LD59 — Signal

Cable Connector LLC by Jezzamon 2026-04-20T22:44:38Z

A very fun game - an old man simulator! I made it to the boss and even managed to change his mood, but I still couldn’t beat him.

Coherence by bentglasstube 2026-04-20T16:03:56Z

A really cool puzzle game! I especially liked the variety of paths and how they intersect, which adds a lot of complexity to the levels.

Lock by mahalis 2026-04-20T16:21:53Z

A really cool idea. It took me a couple of levels to understand how the cube rotates, but once it clicked, everything started to flow really smoothly. The difficulty curve is tuned really well too - in the later levels, when multiple layers of lenses appear, the game becomes quite challenging.

Sound Signals by pres2300 2026-04-20T21:00:50Z

Very interesting idea! I love it!

Singing Space CEOs by Jack Maxwell 2026-04-20T22:36:06Z

Very unique ideas - probably the most unusual game I’ve seen so far. I really liked the idea of manipulating and playing with sound. It was quite engaging and fit the jam theme perfectly.

Fading Signal by Doppler Effect 2026-04-20T17:15:40Z

A very cute puzzle game with a really interesting concept. The device reminded me of the radio from Portal.

Blackboard Eraser Arcade by Loig 2026-04-20T21:09:53Z

Interesting idea in combination of several gameplays!

Signal from the Mist by BorodaOlen 2026-04-22T21:44:15Z

Interesting mix of several mechanics

LoS: Linked by Theo Ratkin 2026-04-20T22:15:08Z

Very interesting idea, I liked it! But controls are really very hard. I think making the ship symmetrical would make the controls feel much better, while not reducing the game's difficulty by much.

Incoming by kremlebot 2026-04-22T21:53:12Z

A very cool game with clear and beautiful art, as well as interesting but not overly difficult puzzles. I’d love to play more of it, or even an expanded version.

CRASHDAR by Roroto Sic 2026-04-20T22:57:19Z

Very cool concepts, and they fit the jam theme perfectly. Unfortunately, because of bugs and graphical artifacts, I couldn’t get past the mines.

RETURN//NULL by ShadyShade 2026-04-22T19:01:54Z

A very beautiful and atmospheric game!

WAVESHAFT by mircal 2026-04-22T21:32:29Z

A cool game! One issue I ran into was that by around waves 16–18, the amethyst was taking up so much space that there was barely any room left, so I mostly ended up standing still and skipping waves. I think having a way to destroy tiles and replace them with other things would help a lot.

Radio Silence by cRoxx 2026-04-22T20:38:55Z

A very atmospheric game!

Astroscanner by DiElecktrik 2026-04-22T18:30:37Z

A very fun, relaxing, and addictive game! The one thing I really missed was getting more recognized images as the Accuracy upgrade increased.

Follow the signal by cupofmilk7 2026-04-22T18:41:48Z

Very interesting game!

EmailPostman by Jacat 2026-04-20T18:11:34Z

Very cool game, but requires a little bit tutorial.

I MUST SCREAM by II-P 2026-04-22T20:55:47Z

A very interesting and creative concept. A more interactive guide would have been helpful to explain the effects of pressing the buttons.

Defend The Radar by Allexeee 2026-04-22T19:36:37Z

A cool game with great sound design and a really satisfying shooting feel. The controls are smooth, and the game is quite addictive.

Hack my Signal by Acid Infinitely 2026-04-22T22:03:15Z

A very cool idea, but it really could use a tutorial and maybe a simpler level to help the player understand how everything works.

@pres2300 @tolviere Thank you so much for the feedback! You’re absolutely right about level 8. It was the very last level I added, right before the submission deadline, so I didn’t have enough time to test it properly. My original idea was for the final row of one level to become the first row of the next, so the exact position was meant to matter. Unfortunately, I ran out of time before I could fully implement and polish that idea. Thanks again for playing and for pointing it out!

@tasakasama Thank you so much for such high praise! That really means a lot to me. I’m very happy you enjoyed the game!

@squimmy Thank you for the feedback! I totally agree that the game could have used some music. I did try making some, but what I came up with wasn’t very good, so I decided it was better to have no music at all than to include something that didn’t feel right =)

Chromawalk by Zyertdox 2026-04-22T17:54:29Z

@loig Thank you for the feedback! That’s a fair point. I experimented with a few ways to expand the mechanics, but I decided to keep the game more focused rather than push the difficulty too quickly.

Chromawalk by Zyertdox 2026-04-22T17:57:20Z

@0x0961h Thank you so much! I’ve always loved games that manage to create a lot of depth from simple, clear mechanics, so that’s exactly the kind of approach I try to follow in my own games too.

Chromawalk by Zyertdox 2026-04-22T18:02:28Z

@crocidb Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to write all of this. That’s a very fair point about the later levels. I did have some ideas for expanding the mechanics, but most of them ended up making the puzzles feel more complicated rather than more interesting, so for now I decided to keep the design as it is.

@pragmascript Thanks for the feedback! I’m not familiar with Zachtronics, but now I’m curious and I’ll definitely look into it. Sounds interesting!

@nikiroz Thanks a lot! I’m really glad you liked the puzzle idea.

Signal surfer by poddub 2026-04-22T21:07:58Z

A very fun and cool game with unusual gameplay. I ended up spending a ton of time on it. One thing that felt a little confusing to me, though, was how the fall arc seemed to shift during flight, so I didn’t always land where I expected to.

Signal Lost by lanatra 2026-04-20T23:49:42Z

A very fun and addictive game. At some point it feels like you’ve already covered the whole area with radars, but even after that you still keep playing.
