The mine hitboxes were slightly big, but that being said, I really loved the sound effects and the screen shake.

The hitboxes felt really big, and I only found my self dying when I was attempting to get a diamond and the bombs hitbox got to me. If you were to update this post-jam I would love to see more bombs, and maybe more forced move speed, so the bombs posed a real challenge other then the funky hitboxes.
Great stuff. Great graphics.
Noted, I will decrease the size of the hitboxes, thanks for the feedback!

Getting Deeper and deeper.Great experience~
The mechanics feel pretty good, not sure what else was down there, didnt seem like there was much progression.
gotta agree with mr @rubentipparach there, the deceptive arrow was taunting me throughout.
@catomag @rubentipparach good idea, I should add some kind of monster down there!
Pretty nice game, mechanics looks interesting. Can be iterated to have lot more interesting features.
Really fun game! Thank you)
Everything worked, I think this is a polished game. Maybe you could add some variety in the terrain, like patches of stone as you get deeper, and your drill could be broken by the stone. Would be interesting to see some more! :)
Great game ! A polished game, it feel nice and I love the ScreenShake when you nitro! Maybe add more bombs. Great stuff, well done !
This is a pretty nice game, very relaxing indeed, and I would love to see some improvements, maybe a way to make it more difficult as you get deeper and deeper would be interesting
Nice game! Camera movement feels great. Pretty relaxing :)
I liked how the bombs and diamonds had lights around them so you could spot them even when they were a little offscreen. The visuals are nice, particularly how you did the tunnel behind the drill. I seemed to run into an invisible wall about -263, so I was unable to continue following the blue arrow, wherever that was going. It could be interesting to have the difficulty increase with depth by making the bombs more dense.
Nice art style and a very fitting screen shake effect, although I wished the shake was more toned down. 263m was the lowest I was able to go until I hit an invisible wall. Great entry!
There's a lot you can do to make the game more fun to play. As it is now, there's really no challenge. Some possible solutions: * slow down the turning speed of the drill so it's harder to control * gradually increase the speed of the drill as you get deeper underground * add some rocks that take time to drill through but have diamonds on the other side * add different types of hazards including some that move or chase the player.
Solid sound effects, gameplay, graphics, and concept, but to be honest, i just didnt think it was fun
I found this game very fun but I felt like there wasnt much of a challege. The only danger was the bombs, which could be easily manouvered. I think that instead of having bombs, you should add entities that chase you until you reach a certain distance from them. I know that you cant change this now, but if you would like to continue developing this, I think it would feel more fun. Overall, great game! 4/5
@southpawdevelopment @skleembof @quasarium Everyone, thanks for the feedback, I will add a moving enemy that follows you, as well as bosses!
The game feel way better with keyboard mouse than with the controller, I think that the project has a good potential. The permanent drilling sound annoyed me a bit but nothing dramatic, and I must say that you really did a great work with the pixel arts sprites! When ennemies will be added I think that the game will become really fun to play!
@mrpouletbzh Enemies are added now! follow the red arrow!
greate game
My girlfriend says it`s nice and it looks like snake game, so I abide ;D
Nice game, well done!:) I liked the color difference between light blue and this dark red to differentiate if something is good or bad for the player, for it was intuitive which you want to collect and which not, i think some relaxing background music would have been nice but all in all great Game 👍
Cool concept, just needs some more features and I think it's got some potential. Look and feels great.
Cool game, felt polished and complete. I think the art style was a bit conflicting though. Overall the game was fun
Nice game! played the latest patch build (1.2) and felt very polished. Perfect amount of screenshake 👌
Interesting approach to the topic. I think your game is pretty cool. I like the idea of having to collect crystals and avoid other things. But I think I found your game a little bit easy. Anyway, it was an excellent job. Great graphics, sounds and gameplay. Congratulations.
This game was pretty cool, it played super well and the art style of it was pretty nice looking! If I may say one thing, the game itself wasn't that difficult. it was fairly easy to avoid the landmines since they had the red glowing effect to them so there wasn't much way to die in it. Other than that though this was a really solid game!
Very interesting game! Fits the theme very well, the gameplay loop is simple, but I think needs a bit more challenge. The art is swell, and the sounds add a lot. Great entry!
Very good entry! Simple but solid gameplay, and really liked the use of lighting to anticipate what's happening next. The thing that felt missing though was some type of time pressure. Maybe you run out of energy slowly even when not using boost? Also, background music would have been nice or a bit more of a drill sound.
Nice entry! I played the Jam version. I liked the graphics - they worked very well. The lighting especially was a great way to be able to 'see' ahead, without actually having that much view distance. The trail and camera were nicely done too. Sound was simple but effective. One minor camera glitch when the mouse cursor is directly up, a little jarring. Would also be good to have some kind of end goal I think, rather than 'make this number go up'. I enjoyed though, nice job!
After writing this, I tried out the latest version - There's a massive difference between the day 1 and updated versions, and a great improvement (but in the spirit of the Jam, I'm rating the Day 1 one). Good to see you're still working on it!
Love the special effects here! I also like the infinite map space. I did feel like it was easy to go on forever, but the gameplay was very satisfying. PS- I played the newest version.
I greatly appreciated the author's fair and balanced presentation of the opposing views [minesweeper online](https://minesweeperonline.co/). It improved my understanding of the problem.
