Haha, awesome! I made a Vaccum Robot game, as well. :D

Very nice, love the scan-sweep level generation!

peachtreeoath 2016-12-12 10:25

The vision mechanic is a very unique aspect of this game, and makes the game. Good work!

zarkonnen 2016-12-12 10:36

The scan sweep is a really cool and effective graphical approach. It would be useful to know what the radius is in which I suck up dust.

jamesy012 2016-12-12 10:42

The green Radar line thing was really cool, definitely going to check out the source

pietdagamer 2016-12-12 12:13

The scanning was really cool!

thygrrr 2016-12-12 12:26

Awesome robot vision simulation. Thanks for the "Cat Proximity" warning - adds a lot to the understanding and situational awareness, without taking away from the premise too much.

Really solid and smooth gameplay. Makes me feel a bit like a marine scanning for Predators with a ray.

ccglp 2016-12-12 12:28

It's a great roomba simulator. Because all the lack of art can be explained as a robot will see the world like that.

Interesting and original idea :D

otiose-ent 2016-12-12 17:49

the scanning vision is perfect! And the stalking cat is a funny addition. I mean, the job of a vacuum bot isnt that exciting, but the game is very cool, i like it

erikiene 2016-12-12 17:49

Great! Actually got a heartbeat jump when the cat caught me.. Awesome work!

jimmothysanchez 2016-12-12 17:52

This is a really clever idea. The cat seems almost impossible to avoid though.

peredm 2016-12-12 20:57

I hit the cat when I was 3 dust away from wining!
The mechanic is very innovative. I could see a bigger project using this radar mechanic.

yami-no-tenshi 2016-12-12 22:23

Nice idea, original at least !!!

And this scanner effect is really well rendered ! I just don't exactly understand why the "walls" seems to change place when you are turning.

And I thought the cat would appear as a red symbol somewhere. Damn cat, he should be affraid instead of trying to catch me ! è_é

But thank you for this experience "Leave my life of VacuumBot". :D

fdr 2016-12-13 03:34

Great idea!

dagorlad 2016-12-13 10:25

Really cool scan effect! Great game

fiote 2016-12-13 13:48

About your comment on my game: Thanks for the input! I'll change the chest drop-table to include more food ;) Also sorry about the stucked firebolt =z. About your game here: REALLY interesting concept AND execution! And damn that cat lmao

kebb 2016-12-13 15:38

Really like the scanning effect, looks great!

mvieira 2016-12-13 21:31

Great Ideia! I played 6 times and still couldnt clean everything....just like my house!!!

dejvo 2016-12-14 10:25

I didn't seem to see the cat and, i didn't understand the weird sensor thing. but the graphics are nice and the game is weirdly compelling.

dvorgaz 2016-12-14 10:46

A few people seem to find the radar display confusing. Basically some of the lines that people think are walls are actually "shadows".
Think of the radar as a light at the players position, if you illuminate a small object, it will cast a triangular shadow, and the whole thing will show up as a spike pointing at the player.
The cat is the signal that changes between sweeps as it is moving around.

tater_hater 2016-12-14 13:21

this was verrrry cool. loved the radar stuff

vadim-ivshin 2016-12-14 20:10

I never thought that someone can make a game about cleaning robot with such suspense atmosphere. BTW I also made the game about vacuum cleaner and a cat. You can call it "Sweet revenge".

markusfisch 2016-12-14 21:12

Totally love that realistic radar! Really cool idea and well executed. Also, the cat gives the game just the right touch. Enjoyed it!

erik 2016-12-19 04:29

Love the sweep effect! Really nice job on the visuals. It's a super interesting way to present a level. Not having an indication of where to find that last bit of dust was frustrating, but I got it eventually. I wonder what else you could build with this approach.

xwilarg 2016-12-21 23:52

I had 264 / 265 dust and I lost ><.
The scan idea is great, but finding he dust is a bit hard/random since there is no clue where it is.
