Apr 21 02:17:07 Dance Commander ♥ 5 Wow that was really cool. The graphics look very professional. I love the neon look to it. I did feel like the beat recognition was flawed. No matter what I did it seemed the only thing that worked was just a steady clicking of the space bar. The beat didn't seem to match that. Still thought it was cool though. Great job!
Apr 21 02:31:46 14m 39s Message ♥ 4 Great job on your first jam Noam! My favorite thing about this game is the graphics. They're beautiful and fit very well with the mood you guys were going for. The movement mechanics felt very smooth for the most part. Only thing I noticed was that you could kind of hold onto the side of blocks and keep jumping up. Not sure if that was an intended feature or not. I'd love to see the game with more features and levels. But for the time permitted, you all did a pretty good job imo!
Apr 21 02:53:13 21m 27s Kevin the Can ♥ 3 Haha wow absolutely loved this. Your game seemed very well done, I didn't notice anything that stuck out as incomplete. A+ voice acting lol. I found level 15 to be too difficult, but i'm sure it could be done. Loved how I could actually like throw the water around the place when i'm jumping and it would still water plants. Great job!
Apr 21 03:04:54 11m 41s We're Lost, Boy ♥ 1 Cool game guys. Graphics were really good. Reminded me of old Pokemon games. You should include controls/instructions in your submission so it'll be easier for people to figure out how to play. I couldn't figure out how to get past certain obstacles, so I kind of got stuck at one point. Also I had to install GameMaker or whatever to run your game. That might just be what game maker requires but I doubt it. Great job though!
Apr 21 03:10:46 5m 52s Find my friends ♥ 2 The mood of the game really fits well. The game seemed to glitch up sometimes when i selected a spot to move. I think my followers got stuck on the campfire or something and couldn't make it to where I clicked so it wouldn't let me pick a new spot or something. Great job though!
Apr 21 03:18:45 7m 59s Flower Tower ♥ 0 Wow, amazing graphics guys! Very relaxing to play. If you continue development i'd recommend adding a highlighting tool functionality. That way I know if i'm using the tool correctly. For example I could pick the leaf cutter. And when i hover over a leaf they turn get highlighted so I know i'm gonna cut that leaf. I also think I must've reached the max height? I just kept cutting off the extra lengths so that each side had a 1 long piece sticking out. It stopped growing pretty quickly. Not sure if that was intended or not. Great job!
Apr 21 03:25:42 6m 57s Icebreaker ♥ 1 Pretty cool graphics and mechanics. I couldn't play for more than like 10 seconds because I would just hit a rock and immediately sink. I couldn't seem to click on the rock either to break it or anything.
Apr 21 03:37:25 11m 43s TRAIN GAEM ♥ 4 I absolutely loved the graphics on this game. The whole game gave me nostalgic vibes from paper mario for some reason lol.
Apr 21 03:53:09 15m 44s Isle of Light ♥ 4 Very peaceful and relaxing little time on an island. Graphics look great. The Hawaiian sound track seems a little louder than the other track. I recommend adjusting the volume so they're around the same.
Apr 21 04:24:53 31m 44s FirePlace ♥ 0 I tried building your project to webGL and it ran but had some weird issues with the wood going in varying directions. Not really sure why that would be the case. You only have a few scripts that I can see and they don't really change the direction of the wood at all. It looks like you're using a lot of pre-made assets. Maybe there's a setting on something in there that makes it rotate like 90 degrees from what you're expecting? Not sure. I would try compiling for windows and see if that works. You won't get many people to download your whole project and load up the older unity version to play it. As far as the game itself goes: it looks like it functions as you intended and seems smooth. The text on the end screen is a little too large to see. I'd recommend updating your unity version too. There could be some problems with that version and that's why you can't build properly.
Apr 21 04:52:59 28m 06s King is not moving! ♥ 4 Very well done and professional looking. Reminds me of some classic flash defense games. My only complaint is I wish I could zoom out a little bit so I could manage all the people faster. They finish their jobs too quickly for me to even bother using a bunch of them for tasks. I pretty much just had all of them push the king and like one or two guys doing the fetching.
Apr 21 05:10:03 17m 04s just a boring topdown shooter ♥ 1 The sound of the bullets are so mesmerizing. It's no wonder I didn't close out.
Apr 21 05:25:57 15m 54s Space Jam ♥ 2 Really reminds me of the classic asteroid shooter. Pretty enjoyable. I like the energy mechanic, it prevents me from spamming randomly. Great job on your first jam!
Apr 21 05:37:34 11m 37s Why, Jeff ♥ 3 God this is some nightmare fuel and I love it. Game would glitch if I just clicked the box at the beginning and didn't drag it. Took me a minute to figure out what to do. Good job!
Apr 21 05:42:51 5m 17s Honeycomb Empire ♥ 0 Wow this looks so fun. I'll be checking back when you guys have it up!
Apr 21 06:00:05 17m 14s Outlet Hero ♥ 1 This was a very well done game. Very few bugs that I could see. All I found were that the camera could go inside houses and the health/ammo bar would go inside rocks. My only complaints are that it's too easy. the enemies simply aren't difficult to fight. Would be cool to see more difficulty scaled as you went on. Great job!
Apr 21 18:54:14 12h 54m Keep the ISS alive ♥ 0 Great job on your first jam kabutor. Would be cool if we could generate more money somehow and make a huge space station. Cool ideas though and I hope to see you at the next jam too.
Apr 22 01:37:42 6h 43m Castle Defence ♥ 0 Link doesn't work :(
Apr 22 01:54:12 16m 30s You are on the wrong path! ♥ 2 Pretty cool game. Took me a while to figure out what was actually happening lol. But I enjoyed rolling around wherever. I would make the instructions screen not on a timer and instead shift away when you click a button. There's too much to read in like 3 seconds. Great job!
Apr 22 02:08:51 14m 39s Collect The Cores ♥ 1 Great job on your first jam! That boy got some hops. I found it too difficult to get some of the pieces, but I wouldn't consider it a flaw.
Apr 22 02:26:12 17m 21s Battle for Kyrrdon ♥ 1 Despite the bugs, I still had a lot of fun playing this lol. Just made a massive army and blew everyone up. It was kind of weird that I could control the enemy though lol. Definitely would've loved to see some AI attacks or something. Good job!
Apr 23 20:08:20 41h 42m May2020-Attack Of The Karens ♥ 2 "i'll put my grandma in a woodchipper before I let the government take my rights" XD good lord. Great job on this game guys it's pretty funny. The mini-map is a really nice touch. The music fit really well with it. Now all you need is a mystery box with guns and you've got black ops 2 zombie mode lol.
Apr 23 20:19:14 10m 54s Madscape ♥ 1 Cool little strategy game. Sorry you didn't get to do the compo :(. A suggestion is to change it so that spacebar doesn't activate the most recently used button (unity does it by default for some reason). Good job!
Apr 23 20:29:03 9m 49s Keep the Keep ♥ 2 Definitely enjoyed this little puzzle/tower game. Definitely had to come up with some unique solutions to make it work with the limited pieces we had access to. Great job!
Apr 23 20:40:59 11m 56s Farmgevity ♥ 1 This worked really well. It was face paced and I enjoyed it. Sound would've been the cherry on top, but I know that'd be hard especially with the compo time frame.
Apr 23 20:48:27 7m 28s Porco Grosso ♥ 1 Absolutely love the intro with the pig walking towards you. Very funny game guys. Only wish Porkums over there would've been made into some nice bacon at the end ;).
Apr 23 21:00:01 11m 34s Cheat Or Die ♥ 3 Mom pick me up i'm scared.
Apr 23 21:22:05 22m 04s Campfire in the dark ♥ 0 I really like the lighting effects. It's enjoyable when i upgrade my sword and start slashing them down faster lol. Good job!
Apr 25 05:43:23 32h 21m tyle ♥ 1 Highly polished looking. Very simple gameplay, but enjoyable nonetheless. The leaderboards showing other users who played was a really nice touch and shows your skills well! Correct me if i'm wrong but your source link isn't actually the source code. It's just the windows unity build? Ludum dare rules do say for Compo you MUST include source code
Apr 25 07:37:40 1h 54m CRAZ ♥ 1 @rextgun that game was HOT. The way the walls disappear and stuff was very innovative. Clever little game!
Apr 25 22:14:11 14h 36m Village Vanquish ♥ 1 The design of this game is very well done. Everything from the particle effects to the parallax looks great! I found it kind of hard to control the bear, but maybe I was missing something. Great job!
Apr 25 22:20:36 6m 25s PixelPups ♥ 1 I guess i shouldn't own a dog anytime soon :(. Cute game, love the main menu!
Apr 25 22:28:12 7m 36s Escape of Saunangeon ♥ 1 Kinda spooky even without sound. Looked pretty good. Sound would've made the mood perfect. I wish I could run a little faster. Great job!
Apr 25 22:56:52 28m 40s The Monster Whisperer ♥ 0 Fun little tower defense. Would be nice to see a currency added.
Apr 25 23:11:01 14m 09s Ball Monster ♥ 2 You all did a great job on this game. I do agree with a lot of the points previously stated. I could not get past a certain part because it was too hard. I tried like 50 times lol and I gave up. Very addicting, great job!
May 12 18:06:31 402h 55m Apple Sauce RoboSmash ♥ 0 God that baby was creepy. Would be cool if we got some sort of end sequence, but I imagine you ran out of time for that.
