The UI was really impressive for something in the compo. This seems like a game that has a ton of potential with more content to it. Really nice work overall!
Oct 10 04:09:43 9m 59s Beachfront ♥ 1 So . . . and please don't get mad at me . . . it seems you can just leave things alone and your alien friends will figure it out. Well . . . on my very first game my only alien died before reproducing. I feel like I've failed worse than anything else. Please forgive me.
Oct 10 04:24:47 15m 04s tiny villages ♥ 0 I really enjoyed this! It was such a nicely scoped game for the compo. I'm guessing the God of War requires more than 10 wood and 50 gold because when I had that I wasn't able to purchase it, so maybe there's some UI stuff going on, but other than that I really enjoyed it! Nice job!
Oct 12 04:22:40 47h 57m Quantum Swarm ♥ 1 It's really impressive that you were able to make something like this in such a short amount of time! As some others have pointed out, I wish the circuit didn't completely reset if I had to go back. Otherwise, this game has a lot of potential and I'd love to see you take it farther. Nice work!
Oct 12 04:27:13 4m 33s Cell Hell ♥ 2 This was fun! I noticed that diagonal movement was the way to go as it seemed to move faster than just x or y movement (not sure if that was intentional). I really liked the variety of enemies. The ones that try to predict movement really added some complexity. Nice job!
Oct 12 23:11:35 18h 44m Burn EM‘ All ♥ 0 This was an interesting game! I think you did a great job with the mechanics. I really like the concept of death being certain but you can delay it. It was super clear to me which strategy would be the best, though. I think with some refinement that could become easier for the player. Overall, nice work!
Oct 12 23:19:03 7m 28s Badabees ♥ 1 The learning curve was pretty steep, but once I got the hang of it everything made sense and it was pretty addicting. I really like this concept. I think having the sequences somewhere viewable on screen would be nice for the first few minutes of gameplay. I died quite a bit while looking at what to do. Overall, nice work!
Oct 12 23:40:22 21m 19s Small Critters ♥ 2 I really enjoyed playing this! I liked moving an entire hoarde of creatures at once. It was a lot of fun, and I'd love to see more of it. One suggestion would be to add tiny health bars above enemies and the tiny creatures. Otherwise, well done!
Oct 15 23:51:37 72h 11m Metamorph ♥ 1 I really enjoyed this! You made great use of the three different types and it felt like each had an equal share of the gameplay. I somehow managed to finish the game on the first try, so I don't know if the difficulty needs to be ramped up (I am no where near good at video games) or I just got extremely lucky, but at the very least I enjoyed what I played. Nice work!
Oct 16 00:00:11 8m 34s Bug Bash ♥ 3 This was a really well done tower defense! I can definitely see this being worked on further for a full game with a lot more content (i.e. items, enemies, etc.). You worked the theme into it really well, and the game seemed to function perfectly. I agree with one of the other suggestions that mentioned a fast forward ability would be nice. Otherwise, nice job! This was great.
Oct 22 15:35:51 159h 35m TinyTrip ♥ 2 Great job with the music and making a game that is immediately fun to play! I really enjoyed it. I found it a bit too easy to just keep running into stuff when things got a bit too crazy to slow down, so some sort of penalty for that would be cool. Otherwise, great work!
Oct 22 15:42:12 6m 21s Fearless for Fears ♥ 1 For beginners you did a great job! I liked the gameplay and different abilities. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but the heal only worked once for me. Otherwise I really enjoyed this. Nice work!
Oct 22 15:48:31 6m 19s Rat Game ♥ 2 Fun game! I liked the art, music, and sound effects. The collision on some objects was a bit wonky, but overall I enjoyed playing this. Nice work!
Oct 22 16:08:58 20m 27s Fry Quest ♥ 2 Being born in Idaho, I have never seen someone so thoughtfully illustrate the life of a potato with such care and grace. I really enjoyed this short and sweet game. Really nice work on the puzzles, story, and sound effects. My one suggestion would be to allow the player to use both arrow keys and WASD. Other than that, I thought this was great. Great work!
Oct 23 21:40:23 29h 31m Tinymon ♥ 1 Great work having an online element in a jam game! I think I ran into a bug on my first try where everything was placeholder art and the combat didn't work. My second try I actually got to play with my creation and see what others had done. Very cool!
