LD59 — Signal (23)

Lagworld Relay 59 by alisher_fazilov 2026-04-28T12:59:54Z ♥ 2

Love this clever puzzle design! The unreliable signal and delayed command mechanics are such a fun twist, bringing great strategic depth and replay value. The style and sound fit perfectly, though a few rules feel a little unclear at first. Overall such a creative and well-thought-out game!

Bons Baisers de Roquebrise by Kerdelos 2026-04-28T12:56:45Z ♥ 6

Such a calming coastal vibe all around! The clever lighthouse perspective and minimap design feel really unique, paired with lovely art, soothing music and neat radio rhythm effects. The steady pacing and mysterious story details are super well-crafted. A few small visual tweaks and simple hints would make this cozy experience even smoother.

Commotion Conductor by Auto 2026-04-28T04:49:13Z ♥ 3

Wow, I absolutely love this game! The gameplay is simple and easy to understand, and it perfectly captures the core theme of Signal. The interactions and animations throughout feel smooth and lively, and those little question marks popping up above the trains when you guide them the wrong way are so cute and charming. Even with only three levels, I was totally hooked the whole time. If I had to mention small improvements, the map is a bit too large for the screen. Especially in stage three, the three exits sit far off-screen, so I had to constantly drag the view to check directions and find levers, which felt a little awkward. It would also help to make signal lights more noticeable, since I often struggled to tell red and green states apart at a glance.

Signals Intelligence by blubberquark 2026-04-28T03:09:30Z ♥ 1

Love the stunning pixel art and brilliant signal strategy concept! It’s well structured with thoughtful design and unique strategic depth. Such an original and well-crafted experience overall.

Echo : Signal drift by MikhailNe 2026-04-28T03:03:49Z ♥ 2

Great atmosphere and detailed design, exploring around is really engaging. A little adjustment on sensitivity and repetitive content would be perfect, such a well-made piece.

SIGNAL:D by FireFish 2026-04-27T03:46:38Z ♥ 1

Face-controlled gameplay is such a fresh, fun idea, and the alien story and art fit the Signal theme perfectly. Expression recognition can be a little inconsistent, and frequent code inputs feel tedious, yet this piece is incredibly creative and well-crafted.

LD59 Radio by Sylva Aster 2026-04-27T03:43:55Z ♥ 1

The space atmosphere is stunning, and exploring and mining in outer space feels so immersive. Controls feel a little awkward, and better guidance and optimization would help, yet this cosmic concept is really well-made.

Signal from beyond by Geless 2026-04-27T03:40:58Z ♥ 2

Love the cozy board game style and charming knight-themed vibe, the art looks really lovely too. A few simple visual hints would help with progression, but it’s still a neat and creative little game overall.

BounSynth by CptNero 2026-04-27T03:37:44Z ♥ 2

Absolutely adore this music-driven gameplay idea! The synth mixer vibe and evolving soundtrack are so cool, and having instruments shape the level feels super fresh. The circular dials look great thematically, yet they’re a little finicky to control—simple toggle switches would smooth things out nicely. Even so, this is such a charming, creative little game, and I had a really great time playing it!

Hello? Hello!? You've got no signal there! by rainot 2026-04-26T05:49:42Z ♥ 2

I really enjoyed the unique static audio and distorted subtitle effects, paired with great voice work and fun signal-chasing gameplay. A few small tweaks to edge vision, bullet balance and repeated audio or events would smooth things out nicely. Overall, this is a creative, stylish game with lots of clever ideas and great potential.

Bee Bee Revolution by Xeltide 2026-04-26T05:45:18Z ♥ 2

I really enjoyed this charming bee simulator, with lovely visuals, nice buzzing sounds and adorable bee designs that bring a relaxing, fun experience. The creative concept fits the theme wonderfully, though a little more gentle guidance would help new players get started easier, and slight adjustments to the map layout and bee movement pace could make the flow feel smoother. Overall, it’s a delightful and well-crafted little game with plenty of cute charm, and small polish would make it even more wonderful.

Crazy Driver (concept Submission by BoltDaPikachu234 2026-04-26T05:41:16Z ♥ 2

I really love your retro pixel art style and fresh early gameplay ideas. It’s a pity that the project is only a simple concept for now, and I sincerely hope you can keep improving and complete it someday.

Signal from the Stars by kassanu 2026-04-26T05:34:39Z ♥ 2

The signal filtering and decoding mechanics are intuitive and fun. The story is engaging, and the core gameplay fits the theme perfectly. The tutorial is a bit repetitive. It’s inconvenient to decode without a codebook, and the small text strains eyes. Adding background music would also enhance the mood. A wonderful signal-decoding game with solid design. Minor quality-of-life fixes will make it even better. Great work!

DISCONNECTED by Allax 2026-04-26T05:30:29Z ♥ 2

The Windows 98 retro aesthetic paired with haunting visuals creates an amazing nostalgic horror atmosphere. The ambient sounds and secret-filled storytelling are captivating, and the signal-hunting gameplay fits the theme perfectly. It’s hard to distinguish key audio clues from background noise. Better direction after decoding signals is needed, as unclear goals may make players lose motivation. A uniquely atmospheric and well-designed game. Small improvements to hints and audio cues will greatly smooth the experience. Great and creative work!

Human Signal by denikk 2026-04-24T16:45:29Z ♥ 2

I love the dark futuristic atmosphere and Blade Runner-inspired art style. The empathy test theme is creative and well-presented. The game runs stably with a complete ending, and the overall tone is immersive for a solo-made project. The memory tasks are fairly easy and repetitive. It would help to add progress saving after mistakes and more time to memorize sequences. Rapid clicking may cause small bugs or freezes, and the UI could be better polished to fit the game’s aesthetic. More diverse moral choices would also add depth. This is a well-made, theme-driven game with a unique vibe. A few small tweaks on difficulty, bugs and interface design will greatly improve the experience. Nice work on this thoughtful and finished project!

GHz: WEE by Entink 2026-04-24T16:37:13Z ♥ 1

As someone who rarely plays horror games, I still managed to finish this whole experience. The game fits the theme perfectly, with a brilliantly tense atmosphere crafted by haunting visuals, chilling sound design and immersive mechanics. Little details like faster footsteps make every moment nerve-wracking. There are a few small drawbacks. The maze levels lack clear guidance, making key-hunting confusing at times. Enemies near the spawn point can also cause unfair repeated deaths. More hints and extra mechanics would help a lot. Overall, it’s a well-made and gripping game with a great core concept. I really hope to see further improvements and more content soon. Great job!

ANALOG TUNE OVERRIDE by Arryos 2026-04-24T16:31:02Z ♥ 3

This game is a wonderful take on the "signal" theme. The visuals and sound design are great, and the core mechanic is simple, creative and fun. Every level offers unique challenges, making the gameplay fresh all the time. The controls feel a bit unintuitive at first and take time to get used to. I also noticed a small minor glitch during play. Even so, it is a fantastic Game Jam work with great potential. I really hope to see more levels and updates in the future. Great job!

Air Signal by MicleFirst 2026-04-24T10:53:13Z ♥ 1

I really love this game’s art style. As your health drops, the fighter’s hull gradually shows damage and wear, which is a great detail. Considering this is your first game development work, the overall performance and gameplay feel are really smooth and well-polished. I’m looking forward to further optimization and updates in the future.

Currently, the gameplay mostly only relies on mouse movement and shooting. It would be great to add more distinct interactive mechanics later on. I also tried using WASD controls and noticed the lever has corresponding feedback animations, yet the cloud scenery outside the window never moves. This small mismatch left me a little confused while playing, haha.

RedFlag:SOS by ReiMi 2026-04-24T09:14:53Z ♥ 2

Absolutely amazing!!! The game’s art style and overall tone blend perfectly together, offering an incredibly immersive playthrough. Especially when your patience drops, the originally soothing BGM warps and fills with distorted noise, which cranks up the immersion to the fullest.

The UI design is also cohesive and pleasant. All settings and buttons are cleverly integrated with the game’s own visual elements, creating a harmonious overall presentation.

I didn’t fully understand the mechanics on my first run. I kept setting up the SOS signal and knocking over cups and forks repeatedly, wondering why the staff never noticed me—and ended up unlocking the bad ending, haha. It was only on my second playthrough that I realized I needed to alert them the moment they arrive.

Overall, this is an incredibly satisfying experience! I desperately want the full version right away. Please add more cool, stylish lady characters, I’m begging you OTZ.

宇宙回响ļ¼ˆSpace Echo) by Starwa 2026-04-24T08:48:37Z ♥ 1

The art and environments are clean and minimalist, with calm, soothing BGM that fits the vibe perfectly. However, the game lacks sufficient guidance. Many players may struggle to figure out how to interact and perform basic operations, as some mechanics feel overly confusing. For example, regarding the three items in the bottom-left corner: it would be much better if activating Item B automatically closed Item A. Currently, all three can stay open at the same time, causing severe UI overlap. This unpolished detail forces players to close each window one by one, clutters the screen, and greatly hurts the overall experience. Looking forward to further polish and improvements in future updates.

B.O.B.O by miles2099 2026-04-24T07:53:51Z ♥ 1

This is such a cute Monopoly-style game, and I absolutely love this hand-drawn art style! The little aliens are adorable~After finishing the playthrough, I also got to experience a heartwarming little story. By the way, there seems to be a bug in the browser version on Itch.io. After completing one full round, returning to the starting point and triggering the story cutscene will cause the game to freeze completely. The BGM stops, and no controls respond. I’m not sure if I’m the only one encountering this issue.

Tracking by Sound by imeng 2026-04-24T07:32:44Z ♥ 0

A wonderfully charming game with distinctive, adorable art style. The creative use of sound as a key signal element is brilliant. As the difficulty ramps up in the later stages, the overlapping alarm sounds perfectly crank up the tension, haha.

Mission: Stop Transmission by ZedGame 2026-04-24T07:23:29Z ♥ 1

This is such a fun game. The visuals look just like a real operating system, and it genuinely leaves you a little flustered while playing haha. It’s packed with strong vaporwave aesthetics in both art and music, delivering an incredibly immersive experience!
