| May 1 06:02:38 | Planetone | ♥ 0 | Graphics and audio are fantastic. Spamming different plants and just seeing what it sounds like is a delight. | |
| May 1 06:18:13 | 15m 35s | Paper Jam! | ♥ 5 | The paper aesthetic is quite convincing! Minus the lines that flow off of the page a little bit, any screenshot could pass as a photo of a piece of paper. Also really liked the pew-pew audio. |
| May 1 06:22:57 | 4m 44s | Quantum Catburetor | ♥ 1 | Really cool aesthetic. Love the flashing text and distortion. Also very cool method of representing health! |
| May 1 06:30:07 | 7m 10s | KeyPuppers | ♥ 1 | I played a few rounds but couldn't figure out what pressing the keys did. Only the up arrow key to freeze the pups seemed to do anything. Otherwise, the graphics are nice and the background music was charming if a little repetitive. I like the keyboard premise. |
| May 1 06:46:52 | 16m 45s | Retro Rabbit | ♥ 4 | Awesome! The music is great, especially in munch mode. I also enjoyed the pacman-esque mechanics. |
| May 1 15:46:37 | 8h 59m | Space Raiders | ♥ 2 | Awesome pixel art! I made it through the first night and I consider that an achievement. |
| May 1 15:55:53 | 9m 16s | A World In Her Eye | ♥ 1 | Really excellent entry. Lots of intrigue. The zoomed out shot of the planets with the ladder between is gorgeous. However, you really should include the version of the game that you submitted before the deadline for rating purposes! |
| May 1 19:56:05 | 4h 00m | Savannah | ♥ 1 | Excellent audio and graphics. I was never able to escape from a predator though. A short in-game tutorial and a reset button could go a long way! |
| May 2 00:01:39 | 4h 05m | Cookie-World | ♥ 1 | Great sound effects! |
| May 2 00:12:18 | 10m 39s | Planet Bash | ♥ 1 | Great art! The planet itself looks very cool. I got the hang of dodging missiles after a few plays. Dying the first few times was a little anticlimactic. |
| May 2 00:27:55 | 15m 37s | Tribal Tension (Twitch) | ♥ 0 | Definitely the most fun I've had so far. Fantastic achievement. |
| May 2 00:36:21 | 8m 26s | The Epic Quest For The Mighty Croissant | ♥ 0 | Fantastic voxel art. The music became humorous after multiple run-throughs of the same worlds. I felt a little helpless in combat just mashing right click as fast as I could and hoping not to die. But movement had a really nice feel to it. |
| May 2 01:51:01 | 1h 14m | Pod2000 | ♥ 6 | Excellent mood and audio. The uploading of photos and audio clips was really intriguing; it gave me just enough to be curious about the planet without giving away too much. The text adventure mechanics worked well, intuitive enough to understand and I never got stuck. Great entry! |
| May 3 05:20:58 | 27h 29m | Chuck and Bull | ♥ 3 | Nice relaxing atmosphere. I'm not sure if I could do anything other than plant my seeds and watch them grow. Clean pixel art and great music! |
| May 3 05:29:51 | 8m 53s | Star Boi | ♥ 1 | I stayed in it for the dope upgrades which were fun to unlock. The waves/upgrades felt a little unbalanced; sometimes I was very unprepared for a wave and sometimes it was way too easy. Nice art, I love the sprite for the earth especially. |
| May 3 05:33:17 | 3m 26s | Too Big For This WorLD38 | ♥ 3 | Almost 1GB?! That might be too big for this world. |
| May 3 05:50:44 | 17m 27s | Sunny World | ♥ 2 | Great premise! Simple and intuitive. Not many sound effects but the background music was fitting and well composed. Nice clean graphics and UI. |
| May 3 05:58:15 | 7m 31s | One Way Hero | ♥ 0 | I played as a "Yes" man and got far. The random encounters kept things interesting. Really nice animations though it would have been nice to see some of the equipment or status effects have a more visible effect. Great entry! |
| May 5 04:08:32 | 46h 10m | Mr-Vpn | ♥ 0 | Awesome concept! Maybe a stretching the theme a liiittle though. Mr. VPN had some nice pixel art and I liked his footstep dust particles. Good juice. |
| May 5 04:13:36 | 5m 04s | Carefulzilla | ♥ 0 | Hilarious concept flawless executed. I knew exactly what I was in for when I saw the title. Great polish too! |
| May 9 04:51:11 | 96h 37m | RoboLand | ♥ 2 | There are some really great visual elements in there. I love the water and smackin' down those direction arrows feels amazing. Clearly you were running out of time and didn't get to build as many levels as you wanted, but I can see the potential for some interesting ones. Music and sound is top notch; the piano key sound for touching the menu options was especially nice. |
| May 10 04:35:17 | 23h 44m | SlapR | ♥ 1 | A simple premise pulled off nicely. Nice art and great game feel for dat smack. |
| May 10 04:54:27 | 19m 10s | Kanjo | ♥ 2 | Really excellent audio; it's some of the best I have heard so far for compo. I especially liked the introductory sequence with the words slowly appearing with the music accompanying. The story and combat was a bit rushed like you say. But the polish on the non-interactive scenes is really impressive. |
| May 10 05:46:53 | 52m 26s | Let's Be Happy in Our Small World | ♥ 3 | Great art, great animations, great polish. The experience is very smooth all the way through. Nice transitions! I was curious how the game was going to get more difficult but spotting and remembering minute differences did become challenging. The pacing could have been a bit faster. |
| May 10 06:01:01 | 14m 08s | Spider Collider | ♥ 1 | Excellent entry. One of the best I've played this LD and I'm proud to say I beat all the levels. It's a truly unique take on the theme and, unlike many entries, translates the theme into mechanics. The visuals are minimalist but there's enough there to have a distinct style. If there is a criticism I have it is that most of the levels can be beaten without moving or grappling. Overall though, top notch. |
