It's hard to avoid the viruses, maybe the streets could be a little wider to make it a bit easier. Being able to carry only 1 item is also a hard thing. Sometimes I have to rush from food to candy and there are many viruses in between. But it's a great game. Good job!

I suggest you to add an animation for the fish when they eat the food, I think that just opening the mouth would make it very nice. Anyway, the art is very nice! Another little thing that could be changed is the "HP" gets really hard to see when fish are on upper side of the screen. In general, it is a very nice game. Good job!

When I got the message "The End", the game didn't actually end and I could keep on playing, I got confused. Texts sometimes got hidden by trees and also got outside the screen, it would be good to keep an eye on it for next games. A character animation would fit well too. After all, it's a good game, especially for not using the whole 72h as you said. Good job.
