| Apr 21 14:34:00 | Hee-Hee, Boom-Boom! | Hello, at the time of writing, you are only providing a link to a zip containing the source. You should build the game and provide that as well. <br/> <br/>I will look at this entry again at a later point in time, hopefully you will build the game. <br/> <br/>A note for other reviewers: The zip does in fact contain a unity project. | |
| Apr 21 14:40:00 | 6m 00s | Law Simulator | Hello, the Windows executable did not work for me. A dll failed to load using the windows executable. I assume it is a compile-time error, so recompiling should fix it. <br/> <br/>error text: "Unable to load mono library from "C:/Users/liam/Desktop/LawSimWin/LawSim_Data/Mono/mono.dll" (error = 126)." |
| Apr 21 14:52:00 | 12m 00s | King Is Alone | Not a fan of the w s x key combination, I think 1, 2, 3 or q, w, e or a, s, d on the keyboard would work better, it's just not comfortable to hold your fingers over w, s, x. There are some graphical errors (troll rotation), the difficulty is sort of unpredictable - There was a time I got swarmed which was actually really fun, but afterwards it got super easy again. Music is nice. |
| Apr 21 14:57:00 | 5m 00s | Jump Kick Fury | Looks good. I got defeated in just a few levels, but the controls seem good. Would prefer to have a little more warning before the enemy attacks so I could block more reliably - at least in the lower levels. The only silly thing I noticed was when reading the controls: Sure, try using the arrow keys, space and the mouse :D. I love the roll animation. |
| Apr 21 15:12:00 | 15m 00s | Soundefender | Okay so the game's main mechanic is fun. I don't know if it's pedagogical or not, but I have to give you a hard time about presentation and the severe lack of instructions. "Click the sound makers on the left to defend yourself." does not say anything. I thought I first thought I had to click the circle closest to where the incoming square was going to hit. Then I noticed the sound indicator coming from the circle, I thought I had to click on the correct circle when the animation was going on. No, in fact what you have to do in this game is match the higher pitched response to the lower pitched notes that are played. You do this by toggling the circles on the left, which are played in a loop from top to bottom. The dash in the vertical line indicates which circle is going to be played next. That should have been written somewhere... |
| Apr 21 15:18:00 | 6m 00s | Extreme Fighting Not Very Greedy Jews With Doner Kebab For No Reason. The Game. | Can I just go on record as saying I seriously don't like your choice of theme? |
| Apr 21 15:19:00 | 1m 00s | Aora, Spirit of Nature | You have this uploaded to google drive and the permissions do not allow others to download it. |
| Apr 21 15:29:00 | 10m 00s | kyler | Hello, the "web" link takes me to some java source files in dropbox. You should compile this and upload it as a jar. There should be a "build" link in the IDE you use, and the compiled content is usually in a folder called "dist" or "build". |
| Apr 21 15:31:00 | 2m 00s | Try And Destroy This | Failed to load in kongregate - I will take a look at it again to see if it's something on my end or if others experience the same problems. |
| Apr 21 15:43:00 | 12m 00s | Hacked | Pretty neat. I got to about 5000 points and sort of realised it was too easy tho. There should be deeper files and a really cool feature would be to make that selectable - so you could get up to 3 and remain at 3 for, or 4, or 5, or 6 - depending on how comfortable you are with a keyboard. Really simple to do, huge added value. <br/> <br/>The web distribution does not work this way - You'll need to upload that somewhere where the file will actually be run. Look at kongregate or gamejolt or a web hosting provider. I like how you used Unity code to make it seem like it's hacker code :D |
| Apr 21 15:59:00 | 16m 00s | Aqua Marine | Love the presentation and user experience. Great indicators of what you should be focusing on, where to go, etc. There are a few kiiinda cheap ways of killing you - like the time you get your first gun... and second gun... where an enemy rushes you, but those are all probably just effects of the lack of time. So yeah, really good entry. |
| Apr 21 16:08:00 | 9m 00s | Tock About Time | Would rate highly in innovation too |
| Apr 21 16:15:00 | 7m 00s | Gravity Flow | Interesting and new. I didn't get it at first tho. After I did get it, I found it fairly difficult to reliably click on the character while in motion - ie while falling. Also I could not jump while running. Otherwise something I haven't seen in LD before, so it gets points for that :D Audio is also great. |
| Apr 21 16:22:00 | 7m 00s | Please, Be Careful When You Use It | Oh god, some of those designs are just... aagh... "No you game I didn't want you to put the hammer THERE!". I like creative and different things. Does this count? Sure, why not. If you have the self control to not just look through the bottom row, you can have some fun with this. |
| Apr 21 16:33:00 | 11m 00s | SpookMaster 5000 | A dude comes up and takes the treasure and then an exception happens, which stops the game from being playable. You might want to also provide a plugin web version. I know the Chrome NPAPI thing scared everyone, but the WebGL export just isn't ready yet in Unity, and enabling NPAPI is easy enough - at least until Chrome 45. |
| Apr 21 16:39:00 | 6m 00s | The World "Buggest" Game ever | My score was: 1. :D <br/> <br/>I like the shadow-less, cartoony world. And I like the fact you can customize the character. Sure it may be simple customization, but few LD games offer customization. The way you can have hundreds of projectiles on screen is also cool. |
| Apr 21 16:45:00 | 6m 00s | Eggs vs Knights | Eggs eggs eggs eggs eggs. :D |
| Apr 21 16:53:00 | 8m 00s | Dabbag | On the web version, it seems as though I could only aim from left to up to right, could not aim down. Probably some funky degree radian conversion happening there :D I like the graphics and the fact enemies have idle animations when you give them a teddy bear. Some really nice touches. |
| Apr 21 16:58:00 | 5m 00s | Ball-O-Ball | You'll need to host the web files somewhere where they can be run - ie kongregate or gamejolt or some website hosting provider. |
| Apr 21 17:02:00 | 4m 00s | Jeremy Johnston | "Web" link contains a zip with the files, which are run in a browser. You should find a web hosting provider and upload those so people can just run the test.htm page there. <br/> <br/>Otherwise, the game is neat, but unbalanced. I had like 60+ seconds in no time. Also the camera should follow the player more closely. I only ever got killed by off-screen enemies. |
| Apr 21 19:42:00 | 2h 40m | Say Words | So uh uh I ran into a slight problem in that I didn't actually ~want~ to say some of these words. |
| Apr 21 20:09:00 | 27m 00s | Kitty Kommander | The art is fine. I like the laser pointer controlling cats interpretation of the theme. The cats do have a tendency to just stutter in place after a while tho. Also the "web" link is actually a windows build. Additionally, this game did cause my firewall to trigger, which is a cause for concern, however ran fine without me exempting it from the firewall. |
| Apr 21 20:21:00 | 12m 00s | A Month in Z32 | I hate being the first reviewer of this as text adventures are really not my thing. I would hwoever appreciat if you uploaded this somewhere which didn't require a download, as it is an html file. I however have to admit I did cringe a little bit at the theme namedrop at "you've been collecting the sap. A pretty unconventional weapon you must admit.". <br/> <br/>So yeah, unfortunately this is not something I personally have much experience in, so I can't give a fair criticism. |
| Apr 21 20:22:00 | 1m 00s | Color Battle | Unfortunately the link to kongregate does not work properly. |
| Apr 21 20:26:00 | 4m 00s | Pizza Panic | The "Web" link leads to your, uh, company website? The "Windows" and "Source" links both lead to google drive, which require permission to access. |
| Apr 21 20:30:00 | 4m 00s | Run Banana Man | The "Web" link actually leads to a windows installation package... I'm unfortunately not really willing to install LD games as that can permanently gives them admin permissions - not something I would like. Please provide a standalone. Since it's made in game maker, that should be easy. |
| Apr 21 20:35:00 | 5m 00s | PREDICTABLE??? | Are you only providing the source code? Can you not build the game and provide an already built exe file? I mean I'm seeing a lot of c++ files in there, and I'm guessing that's a visual studio project file... at the top of Visual Studio, there's a drop-down box. Select "distributable" or something (defaults to "debug") and build. It should create a "dist" directory. Just zip the files in there and upload those. |
| Apr 21 20:38:00 | 3m 00s | Pollute 'Em Up | I may be blind here, but I can't see a button that would let me easily download the whole thing on the drive page. Can you please zip the contents and let us download the archive? <br/> <br/>Also mark it as "windows". Web means it can be played in a browser. |
| Apr 21 20:43:00 | 5m 00s | ZERO | A very good start to your Ludum Dare career! :D I like the controls, they are predictable and precise. Of course right clicking brings up the context menu instead of reversing thrust, but hey, left click is good enough! :D All in all a perfectly solid game! |
| Apr 21 20:55:00 | 12m 00s | Choice by Age-inator | So at what point did this game change from choosing which fruit to destroy to choosing between which human nationality and race should die? <br/> <br/>Dumb unfunny real world issues aside, the two weapon modes do the exact same thing, just one from the start and the other from the end - the exception being an off-by-one error which causes the one from the end to take one tick longer. What I think the two modes should be is this: Age accelerator adds green bars and the other mode should remove green bars. Therefore you choose the mode that leads to the enemy's death sooner. <br/> <br/>I did like the graphics and ray effect tho. |
| Apr 21 21:05:00 | 10m 00s | Small Town | I found the endscreen in the world outside :D I feel like I accomplished something :D |
| Apr 21 21:07:00 | 2m 00s | Light the Night | I like seeing games like this :D |
| Apr 21 21:12:00 | 5m 00s | Mortal Insult (unfinished) | You have quite a bit more there than some other submissions. I think it's perfectly fine that you submitted. <br/> <br/>As a Monkey Island fan, I approve of the idea of insult fighting :D |
| Apr 21 21:18:00 | 6m 00s | Super Bye Bye Bot | Okay, so I was going to say how I like the floating instruction text and such touches, but this is actually a really clever idea. With unity's new ui system you can anchor things to different sides, which you should do for the "fighting" screen. On my laptop's resolution I just saw "Get cleverbot to s". The text should be anchored to the right side of the screen. Otherwise very innovative. |
| Apr 21 21:23:00 | 5m 00s | (unfinished) Colony Drop | No links or description provided at the time of posting, everything alright? |
| Apr 21 21:24:00 | 1m 00s | Cosplay Chase | Please create an executable as soon as you can. Leaving this comment here to remind me to check back. |
| Apr 21 21:28:00 | 4m 00s | Junk Yard Gladiators | The "web" link no longer works - links to a deleted google drive folder. <br/> <br/>For the game, I really like how different weapons have different attack types, it's however difficult to tell apart enemies from weapons. Consider making weapons low saturation and enemies high saturation, or colour coding them (ie weapons green, enemies red). |
| Apr 21 21:39:00 | 11m 00s | Feng Shui Wars | Okay so, uh, let me just say that I found the intro thingie cute and it prepared me for a sort of graphic novel type thing... but then I saw the button button sheet. No. No. Just no. <br/> <br/>http://ss13.eu/dump/laptop/2015-04-21/key.bmp <br/> <br/>No. I don't mean to be too harsh, but this really needs a better, more standard control scheme. For example: 1-9 and 0 select characters, "a" and "d" to move, ctrl to jump, space to attack. I don't know, something other than the horror that the control scheme here is... I feel terrible for being so harsh, but I tried hard to actually master the control scheme and just... no... |
| Apr 21 21:48:00 | 9m 00s | Smithy | Well... I got up to fame 5 or 6 and then realized I was doing the same thing over and over... It's definitely interesting and a technical achievement, however doing this type of game requires a lot of fine tuning, reward management, time management, etc. On the plus side, I did manage to craft the Bieber CD that defeated Hitler tho. |
| Apr 21 22:03:00 | 15m 00s | The Karma Mongers | Simple yet fun. The game could however use some extra instructions, as I sort of struggled at first about what my objective was - what I was supposed to actually do in the game. The audio is also pretty good. |
| Apr 21 22:15:00 | 12m 00s | Chara wars! | An interesting game. There is a slight problem in that typing characters on the keyboard and using the mouse requires three hands... so the mouse part could probably be moved to the keyboard too. But otherwise it's a perfectly solid game. |
| Apr 21 22:23:00 | 8m 00s | In for a pound | Really nice graphics, really fitting sound, awesome atmosphere, tense gameplay. Lots of positive things I can say! I however did run into a bug where my torch ran out and right clicking did not load new batteries, so I was left with no torch D: None the less, awesome entry! Now go rate some games so you rank higher and others get to see this!! |
| Apr 21 22:26:00 | 3m 00s | Untitled (Make up a name?) | Well there's a new way of controlling the game. Shame the lips tire out so fast tho, at least for me. |
| Apr 21 22:30:00 | 4m 00s | Nose Runner | I'm not sure how to control this. How do I sneeze in game? |
| Apr 21 22:33:00 | 3m 00s | Reflector (incomplete) | Shame you could not work on it more. Real-life happens sometimes... |
| Apr 21 22:38:00 | 5m 00s | Stop the Goblin Army | This reminds me, I haven't gone bowling in a while! :D <br/> <br/>Car controls are really fitting, slamming the car into the pins sideways is really neat! :D |
| Apr 21 22:43:00 | 5m 00s | Raimundo's Rampage | The "web" link does not work, the embed does tho. Really cool platformer, very nice visuals and control. Clear instructions on what you should do in the tutorial. Fitting and nice sound effects. |
| Apr 21 22:48:00 | 5m 00s | --- | Blank entry, someone should probably remove this. I'm leaving this comment to remind me to check back later to see if something appears here or if it gets deleted. |
| Apr 21 23:04:00 | 16m 00s | Cassette | I went through the whole thing. Had a lot of trouble on level 4 or something where you have to land a box on another box and then gently push the whole thing. Took me like 20 attempts to do that. Afterwards, the difficulty dropped quite a bit. A very good entry, I enjoyed it. |
| Apr 21 23:08:00 | 4m 00s | Cheeseburger (in Paradise) | No links on gamejolt. Leaving comment here so I look at it later. |
| Apr 21 23:16:00 | 8m 00s | Fish n' Ships | A few buoys and you'd have had a boat racing game :D Sure it'd have nothing to do with the theme, but it'd have been a game! You were much closer than you think, and made a lot more than you give yourself credit for. |
| Apr 21 23:32:00 | 16m 00s | Hug Cult | "Hug requires friends" D: <br/> <br/>I like it, the sprites, as simple as they are, are adorable. How they rotate to look at you is adorable :D |
| Apr 21 23:36:00 | 4m 00s | Bunny Attack | Would it perhaps be possible to get a Unity plugin build as well? The WebGL export is problematic, and enabling NPAPI is simple enough in Chrome. And it won't be until build 45 when it is actually removed. |
| Apr 21 23:47:00 | 11m 00s | Can You Reach the Sun? | Man, flying kites sure has changed since I was a kid! Really cool game, I like it :D |
| Apr 21 23:53:00 | 6m 00s | Lazy Sunday | I love the sprite for the main character. The other sprites are nice too, but the main guy is amazing. There are a few bugs, and I guess your job is to debug them and keep your beer safe. I had some trouble with this, as they would move a bit unpredictably at times. Still, a solid entry. |
| Apr 21 23:54:00 | 1m 00s | Combine Carnage | Your avatar image is basically the face I was making while playing this :D |
| Apr 22 00:00:00 | 6m 00s | Nasal Defense Force 2033 | I sort of actually gagged for a little bit once I realized what the game was. Gross! I actually didn't finish it for this reason... sorry D: |
| Apr 22 00:10:00 | 10m 00s | Good Morning | I like the art style and music. On the interaction side there unfortunately isn't a whole lot - it took quite a bit longer to download than to play. Still, a nice entry on the graphics and sound side, and it absolutely could be used as a framework to expand on - hidden object games, visual novels, adventure games are just examples of what you could make this into. |
| Apr 22 00:13:00 | 3m 00s | Mind Like A Robot | +1 for timelapse! :D |
| Apr 22 00:19:00 | 6m 00s | Brendan Lehman | Really neat idea and the lighting model is really good! There are some control issues tho, and the jump angle takes some getting used to - the fall at the end of the jump is very steep, would prefer if it was an arc. You said this was one of your first Unity projects tho, which is pretty amazing. Compared to my first Unity project, this is great (see my LD26 to feel good about yourself :D ) |
| Apr 22 00:25:00 | 6m 00s | Panash & Plume | Neat! :D Subject matter I have not seen in LD games before! And voxel art, I love voxel art :D |
| Apr 22 00:45:00 | 20m 00s | Elementary | I tried this twice, the first time everyone died fine, the 2nd time the yellow guys did not die. I like the GTA2-esque top down perspective tho. |
| Apr 22 01:13:00 | 28m 00s | KnifeGunGame | Hello, would it perhaps be possible to get a windows or web version of this game? |
| Apr 22 01:15:00 | 2m 00s | Speechless | I <3 console and text based games :D They are just so refreshing :D |
| Apr 22 01:21:00 | 6m 00s | Streets Of Justice | I find the thousands of windows hilarious :D |
| Apr 22 01:22:00 | 1m 00s | Freeze Fighters | Would it perhaps be possible to get a windows or web build of this? |
| Apr 22 01:22:00 | 0s | A wise chinese man said | It would appear that this is no longer available. Could you re-upload it? |
| Apr 22 01:26:00 | 4m 00s | Butterfly Effect | I AM THE BUTT-ERFLY! YEA! :D |
| Apr 22 01:30:00 | 4m 00s | Paris - Valenciennes 85€ | First thing I managed to do was walk my guy off the screen and could not recover him. Whoopsie :D <br/> <br/>I like trains :D |
| Apr 22 01:33:00 | 3m 00s | Trustworthy Chef | Would appreciate a zip archive that contains all the required files... |
| Apr 22 12:55:00 | 11h 22m | An Unconventional Disaster of a Game | Perfectly fine first entry. Keep at it. |
| Apr 22 14:45:00 | 1h 50m | Bunny Plane Massacre | I am going to agree with "Few sounds are as satisfying as that of a group of bunnies being obliterated." :D |
| Apr 22 18:53:00 | 4h 08m | InvinciCats save Earth | :D |
| Apr 22 18:54:00 | 1m 00s | Blind Spot | I would have liked a unity plugin version as it didn't run that well on the webgl version... |
| Apr 22 19:05:00 | 11m 00s | An Unconventional Title | The idea is solid, but the single most important aspect in platformers is movement precision. For your next platformer, I suggest you focus on that - spend as many hours as it takes to make movement - jumping and moving around - as clean and intuitive as possible. In this particular game, the poor movement unfortunately completely undermines the thing that makes this platformer unique - being able to shape terrain. |
| Apr 22 19:07:00 | 2m 00s | Melon Jam | Melon jam sounds yummy. While I like the static screenshots for being so colourful, I think it looks too busy in game. Might want to desaturate all the background graphics. |
| Apr 22 19:09:00 | 2m 00s | UMBRELLA OF DOOM | Umbrella of doom: The weapon of choice of annoyed grandmothers worldwide :D |
| Apr 22 19:28:00 | 19m 00s | Infinity Bullets | For whatever reason, this entry just redirects to kongregate. I had to reload and stop page loading half way through to write this comment. |
| Apr 22 19:30:00 | 2m 00s | Spitball Shooter | I love it when the best way to solve a problem is to do something silly like stacking doors on top of each other :D |
| Apr 22 19:34:00 | 4m 00s | F A S T E R | I had some trouble engaging dashing when I wanted to, but otherwise a perfectly good entry. |
| Apr 22 19:35:00 | 1m 00s | LEVSstudios-Futbol bots | For the compo you'll have to also upload the source code. |
| Apr 22 19:41:00 | 6m 00s | Banjo | As soon as I saw the art, "duelling banjos" started playing in my head :D |
| Apr 22 19:47:00 | 6m 00s | Flame Wars Episode VI: A New Post | Aw maan, this looks so good in the screenshots. Please provide a compiled version. I'll come back later cause I actually want to play this! |
| Apr 22 19:49:00 | 2m 00s | UrIn Trouble | Ew. D: |
| Apr 22 19:51:00 | 2m 00s | Unconventional Fistfight | I don't think "Wasted time" and "Flying fists of terror" fit in the same sentence :D |
| Apr 22 19:58:00 | 7m 00s | Fish Fencing | There are so many elements in this it's amazing - terrain that moves, the black stroke style, the Terrance and Philip-esque body movement. Oh and getting slapped around a bit with a large trout. I like it a lot :D |
| Apr 22 20:00:00 | 2m 00s | Push Pull | Shame it's incomplete... |
| Apr 22 20:06:00 | 6m 00s | Reality Drive | That "N" bit in the 2nd wave is just evil... I sort of rage quit after that D: |
| Apr 22 20:09:00 | 3m 00s | Santabus | Is this what inexperienced people can make nowadays? When I had 2 weeks of coding experience, I could barely write an if statement in pascal! :D |
| Apr 22 20:11:00 | 2m 00s | Brain Massage | I sort of stopped at the login screen - asking people to log in with facebook profile is a little much don't you think? |
| Apr 22 20:18:00 | 7m 00s | Hoard Hearder | I feel strange rating games highly on innovation for doing something gta 2 did in '97, but I actually miss that formula. I would love a modern, open world, non-stupid, GTA2 style game. |
| Apr 22 20:19:00 | 1m 00s | Mirror Knight | The "Windows" link leads to just the exe, upload a zip which also contains the _data folder. |
| Apr 22 20:25:00 | 6m 00s | Flower Power Train Trip | You have a web build in there, could you upload builds.html and builds.unity3d somewhere where they could be loaded as a webpage? <br/> <br/>Anyway, the game: It's silly and I like it. The train sound effect is really satisfying. Your money is covered by the "development build" text on the web export tho. <br/> <br/>Also I like trains :D |
| Apr 22 20:35:00 | 10m 00s | Waterstand | Unfortunately this type of game is not something I am personally into, so I don't know how to compare it to existing work. The brevity was perfectly fine for me. I don't think convoluted games made in game jams work well - simply because there isn't enough time to polish it all. Anyway, just my 2 cents. |
| Apr 22 20:38:00 | 3m 00s | Box Wars | Idea-wise, this must be what the after-show is like for Storage Wars :D When I tried to run it, keyboard controls didn't actually work. I don't know if that's a problem on my end tho. |
| Apr 22 20:40:00 | 2m 00s | PaperKiller | Bully 2: Papercuts <br/> <br/>Nice presentation, graphics and use of theme. I enjoyed it. |
| Apr 22 20:41:00 | 1m 00s | Happy | Not bad at all for your first entry :D |
| Apr 22 20:45:00 | 4m 00s | Parasol Inc. - Project Z32 | Parasol Inc. "Not an Umbrella company". :D |
| Apr 22 20:47:00 | 2m 00s | Meal Time | Gross! D: |
| Apr 22 20:49:00 | 2m 00s | donuts are invading the galaxy and you must stop them with bananas | I have to say... why would I NOT want doughnuts to invade the Galaxy? :D |
| Apr 22 20:54:00 | 5m 00s | An Unconventional Sound | Wait... am I rating myself in the "audio" category? FIVE STARS!! :D |
| Apr 22 20:58:00 | 4m 00s | The Amazing Ultimate Spy Fight | Thanks for switching back to the Web Player :D <br/> <br/>Some of the text on the main menu clips. Otherwise I love the visual style and music. |
| Apr 22 21:01:00 | 3m 00s | Defendz | I love the graphics, and the Nokia joke - my grandma actually still uses one of those, just doesn't ant to upgrade. The problem is that you can win just by spam-clicking the power meter. |
| Apr 22 21:03:00 | 2m 00s | Bit.Saw (1 Level) | Hey man, just keep at it. |
| Apr 22 21:12:00 | 9m 00s | Lickitank | I shouted out "GROSS" aloud and made this face -> D: <- yes, that exact face, when I extended the tongue! <br/> <br/>10/10 :D |
| Apr 22 21:16:00 | 4m 00s | The Death of Mister Johnson | As you complete the installer, one of the best bits pops up: A checkbox with "Start Smoking" next to it :D |
| Apr 22 21:38:00 | 22m 00s | Vacuum Attack | Post my highscore? Okay. Twenty. D: <br/> <br/>I tried about 10 or so rounds, and I just couldn't get more D: I could fend off the first few attacks and then I died. The art style is really good, as is the music. The game is well polished and has a sense of being finished, which is amazing for a compo game. Great job, shame I suck at it :D <br/> <br/>Please rate more games so others get to see this. |
| Apr 22 21:53:00 | 15m 00s | Kindness to owls | Don't you mean... HOOT-RAY? B) B) B) (I'll go away now :D ) |
| Apr 22 23:16:00 | 1h 23m | An usual weapon | Unfortunately the files are no longer available. I will look at this again later. |
| Apr 22 23:18:00 | 2m 00s | An Ice Time | Are those animated sprites or 3d models? |
| Apr 23 04:22:00 | 5h 04m | - | What slingshot? There is nothing there to play, is there? Just an ad. Go away. |
| Apr 23 04:28:00 | 6m 00s | Meow | Aw man, I clicked on "Meow" on the main menu and hoped it would meow but it didn't D: |
| Apr 23 04:29:00 | 1m 00s | An unconventional swim | I think it was built using "debug" settings, should change it to "distribution" or something like that in visual studio - at the top next to the compile button there's a dropdown where you select this. |
| Apr 23 04:31:00 | 2m 00s | Missile War | The game seems to no longer exist. Please re-upload it. |
| Apr 23 04:34:00 | 3m 00s | The Unintentional Terrorist | The file doesn't seem to be shared - seems like it's private. |
| Apr 23 04:36:00 | 2m 00s | Romanian Shepherd | Oh god no, is that the Blender monkey thing on a sheep? |
| Apr 23 04:38:00 | 2m 00s | Fruit Punch | Aaaa I punched a guy when I wanted to close the developer console, which was printing out null pointer errors. I hate when that happens IRL :D |
| Apr 23 04:42:00 | 4m 00s | The Gallery | Really neat presentation and style. It's a somewhat loose interpretation of "weapon" but I'm perfectly fine with that. |
| Apr 23 04:44:00 | 2m 00s | Evil Alien Goo | "Instructions ... " and they're gone :D |
| Apr 23 04:52:00 | 8m 00s | His Other Doll | I haven't seen one of these adventure games this LD yet. Pretty cool :D |
| Apr 23 04:58:00 | 6m 00s | Ted | The issue is that the 'bullets' are as wide as your ship, so nothing can ever hit you if you just keep firing while not moving up or down. <br/> <br/>Still, keep at it. |
| Apr 23 17:43:00 | 12h 45m | Platypulse | The google drive page requires permission to download the files. Please correct the sharing options |
| Apr 23 17:49:00 | 6m 00s | Kojo Kumah | The animation is great and the simplistic art really works. |
| Apr 23 17:54:00 | 5m 00s | Watermelon Shootout | Unfortunately the web player still fails with "invalid data file". Perhaps you should recompile. |
| Apr 23 18:00:00 | 6m 00s | Rando Shmup | Not bad for your first submission, the fact that enemy bullets don't kill the player sort of defeats the purpose of the game tho. That part is something you really should have focused on. So next time, when it becomes obvious that you only have very few hours left to complete the game, work on the most essential features that make it a viable game. |
| Apr 23 18:18:00 | 18m 00s | Chef Adventure | Good start. I'm not sure if the ability to slowly climb walls is intentional or not, but it works. |
| Apr 23 18:23:00 | 5m 00s | Boss : The last weapon | Nice use of lighting. Nice instructions screen. Unfortunately I missed a step and didn't know how to get gold... so I made this instead: <br/>http://ss13.eu/dump/laptop/2015-04-23/2015-04-23_20-21-53.jpg <br/> <br/>:D |
| Apr 23 18:58:00 | 35m 00s | Dare the Paper! | Indeed, there is nothing uploaded to gamejolt. |
| Apr 23 19:05:00 | 7m 00s | Attack of the Broccoli Monsters | Hello, just thought I'd remind that for the compo, you have to also provide the source code / project |
| Apr 23 20:11:00 | 1h 06m | DEITY | This was all done in 48 hours from scratch? If the answer is yes, than take it as really high praise... |
| Apr 23 20:14:00 | 3m 00s | Captain fig and the cutlery pirates | Indeed, the link should be titled "Windows". |
| Apr 24 00:07:00 | 3h 53m | Goose Cannon | I would just like to mention that you are expected to also include the source code if you're in the compo. |
| Apr 24 00:10:00 | 3m 00s | Small Horse Simulator | Not a bad entry, keep at it. |
| Apr 24 00:31:00 | 21m 00s | Dematerializer Ultra | Hello, since you entered this into the compo, you should also provide a link to the source for your game. |
| Apr 24 00:32:00 | 1m 00s | Chainsaw Katana | It seems that I just get a white screen and nothing seems to load. Additionally I would just remind that since you entered the compo, you should also provide the source for the game. |
| Apr 24 00:39:00 | 7m 00s | Sentient RPS | Oh hey, I remember this game in the feed from when LD was still on. I'm glad you submitted! I would suggest assigning the three types of attacks to three buttons - ie. A, S and D. You really have something fun here, which is not something everyone can claim. I really think you should develop this further. |
| Apr 24 01:02:00 | 23m 00s | Sss | This is as simple as it can get graphics-wise, but it's really engaging. I enjoyed it a lot. |
