Fun game begging for a port to mobile. The only issue I ran into was being able to drag one foot infinitely far while leaving the other behind and being unable to return to it. The music and graphics were quirky and irreverent which was a funny contrast with the horrific destruction I (totally accidentally) caused.
Hilarious. I loved the combo of the animations and weird talking sound. Not to mention the vaporwave-y music during the minigames. I actually really enjoyed the game over screen, too, as weird as that sounds.
I really enjoyed the mix of blocky 3D and impressionistic line art. However I wish there was more of a "game" to it -- multiple characters, branching choices that make a difference, forks in the road (literally or figuratively). It would help to have some replay value. That said I hope you make it into a full game or use the style as the basis for another game.
Really challenging at first especially without reading the guide -- not that that's a bad thing. Lots of depth for a small RTS built in a short amount of time, and I really enjoyed the flavor/art style.
As a MUDder, huge fan of the throwback graphics and telnet. Nice work, though at times the next step was confusing and I think I got through the first 2 parts by pure luck.
This looks intriguing, is there a Mac or WebGL port planned?
I really enjoyed my playthrough of this management sim. I ran out of money pretty quickly and thought I was screwed until I checked the research tab (which I had no issues with, although the season-extending research didn't seem to work) and used the shady credits research. It made me feel like Ja Rule planning out FyreFest from that point on and I was basically printing money once I had a hotel and a pool. I liked the cutesy sound effects and feel like a reggae soundtrack would have sealed the deal. Was a good way to kill ~15 minutes and would like to see you extend it into a game similar to Roller Coaster Tycoon but with tiny levels, each having their own unique challenge. Also, good job making the controls/menus super intuitive for anyone who's played a sim game before.
Overall loved the art style and music. "Ayy lmao" was a bit, uh, overused, but some of the other humor was solid (tbh I'm guilty of putting fart jokes in games so I'm not one to speak). Nice work.
The game and the concept look really cool, but I wish there was a Mac or WebGL port.
A fun game, the intro seemed about the right length to give some story especially with the sped-up text and witty humor. The actual game could use more mechanics, maybe I am just not very good at it, but I would liked to have seen powerups, traps that you could set for adults, and more things to move around to block their line of sight.
I enjoyed the game once I got the hang of it, though I wish there were more powerups in the beginning to make up for the initial planet size. That may help with the difficulty curve. Also liked the sound, graphics, and particle effects when the planet gets smacked.
I really enjoyed the graphics, the proc-gen sound, and the potential for 2-player cooperative chaos.
