10 Seconds to Insanity by dagothig 2013-08-28T05:18:00

Great job of making it really tense and suspenseful, the music and visuals really were impressive. The theme was kiiind of stretching it, 10 seconds wasn't really 10 seconds here. Also I feel like either keys should be way more prominent, or locked doors should show up way less.

404 Error on the webpage

Captain Pico and Ensign DeGaro in Ten Second Time Bomb by dalbinblue 2013-08-27T05:49:00

Excellent game, clever puzzles and fantastic story. I liked the personalities of the characters. Tight controls (as tight as 48 hours permits), although I couldn't manage to launch the escape pod... maybe I just couldn't figure out the puzzle, but it seemed like it was a glitch.

Ridiculous Chess by Natman 2013-08-28T04:05:00

It's a solid chess game, it's really responsive and has a good UI, but it's not really as "Ridiculous" as the name implies :P Maybe you could mix it up with some sort of gimmick or clever mechanic?

Runner Up by Jeremy Nikolai 2013-08-28T05:08:00

Fun, clever little idea. It controls extremely smoothly. Trying to get into second is funny but kind of stressful; also the teleport and anvil powerups are all but useless. Also, might want to make the intro screen buttons say "Next" instead of "Skip."

Sudden Death by rissatto 2013-08-28T04:14:00

This is a great little game, I liked the theme and the puzzles were simple but satisfying. It is a little hard to grab on to the feather in the last one, though. Also I guess it would be nice to play it in my language, but it's still pretty fun.

Lucid Journey by Purplescape 2013-08-29T04:08:00

Very atmospheric, experimental game. I sort of liked it, but it got a little frustrating when I couldn't figure out what to do. The controls didn't really help... it's not totally clear when you can push objects and when you can't.

Nut - timeout by van noctar 2013-08-27T01:18:00

Good idea, but it feels really finnicky, which throws off the smoothness and ruins the mood.

DECISIONS - Horror Text Adventure by Brunodev 2013-08-29T04:09:00

Fun little trippy game, the audio was kind of over-the-top which I thought was cool. Nice simple controls, and it was exciting to read all the spooky snippets. Honestly, I don't think any of the stats were necessary, I never even looked at them. I think just the writing and audio could carry this game, doesn't really need extra systems.

North Exit by kazukishida 2013-08-29T04:31:00

Fantastically atmospheric, with amazing graphics and sound. For some reason I really liked the C puzzle at the beginning, even though it was really simple. The "keep moving" was a clever touch, preventing you from looking around and getting used to the environment.

I think the game stopped responding to mouse input soon after the first platform though, and my character was stuck looking in one direction. Aside from that, really neat game.

Little Ninja Guy by rpistorello 2013-08-27T05:10:00

Really nice artwork! The music is simple but good. It's a little hard to tell if I successfully hit the key or not, and it would be a LOT easier if the 4 keys you had to press were all in a row...

Solid game overall, though.

Dimming by Kep 2013-08-28T05:39:00

I really liked how subtle the whole thing is... when you run out of light, all you've got is your footsteps and a slight increase in heart rate. Really good use of atmosphere and sound! Couldn't tell if the ending was the open sky or not, I'm assuming it was (?)

Unseen by Neo-Blue 2013-08-28T05:01:00

Really fun game... an INCREDIBLY slim margin for error though. I tried a couple times freehand, couldn't do it, tried it with a timer, came within 0.3 seconds. I think being within a half second should count honestly :P. Other than that, loved the atmosphere and the tension when you're looking around the room before you know if you made it or not.

The Adventures of Lars by Dan 2013-09-01T00:33:00

Fun, short little game. Controls in the second stage were extremely frustrating, I thought I was getting caught on the scenery (but I guess you know that already)

10 Seconds Before the World Ends by Lustdante 2013-08-30T05:18:00

Fantastic game, really satisfying to play and had excellent physics. A really stellar ending, especially given the time constraint. Overall a great game!

Message Madness by NorthByNorthwest 2013-08-27T05:00:00

Really solid concept - after I got a handle on the game it was really satisfying to get a good flow of messages going. Having a tutorial would have been better than reading an instruction paragraph, but given the time limit it's understandable.

The animation when messages are passed around is fantastic :)

GO CAL POLY

10 seconds by cschwartz 2013-08-27T06:10:00

Nice game! Good length, and the puzzles got interesting by the end. One thing though, the game would be a LOT less frustrating if you were able to place arrows during the initial countdown...

Kickbox by Epiphane 2013-08-27T20:29:00

@MunkeeBacon and anyone else who can't get it running on a Mac, try right clicking the application -> Get Info. Make sure that your Mac opens it in 32 bit mode only :)

QuickHunt by MvdLaar 2013-08-29T04:35:00

Fun little game, although the rock-throwing mechanics felt a little bit finnicky. It was hard to gauge where an animal would be in the next couple seconds. Also, I went on an animal-murder spree in the beginning b/c I thought that was the point of the game, until I noticed the specific targets in the corner :/

Ghost Pirate's Ship of Treasures by immanuela 2013-09-01T00:43:00

Fun, solid little platformer. Not sure what happens when the 10 seconds runs out, since all the levels are fairly easy... It would have been nice to see some interesting gimmicks or new mechanics to the basic platforming game.

Holiday in Russia by Nerlin 2013-08-27T05:18:00

Fun little game! The simple RPG systems are really satisfying. I kept accidentally clicking off-screen, which would make the game lose focus, though. Overall, good, simple concept.

The Duellists by jay griffin 2013-08-28T05:52:00

Fun game, I liked the story and the simple mechanics. A little tricky when the box sometimes appears up in the sky, not sure what that's about... I thought I had to click it for the longest time.

Vacuum by SCCOTTT 2013-08-29T04:55:00

A delightful little game; it's really sort of zen-like floating through space. I saw some blue orbs, so I shot at them and blew them up... then I floated aimlessly for a while until I ran into an orb and exploded. Why did I try to kill the blue orbs? I don't even know. Deep.

Count by Tap by justi 2013-08-28T04:53:00

Nice little addicting game; it was fun once you got in the flow of it. Could be a little more responsive when you click a button; maybe vibrate the phone or play a click sound?

Insomniac by AidanAK47 2013-08-28T05:28:00

Good god that was terrifying... all that ties it to the theme was 2 words in the whole game, but still. Amazing atmosphere, tension, suspense, and great music & sound. One plot hole (or maybe I overlooked an explanation?) is, why doesn't he just have somebody sleep in the room with him? I'm assuming it would still torment him, only appearing when the other person was asleep or something, but it seemed like the obvious solution to me.

Nevertheless, fantastic spooky game!

Every Ten Seconds A Kitten Drowns by matthias_zarzecki 2013-08-28T04:52:00

Fun little game... nice upgrading elements and tight controls. A couple little grievances, like when a cat appeared right inside a mine and I died trying to get to it :( I think it'd be a little friendlier if you had more than one hit point possibly?

Worst 10 Seconds of Your Life by biscuitdough 2013-09-01T00:37:00

Quite difficult to control, and it felt like it was slowing down as the game progressed... The hitboxes are really unforgiving, it seems like you can't get anywhere near the shapes. Fun idea though, it would really help if you character was a lot faster and the tetris blocks were more sparse.

Dark Interval by alexandervrs 2013-08-31T23:10:00

Pretty fun, tense game, but it gets a little frustrating/repetitive in the later levels. I gave up after dying 5 times to the double-crushy-box things.

Project: "Explosion" by Simple Ghost 2013-08-30T06:18:00

oh my god this is just simply the best thing ever. It's not too slow, don't listen to anyone else.

ON A SIDE NOTE I had this tab open: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOwlAebMbJ0
and I had forgot about it, so I thought it was the soundtrack to the game. And it fits really, really well.

10 Second Dungeon Hero by sP0CkEr2 2013-08-28T05:48:00

Fun little dungeon crawl, pretty satisfying to upgrade and kill monsters faster. One thing though, you NEED to make the character faster... Especially with the time pressure, having a slow character really was stressful.

FoxBox by Malactus 2013-08-30T06:27:00

Fun little game, a little frenetic to control but I guess that's sort of the point. Should make a little more force feedback when you get hurt, like with a red overlay or a more prominent sound effect... I wasn't aware that I had health for a good part of the game
