Aww  As a hamster owner, this was an instant click for me.
I LOVE the tiny hamsters just strolling around, and when they turn, it's just lovely.
The game is great fun, and I can already see myself playing it more tomorrow—it's already bookmarked. Fits the theme really well. Good job!
Super cute artstyle! And the gameplay feels very smooth. Really well done!
Nice game, the gamedesign works well and it is very polished. The art style is cute. I am not sure though if I should play it like an idle game or not :D
cool cute toy, you can get stuck on it
Oh boy! what a game.... relaxing and addictive, I think I spent almost 1 hour playing, it was sad to go to Mars, I would spend hours taking care of my hamister city
Fun little game. I really enjoyed the audio and the graphics. Thank you for your contribution.
I encountered a bug and got big money quick. Screenshot from 2024-10-07 20-09-35.png
Ok, it took me more than i'd like, but used every block (last block was for the rocket)! Great game, loved it!

Love this game, could totally see it working as a mobile idle game. Love the art as well, music is great too! The controls being all on the mouse threw me off a little at first but I quickly got used to it thanks to the clarity in UI and feedback visually and audibly.
Very nice game! I liked the music in the background a lot, it's very relaxing hamster-shelter.PNG
Two green corner roads are breaking the economy. I'M RICH!)))
Very ambitious idea done in a very impressive time - this concept could be taken very far!
Really loved this one, the little hamsters squishing around the corner are just too cute! Was a lot of fun building up my hamster city, just didn't really find any use for the parks and parking roads.
Also: did you know you can upgrade your main building? Didn't find out until I already had the money for the rockets, but was still funny to see the hamster snake move through my streets.
Such a great game! I love building roads
Cool game idea! I liked it! Good job!
I think this is the most fun, well-made and beautiful game I've played in this Jam. With more content and mechanics it could be a game I would definitely buy.
Very fun game and great polish. I like the fact that it runs in the background so I can leave and tinker with it later. That's probably the most fun aspect is trying to optimize your build. Great fun. Great job.
This game is really fun! I love the little optimizations you can do with road configurations. I will say when i initially started I wasn't exactly sure what to do but after a while of tinkering I figured out what it meant by connecting the home. Also, there is a bug with teh green roads that they infinitely exponentially increase in value when placed next to each other, so maybe not allowing them to gain bonuses from other green roads would help to repair the game balance. But all in all this game was really fun and cute! good job!
This game is so cute and I love that it runs in the background so it's a game you can just leave and have your little hamsters do the work. Graphics are cute and I could see this being a larger puzzle game at some point. Great job!
straight 5 star for the art!
Loved this game! Great job!
Honestly, the tiny hamster travel animation alone elevates this game. Otherwise, it's a nice take on incremental games. Good work!
The art style is absolutely top-notch. The balance could use a bit of tweaking though—it's a bit slow at the start, but then the pace ramps up too quickly, unlocking half of the remaining blocks in just 10 seconds. I can definitely see the potential for a good casual game here. Oh, and I’m not sure if this is supposed to happen, but I encountered this 'bug' (image below).Screenshot 2024-10-12 165721.png

Didn't take me long to get to Mars!! This was really fun though... tinker around with the numbers and it could have real longeivty. Nicely done.
It's cool that when you turn the road the buildings change and this creates a lot of visual variety. that looks so great! :cityscape:
Wow, this was really cool! The art is incredible. And the hamster movement is mesmerizing. Super addictive. Having to destroy a tile after upgrading felt painful... I kept wishing I could just move tiles around sometimes. But I think that might break some of the fun of this. The hamster info UI was :ok_hand: SO helpful to have the controls and info super handy right there. It really made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Oooh, a proper incremental!
Knowing about the Suburban bug, I decided to avoid it, so my playthrough took around 20 minutes, and felt neat and well.
As it was kinda difficult to figure if bank did anything after initial burst, I sold it after getting the money on final upgrade planning to rebuild it, but it covered the first shop slot instead, locking me out of grabbing it.
Overall, I like the concept, and I think it'd be possible to make it into a full game with enough content for 2-20 hours (probably insanely difficult to balance though).
10/10 would build hamster city again.
I really loved the art and the interpretation of the theme. Well done on the super cool entry!
Very clever game and design with a lot of polish! Can really see this being a mobile release :D
Very nicely designed and cleverly thought out game! I think it's one of the best ones from this jam I've played yet. Can be a bit slow sometimes though and involve a bit much waiting / downtime when you build a new cycle. But maybe that was just due to my subpar strategies. After building my third cycle expansion, I got "too much" food storage immediately. Maybe something to look into, like how to prevent the balancing from exploding too suddenly with all the multipliers and so on.
Also cool to see another hamster-based game with level editing features, just like our own haha
OMG I LOVE THIS!!!! I'm a huge fan of incremental/idle games and this really scratched that itch. It's such a fully fleshed-out game for a single weekend, and with adorable art too, goodness. Well done! I wanna play this over and over again 🙌
In general, rofl is understandable, but the initial stage of the game is very long and tedious. All the same, this game poorly positions itself as a mediative one, because you are too distracted by calculating the geometric progression in your head. And if you want to improve it, it would be worth giving the opportunity to immediately replace one road with another with automatic calculation of money, etc.
Hah, I like it. It's have some sweet charisma. Warm art, and unusual gameplay. Thanks!
