I really like the art and background. The orocess of searching is also fun, and the interesting conversation between characters are attractive. Well done!
Could you maybe add some more descriptions or visual indicators on how to proceed? I couldn't get further than the second up the river tile! Sad, because the graphics are very cute!

The cover art totally hooked me
Love the cozy board game style and charming knight-themed vibe, the art looks really lovely too. A few simple visual hints would help with progression, but it’s still a neat and creative little game overall.
The art was great, the map, the characters, and the "overlay" visual effect worked really well. I also really liked the sort of mini-game esk nature of trying to deduce the monster.
One thing that would've improved my experience is some music and sound effects. I would also suggest adding a simple black outline to the white text to make it more readable.
