May 2 15:31:53 Delivery! NYC ♥ 5 Those flying trains made me laugh! I like the premise of the game, and it's a good proof of concept. To extend the idea, I think the grapple mechanics could use some iteration, and maybe some kind of warning system for when a flying train is approaching from off camera!
May 2 15:38:12 6m 19s DroneDash ♥ 1 I like the 'helicoptery' feel of the drone. I also like how the upgrade screen uses the same gameplay as the main game, and I enjoyed the music. I do think levels could be shorter, for a faster and more compelling upgrade loop.
May 2 15:51:43 13m 31s Deliver the Cube ♥ 2 Took me a while to figure things out by reading the comments, but it was worth it! I haven't played many 'factory' type games but I like how it's implemented here. Working around the surface of a 3D object felt very novel.
May 2 15:57:48 6m 05s Freight of BOOOM! ♥ 1 I love how the cute little robot legs move! The dual-control mechanics are used nicely, I like how the non-package robot fires missiles at enemies, and how you can throw the package to the wrong place if you move the robot that's receiving it. Nice aesthetics and music.
May 2 16:22:34 24m 46s A journey about... The Delivery ♥ 3 I really like the art and music. The box placement and recall mechanic is intuitive and works well for platforming and puzzling. I also enjoyed the spike bridge in level 1! and the introduction of more mechanics was well done in level 2.
May 2 16:33:27 10m 53s UPDEX ♥ 2 I had a much better time playing on gamepad than with mouse and keyboard. I love the 'lore' of this one, it's hilarious that the humans who have been put out of work are trying to destroy me and I'm just merrily shooting them as I go and deliver packages!
May 2 16:41:50 8m 23s Feathered Dispatch ♥ 1 Innovative system, with really cool art and very fitting music. I like how the map gets more populated as you progress.
May 2 23:33:00 6h 51m They Took Our Jobs! ♥ 0 I love the dystopian, near-future very plausible reality presented in a humorous way. It was surprisingly cathartic playing as a robot worker. i like the pixel art and audio too.
May 2 23:37:47 4m 47s QuadTrain ♥ 2 The gameplay was tricky to get the hang of (I can't say I ever really did get the hang of it) but that made it all the more satisfying when I managed to do something that I intended, like getting a good boost from hooking a target far away.
May 2 23:42:33 4m 46s Our First Story ♥ 2 My wife's 16 weeks pregnant and we found out the gender today, so this resonated with me. I really like the art style and the way you've told the story of a baby's development.
May 2 23:47:53 5m 20s Storky McStorkface Express ♥ 1 The audio brought me joy. This game initially reminded me a lot of that classic 'helicopter' game, but it quickly added new mechanics with the left and right movement, and the picking up of the animals, which I thought were very fun additions.
May 3 00:03:51 15m 58s The last help ♥ 1 Oh boy, that took a turn. I liked the 'Thomas was Alone' aesthetic of giving personality and emotions to blocks. the 'delivering happiness' was a really interesting take on the theme. Pacing could have been a bit tighter, but overall I really liked the mood.
May 3 11:14:34 11h 10m WORD DROP ♥ 1 Simple but effective gameplay that doesn't outstay its welcome. It was a good level of challenge - maybe could be expanded on by starting with fewer words and having more words with each level. The way that the start screen worked was a really nice touch that made me smile!
May 3 11:18:22 3m 48s Bubble Wrap Factory ♥ 1 The SFX were so satisfying! The gameplay was pretty innovative, it's not usual to have so much focus on upwards movement. I did like most of the level design but I did find that level 3 made me want to be able to see further up.
May 3 11:23:43 5m 21s Loading Zone ♥ 1 I like how this game got me thinking logically and planning ahead. I did paint myself into a corner by filling up my stations - might be nice to have the ability to destroy boxes, like maybe a garbage compactor or something.
May 4 16:33:31 29h 09m Fragile: Handle With Care ♥ 2 Nice controls, throwing the box felt satisfying, I like the art and audio. The enemies were easy to the point where I could just ignore them, maybe there could be more of the,.
May 4 16:42:34 9m 03s Waiting for delivery ♥ 1 I got the 'good ending!' This is a really innovative take on the theme, looking at the customer perspective of delivery and different stages from packing to driving. I liked the music too. I did find the first challenge quite frustrating because you could get the card into the right rotation but then hit something at the top when you bring it up to place it in the machine which rotates it incorrectly, maybe the moving leaf things could come from the opposite direction to prevent this? Also would be nice to have a checkpoint at the start of each stage so you don't have to replay earlier levels if you fail.
May 4 16:53:39 11m 05s Wicked Postage ♥ 2 I won! This felt very immersive and atmospheric. It got quite tense as the game sped up, had to manage my time. Had a slight 'papers please' feel which I liked.
May 4 16:59:12 5m 33s Delivery Shift ♥ 1 I love the graphics, and the innovation of the gameplay. The puzzles had good depth without being overly complicated or having too many options at once. Like @uppitydonkey57 , I did find it hard to visualise how the tile would shift
May 4 17:05:46 6m 34s Entomoria ♥ 1 It was super satisfying growing my army and enjoying the VFX and SFX as they chomped through enemies. This was a unique take, and I liked the dark humour.
May 4 17:09:47 4m 01s Delinquent Delivery ♥ 2 Best graphics of the games I've played so far. The gameplay was simple but still had depth, which the different enemy types requiring different tactics.
May 4 17:19:31 9m 44s Fetch Quest. A small text adventure ♥ 1 Yay, a text adventure! This was short and sweet, I enjoyed discovering the hidden room through the waterfall, and the hilariously escalating trades to the point where I was carrying a ship. I did find that I expected to be able to do things in the very first room that I couldn't - e.g. there was a bed in the room and I tried 'examine bed' but got the response 'I see no such thing.'
May 4 17:28:30 8m 59s Packing Up ♥ 1 I really like the grahpics and audio, and the minimal interface with clear controls. The core gameplay loop was fun. It would have been nice to have an idea of the 'average' value of an item so I could see if I was getting a good deal or not.
May 4 17:36:05 7m 35s Parcel Pursuit ♥ 2 Gorgeous graphics and music, really clever 'start' menu. I also had a little trouble with the jumping.
May 4 17:44:03 7m 58s Angel Envelope ♥ 1 The opening sequence gave it a nice narrative context which made me care about delivering the envelope. I liked the level design, how you could see a ledge that was too high to reach, then circle back to it after obtaining the extra jump height.
May 4 17:53:16 9m 13s Sunset Delivery ♥ 1 I was about 8 seconds late for the delivery :( this game was fun, and got even more fun once the jump mechanic was introduced. The graphics were really nice.
May 4 17:58:43 5m 27s The Holy Scanner ♥ 2 I really loved the writing, art style and audio. the guy's physics-based animations as his legs dragged along are hilarious. I agree with @ciderpunk about the post-cutscene bat onslaught feeling unfair.
May 4 18:04:24 5m 41s Pizza Delivery ♥ 2 I found that I ended up just going in a circular loop between the restaurants then returning to the restaurant and repeating, rather than paying attention to which ones I needed to order to. Having clearer pizza icons and maybe different distances to the houses might have forced me to be more strategic. The audio did add to the tension!
May 4 18:09:03 4m 39s INTACTâ„¢ ♥ 1 Really cute art and animation, and nice music. the concept behind the core mechanics was pretty innovative, though i did find grabbing a package before it hit the ground was impossible.
May 4 18:14:31 5m 28s Hedgie's Letter Hunt ♥ 1 I beat the game! I am awesome! Really cute pixel graphics, controls and platforming felt pretty satisfying, I like how forgiving the game was in terms of lives and checkpoints. The raven checkpoints might have been my favourite thing, a really nice touch!
May 4 18:22:49 8m 18s Groove 'n' Goods ♥ 2 I really enjoyed roleplaying as a drug dealer, and the gameplay mechanic of having to manage my resources between selling the drugs, and using them myself - my coke habit got me into a bit of trouble! Nice graphics and audio too. Really humorous.
May 4 18:37:19 14m 30s Meowxtape: Delivery ♥ 1 The aesthetics all come together really nicely - the rap, the SFX, the cool cat driving and reactions. The gameplay was really fun too, I liked being able to sideswipe cars.
May 4 18:43:00 5m 41s FedUp ♥ 2 Really funny, loved the art and lines of dialogue. The gameplay is innovative and pretty fun. I like how you had to shake things to hear the sound.
May 4 18:52:37 9m 37s DO NOT OPEN THE LETTER ♥ 2 I delivered the letter intact the first time, then played it again to open the letter before delivering it. I liked the creepy atmosphere and the characters. The rock paper scissors was a nice touch, as was the interaction between players leaving notes.
