Great Entry. Nice twist on the bridge building theme.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD49 → Picasso Bridge Disaster

Great Entry. Nice twist on the bridge building theme.
+ great execution + tight controls and clear instructions + great level design - while i get the theme reference it doesnt exactly scream unstable
This game was super fun loved the janky physics
Really really fun, I loved how there wasn't just one type of puzzle.
Nice game! very balance, not too hard, not too easy I like the physic :) I really enjoy it
I really enjoyed it, despite or maybe because of the wonky physics, but the design was clever as well
Very very very nice this one :thumbsup_tone1: Simple concept and a little spin on the whole bridge thing.
:purple_heart: :dart: :frog:
Great work.
Great concept and I especially liked that the physics sometimes caused unexpected results that still led to success!
Nice one! The glitchy physics felt like a feature (except on the first level with cars of different colors, that one was painful!)
Excellent the programmer art!
Thumbs up!

The idea behind this game is really cool! If you can solve the issue with the janky physics, this could be developed into a quite fun full puzzle game! The level design is very smart, and the gameplay is very well thought-out. Maybe the button and car levels can be combined?
Good job!
Awesome game, feels just like a classic flash game
This was fun. Made me think a few times to solve the levels. Well implemented physics. Good ideas for the levels. Congratulations!
Nice physic bridge puzzles. The idea has a lot of potential as well. Well done!
Such a neat idea. Some of the levels seemed like they had serious issues with the physics and collision detection, which made them less fun, but this was a very cool concept and a great use of the theme. I appreciate the high degree of difficulty in programming this kind of thing, too.
Fun and good levels. Really like how you built levels to learn new concepts. Last level was challenging but fair.
really fun and unique game, but the physics are a tad buggy.
Really cute! Collisions bugged out on the red and blue cars level. Couldn't get the bridge to stay up. But of course the wonkiness of physics is what makes these things super fun :D
I love this game! The puzzles are really polished and varied, and some of the solutions made me feel pretty clever. Feels like you have to make use of everything that's possible in the game by the end of it, and I love that you just give me a sandbox at the very end to mess around. Great work!
I really did enjoy myself. Did like the twist, that you have to use blue and red strokes to combine into a joint! Once, the physics did a huge oopsie, but i found it more funny that way!
Thanks so much for your feedback and kind words! It really means a lot :)
@hartvichio Thanks! I can see why the theme might not fit entirely. That's usually a problem I have with my jam games. Some kind of stress mechanic like in traditional bridge builders might have fixed that, but that seemed too complicated -- both for me to implement in this timeframe and the kinds of puzzles I wanted to make.
@jason-pitchford Thanks! I guess janky physics aren't all bad :D
@connor-magson Thanks, turns out that this method of building stuff is really flexible. I added the different kinds of puzzles to show what this system is capable of (if the physics cooperate ;)
@lmb I'm glad you got through that level! That really is the worst one regarding the glitches.
@totteriludum Thanks! I found out that Godot seems to struggle with complex and concave collision shapes. I published a version that takes this into account, although some jank remains. The system appears powerful enough for lots of different puzzles, so combining cars and buttons is something I find interesting -- maybe you would have to build a bridge that both activates a button and transports a car?
@dob Thanks! I'm lucky that I've found Goost, otherwise I wouldn't have had time to finish the game. I suppose it's also a question of how well you know your tools of choice -- I know Godot well enough by now to move relatively quickly, but using rigid body so heavily was new to me. I learned a lot though!
@kantanloop I'm glad you enjoyed it! I felt like it would have been a shame not to provide a sandbox, I had so much fun while prototyping, I just couldn't keep that to myself :)
Really well put together game. Cool entry
