One of the things I like a lot from games is good story telling, and you made it really great. Music and graphics are awesome too! The only feedback that I can give you is that when you lose, you start from the begining, and could be a bit frustrating, but apart of that, great game!
I loved the atmosphere and the graphics! The ending was really nice, as well. It's refreshing to see a game with a story amongst a bunch of arcade games!
I Live-Streamed this game this past evening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfvbUFJnui4
I had huge framerate issues that ended up killing me, and the game really needs to have quicker iteration cycles between death. Otherwise I think it was very interesting and I wish you well as you work on it!
Lost patience after dying on the 3rd stage three times :/
Since you're emphasizing art, I will also critique the art. One of the biggest things I noticed was Arial type being used in the game. The planet artwork was actually very great - good use of colors, though lack of foreshortening broke the illusion of volume. Resolutions are also inconsistent as one sprite may have fat pixels while others may be rendered at 1:1, which will break the consistency of the art style. Overall, I would rate it at 4/5. Individual sprites are well done, but the graphics in its entirety is not completely pulled together
Very good game and nice intro. The biggest problem I have is the lack of checkpoints. I, like Pex3m, quit after dying in 3rd stage three times. This would be no problem, if you didn't have to play it all over again. Other than that I think it was pretty amazing, the randomness of the map really made it fun. Good job.
It got annoying having died so many times and having to start over! Besides that I like the intro and the setting. :) Good entry.
Very nice intro and good cutscenes. Something I really miss is checkpoints, it's really a pain in the ass to restart all over everytime you die. Anywas a really cool game
Story telling is awesome. To start again after death is bit irritating otherwise a good game
I think this game fucked me up a little. Is there a greater good? Are we all equal? Pretty deep for a LD game, but I enjoyed it nontheless.
Thanks for making this. I really liked the storytelling and the sound although the gameplay suffered a little and got short. I could imagine you adding some more levels! And it could also be great as an Android game.
Great artwork! A cyclone-hairpin is a nice little touch. But it would be greate to move the story by a key press instead of a mouse click.
I am not a great fan of story-based games but I really enjoyed this one, the story was original and pretty funny! The art is simple and I like it alot.
Concerning the gameplay, I wish there was more. In my opinion it was not challenging enough, I completed the game on my first try. I spent much more time reading the text than playing the game itself, to me it felt more like a interactive book. Maybe that’s the point, It’s relaxing for some and the opposite for others.
Overall I felt relaxed while playing this game, some music when reading the dialog would make the experience much more comfortable. Have an awesome day, and hope to see you in the next jam!

The story telling was great; it's too bad there isn't a narrative voting section! The gameplay could have been more challenging. Perhaps the obstacles could have gently pulled you in with gravity to make the levels a little more active.
It's nice to see some storytelling in a jam. + 1 I love the story and the emotion you put in the game and the way you tell the story. +10
The game concept it's funny (arcade games are funny) but it's frustating to not have a way to get checkpoints or something similar, because start at the beggining every time you die is... not funny.
Sound fits very well with the story and the "emotion", good work.
Althoght art helps the story it's very improvable.
In overall, it's a nice game for a jam!
Excellent game for such a short timeframe! Especially the graphics were great, and I also greatly enjoyed the setting and story. Although the difficulty seems quite unforgiving and it took me a while to understand that spacebar can be used to teleport sideways, the game works pretty nicely. While the gameplay and level design aren't stellar, there were a lot of little nice touches. The physics also conveyed the feeling of Terra nicely. I still don't understand what the small bar collectables were, but hey, it was a blast to collect them anyway. :)
Overall, great job!
I really enjoyed the story of your game but I have to agree with everyone else: checkpoints would have been nice. Like most of the other commenters I gave up during level 3 which is a real pitty since I enjoyed the story and would love to know how it ends. I also noticed that during the first cut scene you use a different font than in the intro and the second cut scene.
Refreshing game, and cute story. I melted a bit when Terra got her friend. :) One bad thing was resetting gameplay on the begin, when I die.
I Loved the story. It was very well put together and really got me into it. The background music had a very nice atmosphere and the textures were very nice and fit very well together. What I found to be a bit annoying was that there weren't any checkpoints. But other than that very well done!
I didn’t manage to get through the third part of gameplay, even with multiple tries. Checkpoints would have helped as suggested by earlier commenter. Would have loved to see how the story ended. Usually I’m not big fan of lo-res pixel graphics in modern games put in your art style it worked. Substituting arial with more “blocky” typeface would made it even more coherent. Sounds and music fitted the game well. Overall great entry!
Lovely game, the storytelling is on point, one of the deepest story game that I played on this Ludum dare, amazing art and well fitting music. The spinning gas balls were really confusing for eyes but I managed to finish the game in a second try. Great entry
Artwork is great and the story was great! It was a challenge at first to find out that the planet has left right acceleration that is slower, but it was a great challenge. The atmosphere and music blended well, getting destroyed was a pain but a challenge never the less.
Hi, that was amazing, but imho it requires some audio dub =) GL!
