LIGHTDANCER by xk_the_name 2023-10-07T05:11:39Z

The artistic style feels very cohesive, which isn't easy to accomplish in a jam! The main mechanic idea was interesting and fun -- I didn't manage to get too far, it seemed like misfiring the arrow punished you a lot because it went so far and the light extinguished so quickly, so maybe tuning that timing or adding special trees that burn longer could've been interesting. Great job!

World Weaver by JUSTCAMH 2023-10-07T02:51:33Z

It was a huge "aha" moment when I realized that opening new threads is just _layering_ new sections on top of the level, instead of opening up whole new isolated levels -- that's a really unique idea! As a standalone puzzle game, that would've been interesting enough, but the additional narrative layer that you added really weaved it (ha!) into something excellent. Great job!

Orbital Meltdown: Death by Laser Beneath the Naked Sun by UkuleleFury 2023-10-07T18:19:50Z

@togis Thanks for the feedback! As far as I know, we don't have motion blur enabled, so it's probably just the other performance related settings.

I went ahead and added a quality toggling menu on the start screen, it should be available under the "(Updated version)" download option on the itch.io page. Just FYI, this updated version also includes a few small post-jam improvements we made (mostly just nicer particle effects and balance tweaks), but otherwise should be comparable. I hope you're able to give it another try! :)

Excellent art, and I loved how crunchy / juicy you made the game! The little animations at the beginning were wonderful, and the epic screen shake when we first fall down was awesome.

Tiles and Sea by Twotinydice 2023-10-07T06:10:47Z

Very well crafted and relaxing puzzle game! Reminds me of several board games that I love. It might've been nice to have some soothing or quiet ambient music going in the background.

Whiskers in the Dark by Diego Teran 2023-10-06T17:07:06Z

The mood-setting was really excellent on this one, from the lighting to the music and the sfx! I definitely jumped a little the first time I got grabbed, haha. And the introduction of an auxiliary mechanic (the bucket) midway was fun -- it would've been cool if there were more "interactable" auxiliary mechanics like that. Also the intro and ending animations were a great touch!

Made me want to go play Omori again :') Great job!

Waylight by Javid Ladhani 2023-10-07T06:00:17Z

Really well done, surprisingly tense! Even after becoming familiar with the monsters, their timing and sound effects would still freak me out. Nice work!

Legends of Lore by siberpunk01 2023-10-07T06:17:28Z

Super charming art, and loved the gamepad support, although less awkward keyboard bindings would've been welcome too. Great work!

STELLAR LIMITS by obittner 2023-10-07T06:06:10Z

Gorgeous art! Essentially as relaxing or intense as you want it to be, although personally I might've liked some more specific goals / levels with different planet layouts, etc. Great job!

Hydro Rise by fatEmperor 2023-10-07T05:24:29Z

Nice game! I liked the visual choices and the subtle storytelling through the text, which added nuance to an otherwise simple idea. Well done!

The Knight Bus by pascalbros 2023-10-07T15:53:48Z

Super fun take on the theme, very well done! I felt like the margin of error on the shrinking was maybe a bit too stringent as even if I did get the alignment right, I'd run out of shrink time and re-expand and collide with a truck. Also I loved that the cars were actually going backwards instead of just going slowly, lol. Nice work!

Down the spiral by Ahbee_Studio Nex-us 2023-10-07T05:44:34Z

Nice job! The music has a great beat, although it might be a tad loud (I get a teeny bit of static, not too much). I liked the general idea and flow of the game! I'm not sure exactly what was happening, but I seemed to randomly teleport or get some camera jitter, which was disorienting at times.
