| Apr 21 02:45:59 | Matchstick Elegy | ♥ 1 | Great game, as usual! Was I the only one who, on a level with oil, immediately pushed something into it every time? Was harder than usual to burn myself up on level 20. Speaking of level 20, that's as far as I got, I might have to come back and see if I can complete it later, though! I like the visuals and sound was good, a little atmospheric sound or music would have been nice. Love the feel of it, and the writing is amusing. | |
| Apr 21 03:16:48 | 30m 49s | Solar Colonizer | ♥ 1 | Impressive simulation! I had fun watching my ships fly around, however the game itself left me with few interesting choices to make, mostly just sitting around and waiting, and not being able to do much in response to things happening. I won on each of the harder difficulties, but didn't notice much of a difference. I like the feeling of the ships and planets, but the background stars annoyed me a bit, could have used some improvement there. Nice job! |
| Apr 21 03:27:12 | 10m 24s | Cardkin | ♥ 1 | Interesting game! I really liked the variety of cards and the humor =). My first game my cardkin became a comedian, the second I made tons of money, and the third I fed it nothing but catfish, but apparently that was a bad end. |
| Apr 21 03:36:08 | 8m 56s | Servant Snake | ♥ 2 | That's great! Really nice adaptation of Snake - suddenly having a goal to get back to, and a reason to collect the dots made this super engaging. Would have loved to have a score at the end! Lasted just the right length of time, I think. |
| Apr 21 03:46:08 | 10m 00s | Reforest | ♥ 2 | Good thing this pandemic just caused me to buy Table Top Simulator! Quick question: Is this game valid for more than 1 player? I'm guessing it'll just be slightly easier, but otherwise seems fine... Might be good to put a "for 1-4 players" somewhere =). Ah, I see in the workshop entry it seems to indicate 1-4, but couldn't find it in the rules or the description anywhere. |
| Apr 21 04:13:10 | 27m 02s | The Living Blob | ♥ 1 | Framerate got awfully low when my board got pretty full. On the final level, when the board got filled up, got down to about 10 fps, which made it *really* hard, but I just barely won! Nice game, really enjoyed it. |
| Apr 21 04:36:24 | 23m 14s | Flight of the Cepheus | ♥ 2 | Very nice! I made it a distance of 193. Got really hard after "entering dangerous area", scavenging found nothing, was losing 9 morale per turn :(. Really enjoyed it, and had a nice feel. It would have been nice to have some more clear indicator of what was at max, and what was low - I didn't discover I could right click on the resources until my second game, but highlighting things red if they were low and maybe slightly grayed out or green if they were at max would have been useful and made the status a lot easier to read. Alternatively, adding some bars filling up behind the text would help. |
| Apr 23 04:30:40 | 47h 54m | Fairy Fountain Factory Forest | ♥ 0 | My high score was 35905. For some reason my armor production pipeline stopped doing anything after the end of the first wave. Was fun though! |
| Apr 23 04:56:02 | 25m 22s | Moonhill Farm | ♥ 1 | I made it to the 7th "season" before getting bored, ended up with M$721 ^_^. Was fun at first. First night was weirdly long for having nothing at all happening. Often managed to get two fences stuck on my cursor (when trying to place a new one too close to an old one, I think). Would have been interesting to have anything to save up money to buy (since I started with enough to buy a cow, I just bought one of those, and there was nothing left to care about). |
| Apr 24 02:39:00 | 21h 42m | Ballistica | ♥ 1 | Neat little game. I kept on getting stuck with only 4 of the same (really expensive) gun available, and didn't realize there was a button that, presumably, reset the shop inventory until the very end of my last round. I couldn't figure out what the grey blobs were, just walls? Couldn't tell if they did much. A few times I had guns that would keep firing but refuse to let me re-aim them (clicking did nothing), which was frustrating. Sound was pretty good, didn't get too annoying ^_^. Liked the effect on the typing, was good for setting the mood. |
| Apr 24 03:02:20 | 23m 20s | Reeactor | ♥ 1 | I feel like there might be a speed issue - I press R to retry, and the reactor overheats in 9 seconds. I tried using an external program to limit the framerate to 30fps, and suddenly it takes 30 seconds before anything overheats, so maybe you're just using a frame count where you need to be using a real, wall-time value so the simulation runs the same regardless of what computer it's running on ^_^. Once I got it running reasonably, it was kind of fun, though my pressure started bouncing between 0 one frame and 1200 the next, and eventually stopped flowing through one of the two pump circuits for some reason. I was able to win though, in the end! This reminds me a bit of when things go horribly wrong trying to set up a steam turbine in Oxygen Not Included... ^_^ |
| Apr 24 03:13:01 | 10m 41s | Ultimate Planet Habitat Support Tester 2020!! | ♥ 1 | Feels like the start of something good, but not quite there ^_^. Had some UI issues - every time I re-rolled a species it seemed to re-select the first one in the list again, and it was really awkward to re-select things in that list, so was a pain to find the kind of species I was looking for. Even with what seemed like a good balance of species, I couldn't get anything near stable on a tint planet. On a larger one, I had more luck, but didn't managed to win the game :(. |
| Apr 24 03:23:49 | 10m 48s | LiveLock | ♥ 0 | Great idea! Would be nice if everyone got the same levels generated so we could compare scores ^_^. I enjoyed replaying some levels to get better scores though. Nice job! |
| Apr 24 04:02:32 | 38m 43s | The King's Efforts | ♥ 1 | 5/5 Graphics in my book =). Took me a *long* time to figure out what the "message in the great container" was, but it was satisfying when I did. For the next one, I could not figure out what it wanted for "my name", didn't accept what GetUserName() returns or anything else I tried :(. I ended up winning my second game using Necromancy and Metamagic =). |
| Apr 24 04:07:33 | 5m 01s | Live for Money - A Pixel Art Economic Simulation/Resource Management Game | ♥ 1 | What resolution does this need to be ran at, because this doesn't look like your screenshots? ^_^ Untitled-5.jpg Edit: Seemed to work okay, if I ran in 1920x1080 windowed mode. |
| Apr 24 04:28:21 | 20m 48s | Final Interrogation | ♥ 1 | Pretty neat, I like the visuals and audio, fit nicely together. |
| Apr 24 04:36:47 | 8m 26s | Golden Flower | ♥ 0 | Feels like a nice start! I really like the look of the graphics that were finished. I... think... I managed to sneak past the slimes and make the golden potion? |
| Apr 25 15:58:05 | 35h 21m | Keep our Mother alive | ♥ 0 | Great game! I felt the timing on the grabbers were spot on - a bit forgiving, but when I went early enough that I knew I was too early, I never had enough time to do a second one and catch it, so that felt just right. It would have been really nice to have a bit of "perfect/excellent/good" kind of scoring whenever you grabbed something, kind of like a rhythm game. I could not beat the (seemed like last?) level. I played 7 perfect games in which there was just not enough stuff to keep it alive. I also played a few non-perfect games that were maybe going fine until I ate a bomb ^_^. If the earth is invaded by aliens, they will be defeated by our poor use of PRNGs. |
| Apr 25 16:06:43 | 8m 38s | Disco Lets's Go! | ♥ 1 | Great game! It was just hectic enough that I always needed to be paying attention to something else, but still felt like I had a lot of control, perft! |
| Apr 25 16:18:57 | 12m 14s | The Bloodhaven Academy Dragon Club | ♥ 2 | Nice concept, and great art! I liked the writing. I was unable to defeat the second enemy - it seems one of the enemy dragons had more HP than all of mine combined, a 0-cooldown 10-damage skill compared to my 4-damage 1 cooldowns, and, well, that was over quickly ^_^. I'm guessing I just got unlucky with random numbers there. I would have liked to be able see the dragons' status cards during a match (on mouseover?), to make slightly more informed decisions when I forget what was going on. |
| Apr 25 16:53:21 | 34m 24s | Wayward | ♥ 4 | Wonderful! Loved the map at the end. Sometimes got stuck on things for a bit, but was always able to get unstuck, so not too bad. |
| Apr 25 17:04:57 | 11m 36s | The Dragon's Curse | ♥ 2 | Would have been nice to be able to see my current gold when making decisions - I got attacked by bandits on my first turn, and had an option of "-200g", I didn't know if that was all, or nothing =). Really enjoyed playing, but was awfully challenging. I played two games, and was not able to lift the curse -_-. |
| Apr 25 17:15:34 | 10m 37s | Boids of Prey | ♥ 1 | That flockin' skeleton trapped me! Great game, really enjoyed it. I was confused when it slowed down and zoomed it, I thought I had lost, so just waited for the chicken to die, until one time it happened and the ghost just stood there until I walked over and bopped him on the head. Maybe having the chickens turn dark when they're actually dead would have helped to be more clear what was going on. Great to play a JS game that doesn't have a 100mb Unity runtime to download... ^_^ |
| Apr 25 17:26:34 | 11m 00s | Save Ivee | ♥ 1 | Even with the tutorial, I couldn't figure out what was going on - I seemed to get one color looking right and then worked on another, only to find the first color had gone bad? If it weren't for that, I think I would have enjoyed this, as it was satisfying to actually mix the right colors. |
| Apr 25 17:31:10 | 4m 36s | Protect the Castle | ♥ 0 | I made it to Wave 2 before my clicking finger got too tired -_-. |
