Really cute game! The sound setting seems a little bit weird. When I set the master volume to about 50 I can't here anything in the game

The girl on the cover is cool! I wish I could automatically pick up those items on the ground so I could focus on dodging and attacking, anyway, nice try!
I had the same sound setting issue as mentioned above when setting master volume to 50. Really hard game. Not sure how to not get overrun and have the summons just die. Sometimes they'll just sit there while something off screen shoots them. Not a huge fan of having to use the mana potions so often and manually pick up items. I enjoyed the art and could see what you were going for with the game.
The controls were sometimes hard to manage, mainly running away from enemies, but I liked the graphics and the world
Love the idea of summoning fighters with different abilities to help you survive. I also love dodging games so this was fun. Some feedback: I think simplifying the controls would help a lot. I would for example put the health and mana buttons a bit closer to WASD.
I think i spent most of my time running away from the enemies! I think like said in another comment picking up items automatically could have helped a bit and then also the other buttons (Healing, Mana) being closer to the movement keys would have been good!
But overall pretty cool game submission!

Thanks for all the valuable feedbacks guys! I really appreciate them, they help me a lot in the process of fine-tuning this game.
Some bug fixes and optimizations are currently on the way, I'll will provide the details later on under the Changelog section, so definitely stay tuned for that!
Great cover art, auto pickup will be nice and I find the motion animation a bit distracting
Really speed, I hardly survived the first wave before having time to look around how the game really work. My dwark just ran away (such a coward). Auto pick-up could be nice. And more feedback on actions.
But pretty cool game. indeed.
I really like the concept and the difficulty of the game, art is nice and simple and the world feels big. The walking feels a bit off tho idk if its the walking animation or sliding that makes it feel a bit weird (also considering there are so many projectiles a dodge mechanic could be an interesting addition to the game).
Interesting concept with nice graphics and gameplay. Music is cool but sounds like for gta-like gameplay =)
The game is neat, but it's a little unbalanced. The archer ladies are super strong and they require only a couple of mana to be summoned. Once I had 3 of them, they started killing everything, even the stuff off screen, I forgot how enemies look like. To be honest, that kind of powertrip was fun and despite not fitting well, the music tune in the game was super nice, it really added to the relaxed vibes I was getting. It was a good time, thank you!
Cool game, think i bugged out a little though so ended up with over 3000 health potions which made the game a bit easier
I've found a bug. Loot that I've got stuck in the player model and as the result I got inifinite money/health/mana. Besides that, the game have nice look
Great entry! Had my share of fun with it :) Also had a bug that let me keep infinite healt potions and coins. Other than that it's cool! Well done!
good idea, I liked discovering the map and having the surprise effect !
Interesting game. I felt at times like I was playing zelda
I like this game! You guys are great!
Pretty nice game. It's fun to pick what you're summoning to try and make a nice composition of allies. I did have some troubles getting my summons to follow me around at times, and I did notice some enemies that wouldn't move. I also saw 1 enemy wandering around on the water lmao. But otherwise pretty fun, nice job!

Amazing game, has some really good vibes with the music and the graphics. Impressive you've made such many neat assets in such a short time. Great job!

Thanks for all the feedbacks about those bugs and issues! Especially the infinite items glitch one. I've managed to fix most of them with the latest patch of hotfixes which is live just now, you can refer to the Changelog section to see the detail.
Again, thank y'all so much for trying out our game and having some fun times with it! Cheers!
Feels good to move around and shoot things. Summoning allies who do most of the work is great, but the speed of the game makes it hard to keep up with everything if it gets crazy. I think it could benefit from a more zoomed out camera because of how fast everything moves... Maybe i'm just old lol.
I had a funny interaction where a knight was basically playing monkey in the middle vs 2 enemies. Eventually I just stuck with spawning archers who just destroyed everything very easily, so I guess it may be a good idea to have enemies who are immune/resistant to certain allies, which would force players to make a more balanced army and approach fights strategically, basically like Pikmin does with elemental types. Maybe being able to "refund" the allies and reform your army based on the specific enemy we're fighting.
I kind of wish there were different maps to explore and a more "directed" experience, like moving through areas in a beat-em-up. I'm not sure what the win condition is, just wander around and clear the map of enemies?
Visually the game looks pretty good, but it would benefit from a more consistent visual style. Like how the hero's portrait is a different style from the ally portraits.
Overall it's a great jam entry, super playable, fun to spam allies and wander around the map. Good job yall!
I managed to get 1826 coins, really interesting and fun game! Maybe some balancing issues (found it hard to find mana potions and restore mana), but that is expected from a jam game.
I think your unit battling aspect has a lot of potential since it is similar to autobattlers, which is a genre that do really well on Steam (like Dwarves: Glory, Death and Loot for example, I recommend this recent talk from Chris Zukowski if you are interested in that stuff: https://www.youtube.com/live/cj5QFdP1YY4?si=tXmPuxSBmfQ5iMGW ). So if you decide to take the project further (which I think you should in some way), I would suggest looking into that genre :)
I'm very impressed with this jam entry, really well done guys!
Can I make a joke about Genshin Impact? Just a joke.
@ismael-rodriguez Woahh, thanks for the really long and informative feedback, my guy! I agreed with those suggestions you made there, because right now the units and enemies have really basic stats, lack of some defensive stats like defense, resistant to specific type of damage, etc... But because of the lack of time and the natural of game jam, we have to cut off some mechanics planned early on to make it easy for the debugging and playtesting process.
After this jam, we have planned to develop this game further and maybe make it into a Steam-scaled game, so we've noted all your suggestions! We already have some ideas in mind right now like an upgrade system, a wave system, bosses, buffs and de-buffs, status effect, etc... and we're excited to see how they'll turn out in the future. Again, thank you so much for a very dedicated feedback.
@rendow Thanks for the feedback man, I'm glad that you're enjoying this little game of ours! We've decided to develop this game further and maybe make it into Steam, so seeing your comment fortifies that decision even more! We already have some interesting ideas in mind right now, so let us wait and see how they'll turn out in the future. And thanks for recommending that video of Chris Zukowski! I'll definitely look into that later when I have time.
@pado Err, what is that? lol
The idea is super interesting and innovative! The game is really fun and the art and music set the mood very well! Great game guys!
I had a lot of fun playing this! I'm not sure if I didn't understand the mechanics correctly, but it felt like I had to spam troops and run around the map avoiding enemies collecting more mana and breaking chests/pots for gold. Once I walked to far in one direction, I would face strong troops that would wipe out my army.
Loved the music! The main menu is also really awesome, I wish I had included the Ludum Dare blurb of text on my game's menu as well.
Thanks for sharing!
It was tough to collect enough gold to keep summoning allies. I was wiped out very quickly, repeatedly. Solid entry though, interesting mechanics.
This was a fun game! The idea is interesting for sure, and I had fun checking out what all the different summon classes could do. I wish things like mana were a little more accessible or that your player could fend for themselves just a *bit* more, but still overall very well made game. Good job!
Not sure if I understand how the gameplay loop is supposed to work here - I summon a handful of minions, the minions get torn to shreds, I run out of MP, and I'm left running for cover. It feels like enemies are *dramatically* stronger than my summons, and my maximum MP isn't high enough to summon enough allies to compensate. I'd definitely have preferred some kind of auto-regen for MP as opposed to having to manage a limited supply of Mana Potions.
Lost pretty fast the first time but then I just summonned a lot of units before attacking ennemies and it was much more fun ! I sometimes wish I could have more controls hover my units because in some case the would just go and get destroyed by themselves when I would have preferred they wait a little by my side until I have more units.
I liked the graphics, it's all really nice and well animated although a minor issue was that I regularly lost track of which was my own character.
The audio was nice overall but the music felt like it was somewhat disconnected with the general feeling of the game.
Good job, it was fun to play !
This is really fun. I love how its tuned for the summons to be absolutely vital.
Realy interesting game, it have quite simple but good vizuals.
Very fun game! Love the art style and summoning mechanics!

Thanks for all the kind words, guys! They meant a lot to us!
This game surely needs a lot of things to be done in the future, we already have some fun ideas in mind, and have decided to put all of them in the post-jam version of this. As of now, we're happy with how it turned out, and we're glad that you guys having a fun time playing it!
It’s a surprisingly challenging game with engaging gameplay. I like both the in-game and cover art style. Not a huge deal for a jam game, but walking animation for the characters could be highly beneficial. Good job!
The mechanics are really interesting and the walking animations are simple but effective. Great implementation of summoning!
Pretty good game. Need fix the bug when ally summons in the water tile. And also to highlight the hero more clearly, otherwise he merges with the environment and NPCs.Screenshot_4.png
I find it a shame that the cover illustration does not reflect the graphic atmosphere of the title, because the 2D is very cool. It's not my type of game at all, I don't understand why we move with WASD rather than with the mouse? Afterwards everything works quite well.
I liked the visual side, both the cover and in-game sprites.
I couldn't play the game for long enough, though, the camera movement caused motion sickness. I wish it was locked to the player.
