Why this one has no reviews yet??? It is well polished and very beautiful to say the least! Well done :)

It's really fun, you should just give us a little more of a tutorial.
I love the animation before the cat attacks.
Fun game, although cat's movement is a bit heavy in my opinion, it's really hard to catch the mice until you really get used to it
To be honest, it was hard for me to understand that I should destroy the first box to enter the dungeon. Then I caught the idea and managed to catch the rat. I like unusual mechanics, but your game is very very hard to beat!
@glitchman That's totally fair, I ran out of time for the story/tutorial stuff.
@matif100 Yeah, he's a bit of a thick boy, haha.
Thanks for playing everyone; I'll be checking out all of your games as well!
I was trying to capture the feeling of something like Ape Escape where you really only get one clumsy shot to get the enemy before they scurry. I definitely recommend letting the rats come to a rest and quickly sneaking up from behind or in grass for the easiest catches.
I could not find a way to make the game full screen and it's very small on my display resolution. Maybe you could set it to run full screen on itch or provide a downloadable version? This tiny windows size somewhat detracts from the enjoyment of the game.
But anyway, really cool attack animation and controls feel good overall. Hunting mice is hard but rewarding :).
@fabula-rasa I just fixed this, I apologize but thank you for sticking with it! :D
@tomatolamp Just tried it and it's much better! Thank you for fixing :)
This looks so good! It took me way more effort than I would like to admit to catch the first mouse.
cute and challenging... damn that mouse.. gonna catch him.. *grumble grumble*
Nice polish!! Catching the mice was a bit tedious, but oh my god this was entertaining for how short it was!! Having the slide while charging was a really good move for game feel, and honestly this game has a lot of choices like that. Having the doors open by attacking them just made things feel so tied together and solid. The ending had me giggling to myself too :) Great entry
Oh whoops AND ALSO I NEED TO MENTION HOW MUCH I LOVE THE ATTACK SOUND EFFECT
It's fun, but catching the mice is so hard that it feels punishing. If you decide to expand upon it, making the mice slower would be nice. That being said - I really loved steering the cat, and especially the way it slides when i start charging the attack! Very fun
Cute little game wuith a nice concept, but I feel like it is needlessly difficult : the mice are nearly as fast as the cat, making them already difficult to catch, but there is also a little delay between the click and the attack, which make catching them really, really hard (especially the first one, with all the little holes that allows easy escapes). Also, I think sometimes I jumped above some mice without killing them. Otherwise, it feels like a solid 3D game, but those little tweaks would make the game even more enjoyable and fun, in my opinion.
The music is cool, and I really enjoyed the boss music !
I wasn't able to beat the game, the mice and birds were too difficult for me. However from what I played, the audio design was great and the animations for the cat attack gave it a really good feeling. Nice job!
The difficulty feels a little too high for me. and camera movement felt a little clunky at times, because it wasn't really related to our movement. I relly like the funky music though, it plays nicely in the background!
Love the cute cat character, and the rest of the graphics. Game was too hard for me to really have much fun with it though (which, admittedly, might be down to my own poor coordination). Music is great though! I would have loved it if it were more of an exploration type of game, rather than action/fight oriented.
I like the graphics and the idea is solid, a bit of a tutorial would help though to learn how to catch the creatures. It was quite hard and frustrating at first. Also it might work better with more of a top-down view so you can see everything better.
awwww i loved this game! the music, the concept, and kitty haha great job!
Fun idea, got a little frustrated with the slippery movement and the fact that the bats didn't always give you hearts if you caught them, but it's a good game with a fun take on the theme. Great work!
The rats are impossibly hard to catch to the point it doesn't even feel rewarding to catch them, but more like it was just dumb luck.
Personally I think having a smaller trigger range for the rats could really help making it more about positioning good before the jump while still having the bats to avoid.
Besides that the idea is fun and the art gave me a bit of the oldschool psx/ps2 feel.
Looks like an interesting idea but I just couldn't get actually catch any mice. Also didn't help that I couldn't go full screen as the unity web player has issues when full screen on my computer. Could you make a windows build so the game doesn't have to run in a web browser?
It took me a couple of tries until I managed to beat it.
It was kind of frustrating to be sent back to the very start when I was just trying to learn a mechanic and died.
The attack mechanic is difficult to understand, but manageable once understood. Catching rats from up close seemed way easier than trying to jump at them from a distance. I tried to hide behind corners or in grass, but rats just wouldn't come close so I ended up running around and attacking them when they were in close range.
I really like the cute artstyle, music and sound effects. Great job on that! And a great job in general because this was a very unique and mostly fun experience!
Really cute and interesting, a bit difficult but fun to play too! Maybe it will be great to play in top down view and keyboard to attack.
Short but incredibly intense to make up for it! 😱💦 Was down to my last life by the boss but I just made it, such a rush. Music fits the energy well and I like the little diorama levels. Cute characters of course! The slippery movement was surprisingly not an annoyance and it actually felt good that I was able to slide into the door and just barely escape the bird in a way that might not have been possible otherwise 😅 Nothing much to critique to be honest, it's good, just wish it were longer.
