At first i almost felt sad when a tree withered away and i didn't hear what it had to say, but then i realized it would just say "Oh hey heeeeeeeeeee-" so i felt a little better. The art is incredible, absolutely well done! this was quite an experience.

Fun game with interesting design.

ohmaigawd 2017-08-01 17:19

Wow! Poor trees, I was sad when the trees died :(

red-fan-games 2017-08-01 17:22

Really clever use of the theme, when i think "power" I don't really think about nature, but the concept works really well! Graphics where not the best in my opinion, but there was a definite sense of style put into the environment.

brorawr 2017-08-01 17:26

This game was really pretty! Great work!

twainwright 2017-08-01 17:29

This game was really fun. As red-fan-games said I really like it when people go for something other than the obvious interpretation of the theme (in this case power meaning electrical power). Very innovative idea with a very nice aesthetic.

Usually I don't mind walking simulators, but there wasn't much of anything to explore or see in this that the initial screenshot doesn't already tell you straight away.

bocodillo 2017-08-02 01:05

A pleasant and beautiful game. There's not much to do or see overall but what is there is very pretty and creates a lovely atmosphere.

captaindreamcast 2017-08-02 06:38

OOOooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmyeeeeeeeeh.

Like someone said before, I like that you went for something different here, and I think you managed to make something special. Very atmospheric and beautiful. And of course the best thing: Shamanic chanting sound effects. Top!

pavelsovushkin 2017-08-02 11:06

Loved your art style! I Add more scroll texture when sining. And more smoth fade for voise when they end.

lawrence 2017-08-02 13:53

Very original. I enjoyed running around and humming

winterslice 2017-08-02 16:03

This is an interesting one. It could've done with some music, as I didn't hear any beyond the chanting, but it's a nice take on the theme. Loved the look of the trees.

sarrixx 2017-08-02 17:22

I love Mongolian throat singing so you got me right away on that one ;) Would have been sweet to have had some nice music in the background. Graphics were very unique, the stylized look was great.

oparisy 2017-08-02 21:36

OK, I don't usually test Windows exe games, but this looked like Proteus, so I had to give it a go.

Did I Win? Did I loose? Did I got free? Great experience anyway. Loved that glitchy/vectory style, oh and the sound design!

Did not at first think much about the theme interpretation, but then you got a 5 there obviously.

richard-bunn 2017-08-02 21:39

I feel strange, and powerless. Was that your plan...?

ijona 2017-08-03 00:29

@richard-bunn, mehehe, you're right! that was our evil plan :D

ijona 2017-08-03 00:31

@oparisy, thank you of your feedback. interestingly, we realized the similarity with Proteus only when we always finished the game :)

yetman 2017-08-06 21:24

The art is sooo unique, I love it. So basically, I have to hum for tree, hmmmmmm, interesting. I love this kind of short experience-driven games. The concept was fun and the sound design was great, kudos for the humming man. Overall, I am glad I played this game, it is fascinating.

mamoniem 2017-08-07 15:03

Nice game!

I was thinking what a peaceful experience, until the game asked me to press space bar :D then the peace gone with your pretty voice :D :D

One little thing tho mention, Unreal kicked my VR applications to run (steam and oculus) for no reason. I guess you might need to remove them from the game, which might save some of the final game size.

I think the experience was interesting, and the art style and audio were both really captivating, a larger experience over an extended time frame with a bit of a boot into the message and it could be a great game! -Rubi

devastus 2017-08-07 22:21

Nice take on the theme. Shamans are cool as hell.

I kinda lost some of the immersion though with having to run next to a marked area to be able to hum, I'd like if I could hum all I want, and nearest trees register it if you're close enough.

In any case, it's a good entry, well done!

mr-mcgibblets 2017-08-07 22:56

It was very interesting, my suggestion is that you add some ambient music.

legalsoul 2017-08-08 12:59

It was really unexpected and scary in a funny way :D Great experiments with ambiance and colors!

huvaakoodia 2017-08-09 15:02

It is pretty 3D diorama with a few buttons to press, just in case you want to stay there for a bit longer.

I play interactive media for the interactivity. Seeing the actions I take change the world in interesting ways. Here there is nothing of interest to see beyond the trees and the inevitable night.

How about some insects living in the trees. If you help the green tree then the green insect population grows and starts fighting with the other insect species. Now that would have been interesting to watch, playing lord of the flies for a bit. Then the night comes and they all die anyways. Even a metaphor for life that, albeit simple.

Eh, too little to get me interested is all I'm saying.

knarf 2017-08-13 16:03

Nice atmosphere here, that was short 3d psychedelic expermiment :) I liked the abstract design and funny shamanic songs. I may have missed some point with the gameplay, but felt quite fascinated when I decided to "let go" and watch the day fall... The end of the experience itself also left me feeling smiling yet feeling alone powerless and confused. Weird game ! Very nice mood ! Ho and the use of the theme is quite cool and original :)

shess 2017-08-20 17:36
