This came out so good! The amount of assets you guys made in the time was great, and I love the general art style you went for - to toon shading/black outline on everything was real good.

Fun game, I wasn't sure the small ants were going to be hittable but it all turned out all right. Took me a second to realize you could shoot things other than the ants but when I did it added a bunch more to do. It was a little disappointing that the other gun I found seemed worse than the starting pistol? That might just be me though. The audio was very nice, though the music got a little repetitive. Well done!
Cool mechanics, you really do feel always on the run and often find yourself looking for a place to hide in the reload downtime. Got stuck a time or two, but was fun!
Pretty fun game! Decent visuals and audio. being able to shoot into different rooms and getting more weapons is cool, and the shooting in general feels very nice. I will protect my sandwich with my life.

Pretty nice, considering all the assets are original this is very impressive. The concept is entertaining and shooting the doors open is kinda funny.
I do wish the weapons were more varied, like a grenade launcher or a laser, or some sort of melee weapon. It also feels strange that bullets are shared among weapons, so when you run out of ammo with one weapon, you can't switch to another. Having no jump also feels very strange, I kept instinctually pressing space to jump only for nothing to happen.
How many times have you played this game? - Ants are everywhere β on the floor, on the ceiling, they want to get to my sandwich, I will not allow it, I will shoot them uhaaaaa * I take out a rocket launcher and shoot at the house*

Great game! I really liked the graphic style with the contour outline - it looks impressive! They did a great job with the shooting mechanics, it was especially fun to shoot back at crowds of ants. π The idea of ββprotecting a sandwich at any cost is captivating! The only thing I would like is more variety of weapons, but even with this, the dynamics are excellent. The soundtrack is also top notch, although the music was a bit repetitive. Great job! π

I like the level design and all the details. Is there a dead person in the bathroom or am I just seeing things? The ants really gave me the creeps. They are everywhere and I just cant kill them all. I had some technical issues as I'm on an ultrawide monitor, and the camera sensitivity would have been nice to boost. Overall though, a very good submission.
Very good execution and humor, the ants on the sandwitch are disgusting XD. I like that hitting the ants is surprisingly easy. Good job!

This might be the first game I've played where your health bar is a sandwich. Very fun overall, silly and on theme concept, and I liked that there's multiple guns. I also liked the music but it definitely overpowered everything else, it sounded like there was a voice line but the music drowns it out.

I managed to send a lawn chair flying with a shotgun blast, trying to take down ants. This is a scenario I was not expecting tonight, and it absolutely made me howl in laughter. :laughing: Super relatable premise, glad there's a game that let me take extreme action taken against ants that want my sandwich. 11/10, loved it.

Really cool. The concept is very similar to the idea my team initially had for our game, with similarly violent results. Although crouching on shift instead of ctrl took me a while to get used to, I got to a point where I could circle the house, running through furniture and other bouncing physics objects with a wave of ants behind me, desperately reloading my shotgun to clear them out. It felt great. A bit more feedback on the reload (like a progress bar) or the option to manually reload would go a long way. Still, a sandwich health bar is a genius idea in its own right, so everything else was just bonus.

Funny shooter game with worms! The gameplay feels great with a sounded feedback, but I'm so bad and want a shoutgun in order to kill all the worms and eat my sandwich!

I liked the game! However, I noticed that all the weapons share the same sound; I think more variety would be nice. Additionally, I believe the game would be more fun if it had a clear ending and levels, as the ants always winning feels a bit unrewarding, and it is a pleasant feeling to get rid of a pest. Making the movement of the ants more random would also add variety to the gameplay. While some games have interpreted the theme with ants, I haven't seen one that involves protecting a sandwich, and I found the idea of a sandwich as a health bar to be creative. The story behind the game is fun, and shooting a house like a crazy person is funny, lol. Overall, itβs a good entry! Well done!

Omg my worst nightmare - an anthill on my ceiling and ants pouring down the wall to get my sandwich. This is eerily close to one time I had ants in my home, maybe I should have used a shotgun instead of bug repellant! Great little game.
I finally got around to downloading this game on my windows machine. Very good work! I liked the stylized menus a lot. Also nice use of sobel. I liked that almost everything can be damaged. I'm not gonna ask why there's a body in the bathroom.
I like the cell-shaded style a lot and the idea is a funny take on the theme. The ants at times were a little hard to see/shoot since they're so small and they kind of blend in with the ground and behind other objects. I had a small bug where a lot of the ants got stuck in a corner of the room and I was able to just keep shooting them in a big cluster.
Very cool game, quite difficult but enjoyable to play. The graphics are very beautiful and the music + SFX are great too. Mood seems like delirium tremens hallucination aha. Nice job !

Nice game, really reminiscent of something like COD zombie. I was probably not very good at surviving and exploring, but I was able to find only one additional weapon, and nothing that was able to increment a bit my rate of fire and thus help in keeping the ants at bay. Also, the look of creatures from a distance was a bit strange, so it was difficult for me to see them coming and was able to spot them only when about to get my dear dear sandwitch. The game is quite polished tough (love the destructible environment) and I had fun playing it!
Very fun and funny game, it hooked me immediately and though I often failed quite quickly I always wanted to try again, survive a bit longer, kill more ants... They can be difficult to see from a distance, and the fact that they can spawn behind you gives you a uncomfortable feeling, always having to turn your head everywhere and see if some tiny thieves try to sneak up to you. Well done!
