I don't really understand what to do, but the art is great! Good job. :)

quiv 2016-12-14 03:26

Those fellows were rather noisy. Very innovative game! The power of the shush should not be underestimated!

I really liked how you got the mirror in play, and though it took a moment to understand it, was a very cool mechanic. Nice work!

mrevilguy 2016-12-14 03:54

It came out of its jar! The mirror trick was hard to figure out.
This is a cool game and the shushing is very unique. Would like to see you sneaking up on sleeping people in their beds and shushing them when they wake up in horror. You could take this idea in so many directions! great job for what it is!!!

jaycee23 2016-12-14 04:01

You spooked me good. I like how (Spoiler?) the mirror is a decent alternative to audio queues for finding them. Neither one is clearly superior, and it makes me happy.

buddydoq 2016-12-14 04:01

Man, this entry was really solid... once you figured out the mechanic! That ending... stunning!

obsessivenerd 2016-12-14 04:01

Pretty cool! I was a little confused what to do at first, honestly. I love that art though. Good job!

jimmothysanchez 2016-12-14 04:02

This is a great game. It took a really long time to figure out though. I can't decide if that's a good or a bad thing though.

zemmi 2016-12-14 04:08

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I'm going to be adding a little more indication to hint at using the mirror. Pretty sure I can make it subtle enough to keep that sense of mystery/discovery.

andyman404 2016-12-14 05:07

Great game! I love how it ends after you've caged all of them. The mirror was very useful.

kptemre 2016-12-14 06:13

Damn super game bro! I love it!

budaniel 2016-12-14 07:38

I really liked this, and the art style was great (I especially loved the way the 'shhhh' was done) but if not for checking these comments, I would have assumed there was no goal other then shhh-ing around a vacant room. Thankfully, I did look here - I would have missed out on a great experience if I hadn't!

mighty-buxx 2016-12-14 07:40

Art, gameplay - great! , Grim Shhh-ier )

ayxs 2016-12-14 08:38

Realy nice and inovative game! It feels a little slow becouse the persons did not come out, and it lacked some kind of "lose". Notheless good job!

nixxor 2016-12-14 21:29

Quite a lot of work went into this! Really funny and I love the shhh-ing! Great mirror mechanic! Next time I see a baddy in a film I will go "shhh!" at it! :D

designernap 2016-12-14 21:30

Something very American McGee or "Alice" about this. Really enjoyed it! Took a while for me to understand how the mirror and other characters worked, but once I did it was great. Nice!

kamranwali 2016-12-14 21:38

It was fun to play. I like the mirror feature of the game that was really fun to figure out. Overall nice game. Keep it up!

cxsquared 2016-12-15 03:37

Really great work. The audio ques worked out quite well and adding the mirror mechanic really added something extra to the game. Nice work.

calzep 2016-12-15 23:57

I had no idea what I was doing through the first half of my playthrough, but I was making progress so I kept going. I realized invisible monsters appeared and I had to shush them all to sleep to get another one in the cage. I went around shushing everywhere to find them until I realized they were visible in the mirror. Good game, liked the ending. Couldn't say I had a whole lot of fun but the experience was weird and different. Had a very eerie vibe to me. The ending freaked me out too. Good game, but needs more game.

polygonteam 2016-12-16 07:28

Funny cool game! Great job!!!

bunn1e5 2016-12-16 07:59

Wow I have to say I loved that char model. And that mechanic was really interesting!

quetzakol 2016-12-17 09:30

Very interesting idea, with a wonderful atmosphere ! Although I had to watch the comment to understand it, and it is a little bit repetitive at the end, but that was cool !

eshuy 2016-12-18 05:47

The miroir is amazing and is used to be a part of the puzzle and gameplay. Observing the room throught the mirroir and find the creatures that we can't see in reality to catch. It's interesting~and the art is cute~
Maybe the guide, and the clue should be more clear to find this gameplay.

(You can also try my bizzare game of escape the room !:D)

Interesting idea. It takes me sometime to figure out what to do. But it was great, very well done :)

dynamic-panic-studios 2016-12-20 22:21

Great use of audio cues. I don't think that I've seen anything like this before which is, in itself, awesome. All around awesome game.

linear 2016-12-24 21:16

Was a bit tricky to figure out what to do, but after that, it was really quite enjoyable. The graphics are quite pleasing and work very well for the bizarre world I was shushing.

ijzm 2016-12-25 07:01

I didn't understand the game until it was almost over. The mirror thing was interesting.
I LOVED the 3d modeling, great job in that!
SPOILER: Didnt like how the game ended

ezolotko 2016-12-25 10:33

Great entry, cool idea to use 3D sound to locate hidden objects, an interesting way to add fourth dimension to a space.

themonsterfromthedeep 2017-01-01 00:55

I don't really understand what I'm supposed to do, but otherwise this is a pretty solidly built entry.

pkenney 2017-01-02 21:15

Whoa! And suddenly I'm back at my desktop.

That was quite a ride; very interesting and really outstanding on making a mood and getting me to be curious about the room. I think I uncovered the rules at just about the right pace, and I really enjoyed the total lack of instruction.

When the lightning flies out of the eye and into the mirror, that's the end, right?

I checked this one out because here in the last few hours of judging I was thinking back on what games I recalled from previous LDs... I remembered enjoying your Sludge City game, and while this one here is very different I'm glad I came to check it out.

Nice work.
