Interesting gameplay! I need to try this one with a friend xD
Lovely music, nice concept. Like devwil I couldn't get past stage 2 either, but I still enjoyed my time with it :)
Really fun, but couldn't clear lvl2. Good stuff :)
The premise is really cute, I played it to the end. I wasn't sure if there was much of a strategy or if it was just trying to find the optimal house location, but anyway it would have been cool to play it with another person!
Sorry guys, I made some last minute adjustments to level difficulty and obviously I went too far with level 2. It's sort of dumb how much randomness plays a part in this. For a post compo version I think I could do much better level design. So glad you all are still enjoying it though! :)
Very neat game. I thought there was a nice translation of the conceptual stuff into gameplay, and was just long enough to explore these as much as possible. Also, I love your interpretation of "Tiny World."
I wish I understood what was going on a bit better with the bond strength rules, I keep getting stuck thrashing between picking up connections in one area and losing them in another. I do like the metaphor you have wrapped around the game. I couldn't figure out level 4. I had about 80% but with the smaller square, I was unable to max out the bar. I liked the strange music and dual-hand controls.
Quite difficult, but still enjoyable. It might have been more balanced if moving the house didn't damage existing connections so much (or damaged them less if you moved it slowly or not so far). Still a great game :)
An unusual concept, for sure, but a creative and interesting one. I couldn't pass lv. 2 because every time I moved the house I would lose more bonds then I would make... but still, a very good game.
Cool - reminded me of "The Marriage" by Ron Carmel, that style of game. Curious to try something like that, to explore a subject metaporically through gameplay.
...neat idea! I haven't seen anything else like it.
Very innovative game, but 2nd stage too hard? More would be cool..
Nice concept, nice to see a non-hollow attempt at depth for this theme. :P (psychologically broken people, anyone?)
Don't know how it works, but we managed to end the game.
Huh, I think I like the concept behind the game and the basic mechanics! Perhaps a bit more of an explanation would be helpful, though. Thanks for sharing your game!
A really different game! I really enjoyed it even though i couldn't quite understand the mechanics.
I reached level 4, but the game just gets too hard. Ihad no idea whether some connections would stay or not when I moved the house.
On the other hand, really innovative gameplay! Graphic style works and combines really well with the music, too.
Really strange and lovely game.
One of my favourites - the mood of this is lovely, and there's something very compelling about the interactions. Didn't play it two play -- found it quite workable as one player using both sets of controls.
Neato. I felt pretty pleased when I figured out a strategy that worked for level 2, but I couldn't get anything to work for level 4.
